Amazing place to stop and get any type of vape or other goods that can be sold in the overland park area for a great price. Loyal and no judgement zone for Johnson area is what productive for KURE Vape. I would look into the Pillow Talks or Geek Bars for long lasting, with best favor for dispose types, and long last vapors also with premium E liquid over 49-52 flavors

Ive been coming here for many years. They always greeted me with a good attitude even when some one is having a bad day. They staff that is working there now has treated me like family and really open minded about stuff. If they didnt have something I needed they were quick about ordering it and getting it in with in a few days. If the product was discontinued they offer something in replace of the product I was looking for. I dont think Ive ever walked out of the store unhappy. I cant say they have ever force anything on me that I didnt want.

Ryan is amazing and I was fortunate to meet A really awesome guest while I was there who was more than willing to walk me through this new process that I can’t wait to learn. Come check this place out. You guys won’t be disappointed.

Really nice people, easy to talk to, good selection. Pretty sure the frequent shopper program gives your info to every robocaller ever (day after signing up got 30/day until I installed an anti-rc app), but otherwise cant confirm so no stars lost.

Absolutely hands down my favorite vape shop. Every employee treats you like family. Every time I come in they know exactly who I am, it’s a great feeling! I have never been disappointed by any purchase I have made. They have a wide range of juice flavors, accessories, mods, etc. The employees do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of. I can’t stress this enough... I would drive an hour to come see them because that is how amazing they are (I’m lucky I only live 8 minutes away). I recommend this shop to EVERYONE!! You always feel like they truly have your best interest at heart. They definitely do not try to upsell you in any kind of pushy way, nor do they try to nickel and dime you to death.I wish I knew all the staff by name they are a handful of unique characters in the very best way they’re like vape nerds I mean that as a compliment they have fixed. Every problem I have brought to them usually Vapes purchased at a different store, but they have always been able to quickly and kindly fix the problem or show me what I was doing wrong. It has made me a little customer for life. You will never get ripped off there. This is definitely my go to vape shop. I’ve come here regularly for about the last 2 years and I will continue coming here regularly. I always have a great experience with any employee that is there. They have the best customer service every time. Special shout out to Keenan especially, I really appreciate the effort he went through to maintain perfect customer service. We had an issue with a refund that went on for a couple weeks and Keenan kept me updated the whole time and everything worked out in the end because he didn’t stop trying to figure out a way to make it work. I recommend this vape this to everyone! I guarantee you’ll have a great experience.

Had an issue with product, it was represented to me that the product would be warrantied if it had issues. After finding out that product was not covered by a return/exchange policy the manager made sure to find a solution that I was happy with. Review has been edited to reflect current circumstance.

Real helpful and didnt feel pressured about anything or like I was imposing because I asked allot of questions. And they are dog friendly and I always have my dog with me and they genuinely are a group of the friendliest and helpful people Ive meet.

Bad customer experience. I dont recommend this place.My experience with this store was very frustrating. Instead of working with me to make me a long term customer, they made a short term unhappy customer that was sold a product that doesnt work and the store denied replacing the product or worked with me to make me a happy customer.Basically, I was sold a malfunctioning product.I went back to the store to see if they could fix it and make the product work. They agreed that the product wasnt working right but they didnt want to replace it because I didnt have the receipt or I didnt have an account with them (I never heard of this account thing before and I dont understand why they try to make me responsible for having one). They were aware that I bought the product at the store, I told them I could show them a bank statement with the shop name or what else I could do to get the bad product they sold me replaced or work together on getting a different one. Their answer was: Sorry I dont think we are going to be able to help you today.Well, thanks for selling me a bad product and for providing me with a bad customer experience. Again, I dont recommend this place.

Great Store! The staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly to me honest-they don’t try to sell you a new mod box or sub-ohm tank if you just need a coil. There is always new inventory (mod boxes, e-juice, etc.). The store is always clean and tidy. The staff goes above and beyond to create a setup bespoke to your individual needs. In one instance I needed an item that was at another location and an employee literally brought it to the store from another location during my wait. I went from an antiquated 8 year old setup and was brought into the current with the help of the staff. Whether you’re a beginner just entering the vape world for a simple setup to stop smoking (me) to an advanced RDA user this store has the product and knowledgeable staff to help you with anything needed. I highly recommend this store and it’s franchisees and wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Love this Alohma location. Helpful staff and we always drop by to chat with them. Juice selection gets a little sparce nowadays though, and I sincerely hope its not a sign. Stay alive!

Went there tonight for very first time to buy a vape for my husband as his fathers day present.First of all, the ladies there were so nice even when they were about to closed, which I know it can be annoying for other people.Misty was the person that helped me and I fell in love with here, she was so nice and helpfull.I recommend this place 100%

Best vape store I have been too. The staff was extremely helpful, and taught me how to take care of my new Vape. I have gone back a couple of times, just for small issues, and they helped me out. I will definately be coming back and referring customers to Alohma!

The Alohma team is incredible. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Getting into the vape world can be intimidating, but they are open to lend a hand and take the time and care to show you the ropes. They carry Ruthless Ejuice ( my favorite) and have personally helped change out me atomizers!

Absolutely the best customer service and selection of products. You just cannot beat their prices either. What I appreciate they do not try to upsale you on devices that you do not need, and the fact they will take the time to find out what works best for you. Once or twice I have had minor issues with coils, and they were quick to resolve any issue I have had. If you are looking for vaping products, check out Alohma, you will be amazed. Friendly helpful staff

This is one of the best vape shops Ive been to. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I went in not knowing what I wanted to get and they helped me pick out a new vaporizer, no pressure or trying to upsell! Even though I live close to the Plaza, this place is worth the drive.

From the warm and inviting staff, to the fantastic selection of todays top vaping products, its plain to see that Alhoma takes the cake! Oh and did I mention that THEY DELIVER to the comfort of your home! Ive been vaping for about 8 years now and have never been happier with a Vape Shop such as this one. Top notch service and prices (thanks for your patience)... Was able to diagnose my faulty mod that I purchased from a different store and found a perfect replacement. Highly recommend Alohma.

Showed up at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 15th to buy. Time on the site says they open at 9 a.m. so I was prepared to wait until at least then. Sign on the door said they would be closed on Sunday April 16th. Apparently that meant Saturday, too, because I waited half an hour until 9:15 a.m. for no reason. Waste of time, wont be going back.

They sure do love to verbally and physically assault their customers and I put that on everything I myself have been a victim justice needs to be done with these people I’m sorry I just don’t know how besides to put this out there

The vibe here is amazing! People are cool and super helpful! Selection is huge and we drive a little further to skip some of the other vape shops because Alohma is worth it!

Stopped in today to buy a new set up and I asked if they had an isub tank like I had.. They said no, try online.. I asked if they had something simular.. They said no, try online.. I asked if he knew anywhere close that could help me.. He said no, try searching online... I spent $80+ at KC Vapes instead .. Lost a customer today

I almost never buy vape juice anywhere but online from Vape Wild and places like Alohma are the reason why. Their juices are poor quality and the taste was revolting! And to add insult to injury, EXTREMELY overpriced! Avoid this place at all costs! If you want to buy your vaping supplies locally, use Hotspot Vapes at 12006 College Blvd, (in College Square Shopping Center), both prices and quality are worth the trip.

The sales people there are awesome and friendly! Very knowledgeable of the juices they have in stock. Its become my regular place to go to.

AVOID this place. The staff is RUDE and IGNORANT. I was kicked out the store(the ONLY customer BTW) because I looked underage. I am 32 years old.... I literally left and went to another vape shop less than 10 min away and they were helpful and did NOT SAY A WORD or ask for ID, agian i AM 32 YEARS OLD!

Ive tried in house blends from about 10 shops, but Alohmas Virginia peach juice is definitely the best Ive ever had. And the customer service is always great.

5/5. Came to Alohma with no knowledge of vaping, and was switching from chewing tobacco. They were extremely helpful all the way from giving advice on which vape to purchase as well as set up and picking flavors. Definitely a winning experience.
