The owners, Joe and Deb, are the best of the best! Hotspot Vapes is absolutely where its at. Their product selection is excellent, and the prices cant be beat. You would be hard-pressed to find this level of customer service and quality at any other shop in the entire KC Metro area. Joe and Deb take care of their clientele, and it shows!

My husband and I were very pleased that Joe spent 1.5 hrs with us despite having other customers. We are both around retirement age, former smokers,and looking to quit smoking. Both of us have tried nicorette gum to quit smoking and both of us were tired of chewing so much gum. We were looking for a different alternative.We are beginners but Joe made us feel comfortable about asking any questions we had. He really set our minds at ease. Joe got us set up with everything that we were needing within our price range! He didnt try to oversell or up sell any product to us . He listened to what we were wanting and found devices and oils that matched our desires. Selection of oils is great too! Highly recommend this place!!

By far the best vape shop Ive found in town. Joe was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful in assisting my husband with his first sub-ohm upgrade. Took the time to go through multiple mods and tanks with us, explaining benefits of all - and then gave us a ton of help with juice selection. Joe is really well versed in a huge variety of different mods having used them himself - so was able to give honest opinions on all. You know, like a scene out of Rounders, except old men languidly praising the flavor of the week like have you tried the new void trip.Excellent repair service and they stand behind their products as often as humanly possible .

BEST VAPE SHOP IN TOWN

We popped in this afternoon, looking for a coffee flavor. We had been to a couple other shops that has treated us rudely and decided to try one more.We were greeted with smiling faces and enthusiasm.After a bit of discussion we found not one, but 4 flavors we did like. 2 of them were out of stock, but we were assured more would be on the way. Great!We started asking questions about different mods that were on display (we had an all-in-one type setup and wanted information on more advanced mods), as we are using vape, to quit smoking.Every question we asked was answered. Everything we were curious about was explained. We left the shop with more knowledge than when we walked in, and intentions of returning in a month or so, to purchase our favorite mods.Instead, we returned moments later, and purchased today. We received lots of help setting up, explanations, and suggestions.I dont feel like we were pressured into spending as much money as possible. Quite the opposite. We also left with the knowledge of what we need in the future. What the next steps will be to keep our mods in top top shape, all while still not overspending.All in all, my husband and I had a great experience today. We will return to this shop any time we need something, and will recommend it to anyone interested in the vape community. It really was a fantastic experience with friendly folks who arent out to suck your last dime, but to help you instead!Thank you both!

My wife and I went in last night looking for a new mod and tank. I really had no idea what I was looking for, but the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No question was too dumb, and he answered every single one without fail. He had me try several diffeeent mods and tanks, and I finally decided to go with the Uwell ironfist with the Crown 3 tank and coil. The flavor is amazing on this tank! I love my new mod and tank! I never felt pressured to buy a certain mod or tank. This is also what we loved about the store, the atmosphere is so laid back and easy going. He was an honest straight shooter, and thats rare nowadays. My wife and I will definitely be back, weve found our new vape shop!

I have been in this Vape Shop a few times to pick up coils for my vaporizer because it is one of the only shops in the area that carry the type that I need. The first couple visits I purchased the .25 ohm coils, which is what I usually go with, but on my second visit I thought I would try the .6 ohm to see if I liked them any better. I burnt out two coils within 3 hours of one another because they were horrible (and, yes I do know how to properly soak the cotton and prime the coil because I had zero issues with the .25 ohm coils I had purchase previously - in fact they lasted me almost 2 months). I returned to the store later that day to see if the guy working would trade the last three .6 ohm coils I had left for the .25 ohms, and without question he gladly exchanged them. Not only was he very courteous but the customer service was exceptional. I will continue to frequent this vape shop based on the friendly customer service and personal attention the attendant offered me. Thanks again, Hotspot Vapes!!

Great Mom and Pop shop in a city full of representatives of corporate America. I bought two of their signature vape juices which they make in the store, (pinacolada and vanilla bean) both of which I enjoyed a great deal. To give you an idea of the quality, I had SEVERAL people tell me that they enjoyed the smell of the vanilla bean flavor. Ive been vaping for four years and prior to this Id never had anyone comment of the smell when I was doing so in their presence. I have made Hotspot Vapes my only place for buying vape supplies

After going to about every Vape store in town, Hotspot Vapes is BY FAR the best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. LOTS of flavors... both house juices and premium juices for awesome prices. Also, they dont try to upsell you into some ridiculous vape thats more than you need. So many of the vape shops around Overland Park are just about how much $$ they can squeeze out of you. Hotspot Vapes cares about their customers and treats every customer like they are number one. I wish I could give Hotspot Vapes more than just five stars.
