Wow. This place is surreal. I came here while i was in town i had Isabelle for my Detox facial and she did amazing. Along with the great facial i just could not get over all of the accommodations this place has, from a robe & slippers the moment you walk in to snacks and teas/ coffees before you get called back to your room. This place has it all. This is by far the best spa I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few in Orlando where i live. They also make candles that smell amazing. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Best birthday ever!Start to finish this was an amazing experience! Danielle made me feel so comfortable! It was the most relaxing environment ever. Danielle suggested adding on the wild lime scalp massage and the bamboo brush exfoliation which were both wonderful!! I loved the hot towels. I left drinking a cup of ginger and turmeric tea with honey(delicious). I can’t wait to come back again! Five stars isn’t enough for this massage!

I am so impressed by this spa! It is absolutely beautiful, everyone is so kind, and Danielle gave me the best massage of my life. I came in with a very sore back; she listening to me, asked very specific questions, and was incredibly attentive to my body’s needs during the massage. She made me feel extra comfortable and was so very sweet!! I will never go anywhere else for a massage again.

I’ve recently started getting facials and have loved Ashley’s expertise in understanding how to better care for my skin. Not only does she talk everything out with you and explain why and what you need to do to help your skin, she is also super sweet and wants you to enjoy the experience every step of the way. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to get a facial.

She is truly a gem and has a great personality that can connect with anyone. My massage therapist Danielle gave me the most relaxing and personalized massage ever! I immediately booked the same services right after my treatment!I scheduled for the first time after getting the email about the free add on, and have been under a lot of stress so decided to treat myself. I called and got scheduled by a knowledgeable and polite person and then arrived early to check out the inside and I’m so glad I did. Very clean, and very relaxing. I’ve been missing a good spa experience since I moved to Gainesville and finally got it!!My therapist was Sierra and she was amazing. Everything she did for the treatment felt deliberate and precise. The West Health Spa Signature Massage is Amazing!! The pink Himalayan hot stones are so relaxing and the body brush was the best back scratch Ive ever had.West Health Spa is spottless, modern, and instantly relaxing. The bathrooms and lounge area are ultra luxurious and their retail selection has so many exciting products. I cant wait to come back and try out all of the services they have to offer!

Sierra gave me a wonderful massage! I think I got the West Health Signature massage (it was a gift, so I didnt make the appointment). We even found unknown trigger spots! Has great pressure, very smooth flow great for relaxing and working out issues. I had got another amazing massage from a woman named Chane. Pressure was deep and very detailed oriented. It was exactly what I needed for the multiple problems I had going on. Shes my go to for deep tissue. That same day I got an oncology facial from Ashley (an amazing human). I chose that one because its super gentle products and less tugging on the skin. My skin was glowing and dewy. This place has the best of the best people. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Hands down (pun intended) the best spa Ive been too in Gainesville. Far out ranks the others. They make it worth the drive and the price.

Laurie gave me the most AMAZING facial. She absolutely spoiled me with the luxurious products, painless extractions, and awesome neck and shoulder massage. I could definitely tell that shes an expert in her field and loves what she does. Ill be back to see her soon! Also received a massage recently from Danielle, and she was incredible. She really has an ear for the body, and she found issues in my body before I even pointed them out to her. Such a sweet and gentle person.

This was my first time time visiting West Health Spa and I must say you have made a forever client. Upon entering the facility it smelled amazing! The ambience was very welcoming, and made me feel like I was away on vacation cross seas. The architecture and decor was so perfectly detailed along with the multitude of products they had readily available to test if you like or for purchase. Jennifer (Front Desk) welcomed me immediately as I stepped into the building.She was very knowledgeable with great energy and professionalism. She even squeezed me in for a longer service that I originally had booked for a 60 minute turned 90 massage. Check in was smooth along with a complimentary cup of hot tea of your choice. I was escorted to the dressing room and that within itself was beautiful.They have lockers to store your items, a shower and a bathroom with feminine products if needed. You’re given a soft robe, and slippers to change into. The waiting (no phones allowed) area was nice with comfy chairs and a really cool water fountain. My massage therapist was Cathleen and she too was very professional. She gave me detailed instructions, made sure I was comfortable, provided me with a heating pad (which was superb) and met all my needs.She hit kinks that I didn’t even know I had lol. I mean her service was absolutely amazing and she was so nice about making sure I was comfortable if I became a little bit uncomfortable. I purchased a deep tissue massage, and I think she provided me with a deep soul massage and almost took it had she gone any longer! THATS HOW GOOD she was! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cathleen.My next service was a facial with skincare specialist, Estefania and I purchased a Vitamin C facial for 60 minutes. First and foremost, her hands were soooo soft! From start to finish she was so gentle and very sweet and informative. The whole entire time I’m living my life thinking my skin was combination she told me it was normal which made me feel great! She gave me instructions on what to use, what not to use and how often I should come back for the specific facial I had received today.I mean Estefania had me glowing like that first pop of sunlight in the morning and showed me the results in the dark of the glow she had created! I was just Blown Away!!!But to end this, thank you for my experience! 10/10 I highly recommend! I was also given a gift bag at checkout which was a plus!THANK YOU so much ladies! West health spa is an overall wellness facility! From massage & facials to chiropractics & functional medicine. The staff is professional and polite and the atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! Dr. West is so knowledgeable, and the level of care she gives at each visit is nothing short of perfect. I recommend this facility to all.

A sanctuary stashed away on Archer Road where you would least have expected to find such a place. I have not met all the therapists yet, but Alecia is a kind, talented one with a vocation for healing. Everyone Ive met here has been gentle and kind.What sets this apart from the other massage places Ive been in town is the holistic experience. They offer soft robes and sandals, coffee, tea, and drinks---even the freedom to shower before or after your treatment should you wish to. The locker rooms are soothing, quiet, and lovely, and theres a relaxingly dimly lit waiting area with a waterfall for after youve changed into your robe.Its a beautiful escape, rejuvenate, purge experience. Ive loved the two massages Ive tried so far and am eagerly anticipating trying all the others. :)

Amazing!!!! 🤩🤩 This was my first massage ever. I got the Alpine Arnica Deep Tissue Massage. I’m a competitive runner and my muscles have been feeling so stiff. Lacey did an AMAZING job!! I was so comfortable the whole entire time and she worked wonders on all of that pent-up stress I’ve been hiding in those muscles! West Health Spa was SO clean and the atmosphere is very very relaxing from the moment I stepped inside the doors. I love that they use all natural products during their services. Plus Mimosas on the weekend are a nice bonus! I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend!! Don’t waste your time or money going somewhere else!

My facials with Ashley are amazing. She is kind and warm, and my skin radiates!The front desk are always pleasant, Jennifer and Madison are always accommodating and making the flow from checkin and checkout smooth.

My wife and I cant say enough good things about this place. There is a reason for the high ratings, they care.The staff up front was so sweet and respectful. The massage we got was out of this world and we needed it badly. The rooms where you dress down was so nice, even had little combs in the mens room.We will 100% be back and we cant thank the staff enough for such a pleasurable experience!

I had their signature package, and it was so relaxing and wonderful. The minute you walk into the facility, you feel at peace. It is very zen, and smells amazing! Heidi did my massage and is was absolutely amazing. I feel so refreshed, and cant wait to go back! Theres also mimosas and its delicious, the best mimosas Ive ever had, their mixture ratio is perfect! You will not be disappointed, its a little pricey, but well worth it 💕💕💕

Had a great experience getting the nirvana stress relief massage with Ari. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and did a great job adjusting to pressure and removing all my stress knots.

My boyfriend took us for a Valentine’s Day Couple’s Massage. All the details made it really special! We had the Signature Massage complete with a dry brush, hot stones, leg scrub, and more. Anthony and Alecia did a wonderful job— best massage I’ve had in a while! We had the 90 min. The Valentine’s goody bag was super cute and the rose on the tables were perfect.

Went to this spa for a facial, enjoyed the actual facial however had an allergic reaction to it. Called the spa simply to get a list of products used to avoid in the future due to reaction. The spa’s owner took the time to discuss this with me and was able To get me a list of products as well as possible allergens/details. She also very generously gifted a 60 minute massage. Overall, pleased with the way this situation was handled and hope to return to the spa for future services

Today was my first to West Health Spa it was awesome. Athena greeted me and explained everything I needed to know for a great visit. I had an amazing signature massage with Anthony, he never disappoints. I loved the hot Himalayan salt stones. Overall, great experience. Will visit again.

I have so far had a massage with Heidi and a facial with Heidi and I CAN NOT be any more pleased!!! She is wonderful!! The spa is wonderful!! The staff are wonderful!! Next I’m going to have a chiropractic consultation which I am very excited about! The only feedback that I have is to see if they can get larger robes for us more curvy clients. If that happened then I would be even more over the top excited about West Health Spa!!

Just had a 60 minute massage with Kelli. She was amazing. Perfect pressure, very knowledgeable about the body, let me relax and enjoy the silence but also made sure her pressure was correct. I had back pain that was about at a 5 when I arrived and was at about a 1 when I finished.

The ambiance is great! There is a shower and a waiting room with tea and coffee. There is also changing rooms, lockers, towels, lotion, soap, shampoo, robe and slippers. The staff is nice and you get hot towels in-between your massage which felt great. The therapist communicated really well and made me feel comfortable. Everything you may need. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

West Health Spa is a hidden gem of Gainesville. Truly a little oasis in this busy college town! The spa has friendly staff, is clean, has a relaxing atmosphere, and mimosas on Sunday! I have chronic pain and have been looking for a place to relax and get some relief. I went to Heidi for the 90 minute signature massage twice now. She is phenomenal! Kind, talented, doesn’t mind that I snore! I always feel 100 times better than when I left. The foot scrub and aromatherapy they use in treatment are amazing. I am going to get a facial with Heidi next month and I cannot wait! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Im so happy with my experience here! The staff are warm and welcoming, the entire facility is beautiful. As soon as you walk in, the whole vibe is relaxing and stress free. I got the prenatal facial, done by Tiffany, and she did an amazing job! My face has never felt so refreshed. I cant wait to go back!

I was invited here during their soft opening and my oh my, the experience was luxurious, calming, and exactly what I needed to decompress. I walked in and was greeted with a smiling face. Ashley welcomes me into the spa, walked me to the changing rooms and showed me around. I slipped into a robe and slippers and made my way to the waiting lounge, where there is a cute tea bar that you can help yourself to. After a few minutes my masseuse Elaina walked me back to the massage room. I got comfy and the deep tissue massage was amazing. If you want someone to work out those knots and has strong hands, Elaina is your girl. Once the massage was over, Elaina greeted me with a glass of water and I headed back to the changing rooms. They have showers, toiletries, and towels for you to shower before or after your treatments which is a nice perk. Check out was a breeze, and I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great things about West Health Spa! As an avid spa/massage connoisseur, I have been to every spa in Gainesville, and West Health Spa is by far the best! My husband and I chose to forego a 90-minute couples massage in which I had a prenatal massage by Vicki, and my husband had a deep tissue massage by Jenny. Both massage therapists were absolutely amazing, from their seamless transitions to their caring personality and professionalism. As a nurse practitioner, health and wellness are a priority, so I was also very impressed with their use of all-natural skincare products. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area searching for a phenomenal spa experience and much needed relaxation!

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my Clarifying Facial appointment. Helen Price is truly GREAT!She was very tentative and thorough with the details and the Naturopathic products she was using. My face and neck have never felt better. I came in for upper body tension and muscle spasms a few weeks after injuring my shoulder. Clarissa is very professional and has the hands of an angel, a strong angel. My pain was at an 8 when I arrived and was at a 2 by the time I left. I had a 60 minute deep tissue and mainly focused on my problem areas. I was finally able to move my neck once we were done. I am feeling even better the day after.It was honestly unlike any other massage Ive received. There wasnt much kneading which is ok. No karate chopping though which made me really happy. Clarissa was very soothing and paid attention to my breath when applying pressure. I got goosebumps a few times. The Himalayan salt rocks were a nice addition. I will probably be back this week to work on the rest of my body.

I took my wife in for a couples massage for her birthday. The staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk back to the therapists. Vicki and Heidi made us feel immediately comfortable and did a great job with the massages. I would highly recommend this place.

Just had the West Signature Massage from Anthony. I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience I had! My body felt completely rejuvenated :) Some girls may hesitate to have a male masseuse , I myself was a little off about it. He was so professional, I was so relaxed! I cant imagine not returning to Anthony :) What a memorable experience !

This is my second time coming here and both times the massages were phenomenal. I was terrified of a deep tissue massage for Anthony did a great job and I felt like a new person afterward. The Arnica massage makes me feel refreshed and helps get rid of headaches.

I visited the West Health Spa on 7/21/2021 and live out of state. I had such a wonderful experience that I plan to return when traveling through Gainesville in the future. The LMT was extremely knowledgeable and professional! The registration process was well coordinated and professional. The SPA was comfortable, extremely clean, comfortable and team was kind, cheerful, and had great communication skills.

I always have a great time at Westhealth. It is super clean and everyone is very helpful and professional. The have a very skilled staff. I would highly recommend Alicia if you are having muscle pain or need a deep tissue massage!

I booked Swedish message and my left shoulder was in bad condition. Based on my condition, Viki switched my message from Swedish to deep tissue and made my shoulder feeling much better. Great service. All staffs are professional. I love the ginger turmeric tea they served and bought one box for home.

Dr. West is a gem in Gainesville. I have been seeing her to overall improve my quality of life! She assists me with my stress, energy, weight goals, nutrition and overall body alignment for well rounded wellness. She tested my hormone levels, and checked my metabolism in my gut to optimize my metabolism for weight loss and energy ... then placed me on a diet, nonstressful movement program and most importantly supplements. The prescribed vitamins and minerals are personalized to my metabolism test for elements that are high or low, lacking or excessive. This is actually something I have been learning more and more about, the importance of the microbiome, and top medical facilities around the country are just starting to learn about it (preventative,, personalized medicine at its finest!)Dr. West provides services that u cannot get in a primary care office ! She has an incredible app to keep me accountable, with a diet plan with recipes (which we picked out together).. the app is like a checklist where you enter your meals are recommended, and my phone alerts me when its time to take supplements and when to eat - consistency is KEY because since the app, I have been feeling INCREDIBLE. She is also accessible 24/7 on the app as well ! It keeps me accountable.Dr West follows up with me in the office to track my progress, all part of the program, and aligns my spine to optimize my body during the process. She took initial Xrays, gave me adjustments (which I love) and homework to improve my posture :) (which my body loves!) I absolutely love her personality, she is very sweet, driven and super smart ! I highly recommend her for your weight loss needs, I see and feel progress since Ive started, and believe this is the future of weight loss !
