Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I wanted, even offered other items to fit my needs. I would recommend these guys! Beautiful setup, laid back and chill atmosphere and I felt very welcomed! Thank you Aqueous!!

Everyone here is amazingly friendly! There is always someone available to assist me in finding what I need, as well as answer any of my questions. This store is teeming with life and friendly people and there are usually several young men who are happy to let anyone join in on their card games and even invited me to join them if I had the time. One occasion I had the good fortune of meeting the store owner Steve who was very kind, punctual and funny. He had a very good relationship with his workers. Overall I think everyone should visit this shop atleast once, and as for me I frequent it due to not only the location but the consumer experience.

The guys here are absolutely great. Incredibly helpful, considerate, and polite. Kurtis is the man. Best vape shop around. I go out of my way to come here because of the atmosphere.

The experience at first when I went in to purchase something was okay. 2 days later my purchase stopped working I took it back and the gentlemen working was disrespectful told me if I wanted to complain to go to the FDA. I asked if they would replace the part he continued to tell me he didnt have a way to trouble shoot it. So I asked If he would just replace it. He then got frustrated with my request and told me to go ahead and leave the store. This company does not stand behind the product they sell and possibly the lowest level of customer service I have ever received. I will never shop at an Aqueous Vapor again.

Comfortable interior with lots of place to sit and test vapors. Lots of different brands of juice for sale and house juice too. Almost all juices are in test vaporizers so you can try them out before you buy.The hardware itself is usually marked up but its great if you dont feel like waiting for it to ship from somewhere else online. Employees are usually knowledgeable and helpful but its hard for them to recommend items since everyone has different tastes.I would give 5 stars if the prices on tanks and mods were not so expensive.

Always have the juice I use in stock, and since they make their own house juice they just add more nicotine as needed, its really convenient. Theyre not over the top with the customer service, but there to answer questions and help you if you need it. Definitely my regular spot to stock up.

Fair pricing for sure, not an overlyyy massice selection of juice or kits/mods which is nice actually. They have always been stocked with a quality, carefully crafted product menu. Fav place in the middle of the nearby area vs other chains. Thanks for always having what i need somehow!:)

Bought product from this location, product wasn’t working 2 days later. Brought it back and they said i had to contact the manufacturer due to all their sales being final. Did not notice that the product they sold me was the (only) display product and did not get a receipt for purchase and was not notified about all sales being final until i called to see if they can replace the product.

It seems like everytime I come there closed with no sign up saying there coming back. Its a real inconvenience. I typically spend a lot of money here on a normal basis. Your hours say 10-7 not 10-12 then who knows when they will be back. Ive been waiting over 30 minutes for someone to show up because I dont live close. I know there is one good worker here but who ever else is hired here to work needs to be replaced. If there is only one person working then they should have to stay and eat lunch or could you put a sign up and actually be back. Im mad.

Staff are always friendly and they seem rather knowledgeable too. theyll do their best to get you what you need. there are more chains throughout the greater KC area.

Love it: Old street fighter anime on the tv, couches, location, etc. The guy was super nice and recommended a product I had never tried before, and I was thrilled with the result! Will be back here for sure.

Very awkward atmosphere, sales Rep. Was not knowledgeable and was not enthusiastic. Seemed very uninterested in satisfying our interests. Inappropriate attire, was wearing his quick trip uniform.

Great store alot of juices that are all really great employees are super helpful! First time I walk in I was oh vapy as the store was full of the sweet smells of tasty vapour!!! Defiantly my new go to place!

Helpful staff, friendly and good selection of juices. Prices arent terrible but their return policy on some things like mods are damn good.

Paid 25-26 for a single bottle of Salt Nicotine juice. They pulled out a box with 2 juice bottles, and thats what I thought I was paying for until they handed me the receipt, and then a single bottle of juice on top of it. Very dimly lit room and seemed unwelcoming.

All the vapes they carrying are the worst i ever tried , always out of stock !Better for you to go with vapes brands you already know ! …..

Bought two 26.00$ bottles of ejuice placed them in my center console of my truck used one bottle went to grab the other bottle and it leaked out completely I looked at the bottle it was clearly a deformed cap took the bottle back to get an exchange and they wouldnt do anything for me so gonna find another vape shop

These guys know their stuff and are helpful with juices, tanks, and batteries. Theres also a nice rewards program for free stuff that sucks less than most other similar programs.
