Jennys new place is beautiful! The heated massage tables are super comfortable. Ive had a lot of massages through the years from a lot of therapists, and Jenny is one of the very best.

I have decided to give her another shot and I showed up in person to schedule a massage. I learned the Mia is the only person that works there. I got a 90 minute massage and now I am a regular.My original review:I went in and it was like I was bothering the owner. She rolled her eyes at me. I shopped around and later, based on reviews, I called to schedule an appointment. My connection is bad at my house, so I called her back several times. She finally answered and told me to stop calling. I cant speak for how well their therapists are.

Honest & Decisive Review:Massage: 8/10I got a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage from an asian lady working there. The massage itself was very good, technique was a little rough at some parts but by no means bad. I have had a lot of masseuses and massages, and there are definitely massues with more experience and technique than her for all around better muscle cramping relief, but she is far far better than Mall Parlor Masseuses and generic masseuses with little experience or proper training. It was a above average massage, and the parts she focused on (like my back) were very loose and relieved afterwards.Price: 9/10 (Technically)Hard to really rate this by itself because of what happened below, but when I asked her how much for a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage before scheduling, she said $100. And if she was professional about it, that would have been a very good price. For reference, the best masseuse Ive ever had was an Amber from Integrative Healing Spa in Oswego, NY who charged $120 for 90 Minutes and she gave 10/10 massages and was certified and had tons of experience, and really focused on wherever you were sore first and then moved onto the rest of your body for the remaining time.Customer Service: 2/10 (And Im being serious)For starters, her English is really bad, like I mean it is hard to have a conversation with her. When I first called to ask for information (I am currently comparing masseuses in the area to decide on my new go to in Kansas), she didnt understand that I was asking her operating hours and kept telling me to make an appointment (It would have been nice to know their hours and days because I normally dont have weekdays free from work and I have to plan well ahead sometimes).Secondly, she asked me where I was sore before starting, but then literally focused on everywhere but my wrists and left upper arm (where I said I was sore) and only briefly went over them but spent the majority of the time on my back. I wouldnt say that makes the service bad by itself, because she did do a great job on my back, but I just wished she took into account what her client is saying (especially when she asked). And it was hard to talk to her because she is very snappy, so I didnt feel like engaging more than necessary to remind her (I asked her politely if she could please remove the blanket from under her hands, she was massaging me over the blanket at first and it felt very rough and Ive never seen a massage parlor do that before, she did remove it however and emphasized she was only doing a warm up first but she was very sassy about it)The most important part though, was how unprofessional she was after the massage. When I first walked in, she had me pay upfront (which I absolutely dont mind), but that there lies the problem. She charged $100 for 90 minutes upfront, and that was clearly the price she advertised. But when I gave her a $8 tip at the end, she was verbally irritated and tried to shame me for such a low tip (she did everything short of calling me names, talking about this is America and dont you tip your restaurants, and complaining loudly but not listening when I gave short reasonable rebuttals). I tried to explain to her that a tip is extra, and that if you believe your service is worth more, than charge more upfront (and I would have paid up to $130 if she did say so, so I could try her out and see how good the massages were), and that no other country has tipping culture but America and its very recent, and that I dont get tipped at my job for lifting 80 pounds with one hand all day and climbing into trenches and manways and being on call at a moments notice and that neither do most workers like cashiers. But she kept saying FIVE DOLLAS!? Fo a 90 minute massage!? to me and herself while walking away (I said Have a goodnight Mam but I feel like me speaking politely to her the entire time was wasted).The irony is if she had been professional (and focused on my sore areas next time), I would have been a tipping regular 🤦🏻‍♂️😅😂.

Mia is the most professional massage therapist I’ve had the pleasure to have work on my back and shoulders. She has actually saved me from getting shoulder surgery by stretching techniques only few therapists could do. I am also somewhat OCD about cleanliness. There is nothing to worry about at her office extremely well kept. Again very great massage!!!

Clean. Kind. Professional. I have been here a couple times already and it has been one of my favorite places for a massage. I have horrible headaches and they pay attention to that problem area. They are so nice whenever I call and walk in for my appointment.

Great massage, but the lady upfront was wild. She literally came into my room while getting a massage and told me to tip more. I tipped 15% & she told me to double it. I’ve never been told to increase a tip. That was mind blowing. Would prefer to not come back.

Asked therapist to please do deep tissue...she couldnt understand what that was...ok...please go harder...asked repeatedly and just ended up walking out dissatisfied. It felt like she was rubbing lotion on my back I dont think she understood what a massage is. Good thing I inky came once and I dont live here.

Jenny is very professional and the place is incredibly clean! She really knows what she is doing when it comes to massage and muscle groups as well. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Mia did not wear a mask. If you are putting your face close to people as you work, you need to wear a mask. The massage was terrible. She did nothing but stand and talk. There was not much massage going on. I cannot recommend.

I’m 72 years old. I look for a clean place and someone that washes their hands, changes the face pillow cover. This place is clean! The staff is the best. Massage is the greatest.
