Only received 2 stars because of the nice customer service.. product completely over priced!! $30 online $14, in Missouri $21, around the corner $24 but didn’t have cool mint..

My wife goes there regularly, & they always have what she needs/wants!! The staff is always eager to help & very friendly!! They have a very big selection of products & fun novelty items.

I asked the lady working for a specific product, hopefully a cheaper version. She tried selling me an expensive version. At the last minute I see a cheaper version. Way cheaper. Another product I asked for, a neoprene container, she claims they have, charges me and puts it in the bag. Ends up being a plastic container holding a bowl type piece for a vape mod. My fault for not checking, but I wont be back. Straight up lied to me to try and get the most money out of me.

Johnny was absolutely unequivocally amazing in his personalized and professional service-- along with his desire to go above and beyond to make sure that every customer has an absolutely spectacular experience. Finding the right product at the right price point and the right flavor is a very time-consuming process, but Johnny takes the time to make sure every aspect of the experience is optimal. Im awful with names but pretty sure my guy was Brian. Dude helped me when I didnt know I needed it. Walked in to window shop and he hung out and talked to me about everything in one of the cases and talked me into picking up something. The place has a great selection of items and is pleasant to be in. Forsure recommend.

These guys rock! Visit them. I recently bought a new D8 gummy product on their shelves that were complete duds. It was a completely one-off experience, because I’ve been visiting them for a year and have always gotten quality product.Anyway, they gave me a full refund and immediately pulled the product off the shelf. That’s how you do business! Thank you guys!! I won’t buy from another store as long as I live in the area.

Went in as a beginner. One of the workers helped me, and I got a new battery with a ceramic cartridge. I loved it. Got home, used it properly, and every cartridge I put it in burned. I was bummed out and went back the next day to see if they could help me, and Logan was absolutely AMAZING. He helped me and answered every question I had. Im so thankful. This is definitely my go to place.

Bought two different disposables here, and neither worked. I wasn’t given a receipt for my second one and when I showed that it wasn’t working, showed my bank transaction, there was still nothing they could do. don’t want anyone else wasting over a $100 on faulty products.

I have spent allot of money at this store. And at one time they had a great manger that would order the juices I use, they dont carry. But as of today I will never shop here again! They sold me a damaged battery charger 2 weeks ago, I brought it in today for replacement, and they said sorry theres nothing we can do! Knowing the manufacturer has a year warranty, they can easily send back. No! I ask to talk to owner, the so called Manager said no he already hung up! Never buy anything from a place that doesnt back there devices of any kind! Totally unprofessional!

Bought a product while visiting KC. Found out it had an expiration date of 10-12-2019. Went back to store for exchange or refund, but the front desk and manager said that all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds were given. Even asked for a comparable product, but they expired in 2021. Now knowing their products had expiration dates, they did not seem to care and left them on the shelf, so be forewarned. Had to refute the charges on my cc and receive the money back that way.

Friendly, easy to talk too. Calming enviorment and layed back experience.

Well, I asked for 6 MG and was given 3. Didnt notice until later that day. Meh. The guy I talked to was nice and funny, but Im not sure what happened with the nic level mixup. Regardless, its not a bad place to visit by any means. Its in a great location too.

They sold me a Novo 3 that was broken with an already burnt pod. They said its a great product that needs only a little juice and care. But so far all the pods seem to be doing is leak everywhere and on everything. I have to clean my vape 3 times a day due from the juice leaking.

Rarely are they out of stock on coils or juices. Every now and again, as with all business, you may have to wait on a delayed order or over demand. Staff os always knowledgeable and very helpful.

First time in a Vap Shop, I was very pleased with the wide selections that they have. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about the juice and the tanks! The prices are amazing, I will definitely be back and refer others as well...
