I come into this store a fee times a week. And always leave smiling. Ryan and Beth are wonderful. When you walk in you are greeted like family and its always a blast. They always have my kratom ready for me. And they take the time to have conversations. If Im having a bad day I know when I go to this store Im going to be leaving smiling from their kindness and very personable. Love this place.

A couple weeks ago the person working I believe the name was Ryan. went above and beyond calling me and staying late so I could come and get my wallet left behind. Excellent hard-working staff.I love your late hours I can always count on you being open that’s the only reason I don’t look elsewhere.. I don’t come at 8:45 PM very often but when I do it’s important.Thanks-

Ashley, the heavy set girl, which I just heard is the manager, needs to take customer service classes. She is very rude and unprofessional. She never greets anyone when they come in which is fine I suppose, but if she actually looked to see who was there, which I am all the time, she wouldnt have to keep asking if I am a rewards member, which every time I answer, yes. The newer girl is a sweetheart and always remembers me when I come in. We live right across the street and that is why I continue to shop at this location. Although its probably time to switch stores. Ashely just cant seem to handle what she is doing. She always complains about something. She is a total buzzkill. She needs to go.

Worst store ever. Always out of stock, absolutely worst manager I have ever seen run a store. I wouldn’t trust him to watch my dog, let alone a retail store. I sat there for 5 minutes while he worked on a sat behind the counter and worked on paperwork and when I said something he had the gall to tell me to wait he’s doing paperwork. I left the store. So if you see the young man with a man bun in the store just leave he is single handedly ruining that store. Feel sorry for the owners.

Would be 0 stars if I could. The girls that seem to be working when I come in are so rude, and for what? A few weeks ago I purchased 2 of the ESCObars at a store a little bit more of a drive from me for about $40, last week i decided to just go to Vapor Maven since it is only 2 minutes away (compared to the other store at 10 min away) and Vapor maven charged me $55 for the exact same brand, size, and quality. The few minutes saved is no longer worth it for the huge price difference and for the way they treat their customers.

Always satisfied with Vapor Mavens selection of products. The staff at all locations i have been to are knowledgeable and friendly. Couldnt ask for a better experience every time I step foot in one.

We came by to drop off some samples of our best products at Supplement Superstores and met Mia, she helped us out greatly! I highly recommend her and that place

Cant trust the hoursLiterally diverted time out of my route and day to swing by when there were other shops I could have gone to. Show up and there is a closed 10 min sign on the door. Welp 20 minutes later no one is in the store and I’m out the time when I could have gone somewhere else. Really lame. Won’t be patronizing the brand anymore as I literally can’t trust when they are open

This is the absolute worst place to buy anything. I was sold two incorrect pieces for my vape and the girl helping me wasnt able to give me a refund , no fault of hers. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous.

If you want to get talked to disrespectfully- this is YOUR spot! These people have zero knowledge about the products they have on their shelves. To be fair- it’s not EVERYONE that works there, it’s the female that I have dealt with on two separate occasions now. Would never recommend this place!!! Will be making a formal complaint.

I love this place and the selection which is the 5 star but I went today just now at 1:18 the light are on and the open sign is illuminated but no note anywhere or anything the doors are locked and nobody is answering the phone pretty disappointing when you go by on your lunch a 25 minute drive for me just to find out I cannot even go in or get anything and no idea why so needless to say a bit frustrating

Hands down the best experience Ive had in any vape shop, Maki was extremely helpful, not pushy, and we had a great conversation. I will definitely be returning to this location.
