Shop the sales. Mike in reception is great help on advising what’s good in the shop and from my experience the behind the counter tenders Tyler, Elizabeth, and Faith are all fluent in the products they carry and the best sales to acquire them at the lowest cost. The help from the staff is unmatched across the state and so are the products Cookies produces. Points add up fast and you can save a ton of money.

Way over priced, even with first time discount. Staff unenthusiastic and unhelpful. I told the sales person I was overwhelmed for choice and all he did was point in a general direction and say a name, no description at all. I had to chose based on a name alone. Not going back.

Very polite and helped me with my order with no problems. He pointed out that I had 2 of the same which I didnt know that I did. That meant a lot to me cause some store dont check nor tell u that when u have an online order. 💯

Brandi listened as I explained my health needs & what works for me. She pointed out all products that related to my request. Then, she introduced to a product I had never used before. The fact that, she herself, has tried it & could effectively show me how to use it allowed her to make an up sale of the product & a pin kit to me. She was friendly, smart, polite, neat, & efficient. Elimar was very kind and helpful. Did an amazing job because I was very hesitant. Ive only visited cookies during the opening and was disappointed so I havent returned till now. Glad I did give this place a second chance Elimar is underrated at 5 stars.

Best live hash in town at the best price, its really a no brainer. The staff is knowledgeable and works efficiently so youre never waiting for very long. At other dispensaries youd pay more for less product and a worse experience. I havent had a bad experience yet and I go every week. All of the medtenders are wonderful but Ive had great experiences recently with Tyler and Joseph. Brandi the manager is also always on the floor ready to deal with anything that comes up. Its a great team, this place is special.

I had a great experience at Cookies! Ivan was host the last time I visited and he was super nice, the rest of the staff was super friendly, the store is BEAUTIFUL and the product was amazing. Great experience through and through. Can’t wait to go back!

Much more open and inviting of an experience compared to other dispensaries. First time and early bird discounts are really great! Got an eighth of flower and a few live Rosin vapes for my first time but will definitely going back for concentrates and more flower soon!

Customer service was excellent. I enjoyed physically going here and the experience was good, but unfortunately, the product was not up to par with what I was expecting. Flower was like rocks and very dry. Maybe I’ll try again some time but not in the near future

You may not always get whats pictured online. Online carts show a ceramic post, but the one I got had a metal one. Huge difference in quality. Dispensery is 1.5 hours from me so I wasnt going to return it. Material was good so you get 2 stars but -3 for false images.Took a day or 2 for them to respond to my review but its been a month and no one reached out. Down to 1 star for bad customer service while trying to look like youre helping.

The dispensary itself it was well lit it was clean however I did not like the customer service the day of the grand opening at around Ill say like 5:00 p.m. ish to me I just did not feel WELCOMED, I was being followed around, there were other customer(s) and the lady definitely was not up on them like that. The crazy thing I was super excited about the Grand Opening and it definitely did not exceed my expectations.

Tyler was an awesome bud tender, and even broke open a shelf bag to take a look see at Bernie and Payton that were a little old. Mylar held up great and still fresh with greenish stem. For 25,30 bucks, a steal imo. Gary Payton that caryophylene buzz above a percent or more.. Bernie Hana with an interesting Linalool leading the terp profile around half a percent. Both A grade. Awesome service too! Keep up the great work

Leaving a one star review based on the actual product itself, not on the staff or experience. That was great. The staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The store was clean. The ordering process and check out was quick and efficient. The product, however, is meh. This spot presents itself like its selling the Wagyu beef of marijuana, but its McDonalds hamburgers at best. I purchased 4 flower 8ths, and all of them are not good. All of them! It blows my mind. Even with discounts, the price point was still high ($115 for this order), considering 3 of the 4 8ths were the small flower (aka smediums). Every strain I got has minimal smell and no real taste. All are too harsh when smoked. The buds for the Caffeine strain were so adorably small it cracked me up. It also smokes like hay (this is $44 retail, too). Even the Blanco, which is 30% THC and $50 retail, is meh. Its not doing it for me. Its extremely mediocre all around, even the potency. I dont typically leave reviews, but this place is all marketing and style. I gave it a whirl, but with my experience theres no reason for me to go back here. Youre better off with Grow Healthy and Sanctuary. Sorry, Cookies!

If you are a chronic smoker then Cookies is the only place for you. Staff pics are spot on and they detail the terpenes. Flower is skunk and doesn’t smell like homegrown LEAVES like other dispensaries. Vapes also satisfy the hardcore Henry user like me as well.

I have never felt more comfortable in a dispensary.. more like a store front and less like a weird medical office, which can be off putting for some patients. Products are pricey, but discounts help reel it in a bit. Big up the Gainesville Cookies Team 👍
