Head Shops are generally kinda grimey places to visit. This one is not. All the Vaper Mavens are top notch for what they are.

I have enjoyed the products from the store for well over 3 years. The heavy set black woman is absolutely the rudest person I think I have ever encountered in a retail store. Absurd and too bad because the gentleman that works in the evening is outstanding. But one interaction with her and I cant imagine anyone would ever walk back in that store with as many competitors as there are in the Kansas City area.

Been going here for a few months now since their prices are unbeatable around the area, they recently got a new employee and he is phenomenal and is well knowledged about the products. Thanks for the great products Maven!

These guys arent worth the time. I bought a mod from them and it was faulty. The next day they said it left the store so we cant do a refund. Okay... I ended up fixing it on my own. Whatever. I started buying coils and juice from them, I had a faulty coil, took it back to the store and they said sometimes you get duds, you just have to deal with it. Yeah no thanks. Been spending tons of money with these guys every month and youre good with losing that business over a coil. Great! Go to Alohma, better prices, better service, just... better. I should have just making the further drive since I was always iffy about these guys anyways.

Stopped by today and Kristy was super helpful. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and recommended some new stuff I loved! Will definitely be back.

Such a clean and organized store. The staff there is great and knowledgeable, super friendly. The manager Maki is so nice shes the best! One of my favorite shops to stop by!

Stopped in here on our way home yesterday looking for something specific. The heavy set black woman on duty acted like we were bothering her. Left with no sale because I didnt have a valid photo ID, my drivers license expired. Im 57 years old for christs sake and my 75 year old mother was with me and she wouldnt accept her ID because she said we were together! Seriously?!So, we just hopped over to Vapor World on 75th & Metcalf, not a single problem there!We did notice as soon as we left your employee locked the store and went next door to Dominos so we must have been cutting into her lunch time. Must have accounted for the attitude! In any case, wont be back. Vapor World has my business. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store is awesome! Maki and Josh were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They helped get me set up with a good, affordable nic salt system and some CBD tincture. Highly recommend!

This place is HANDS DOWN the top vape shop in KC! Maki was completely awesome, going above and beyond to answer questions and recommend some killer products. They’ve got a crazy good selection! Plus, it was just cool to hang out and chat it up with her….that’s some excellent customer service. If you’re going to any other vape shop, stop and go here instead! Thanks Maki!!

Very unfriendly to us when we came in for a very clear issue. Workers questioned us in a rude and sarcastic way. They made us out to be very dumb and like there was no problem when there clearly was. Refused to let us return the broken product or help us on the issue besides telling us we were dumb. Very disappointed in how unwelcoming they were and rude.

Great store, great selection, but the price is a really high in Kansas. Hop over the state line to Missouri and get rid of the vape tax! Its worth it to save $5 every time.

I purchased a torch here, when I got home it was defective. Despite this there was no refund or replacement. I wont be back.

You have to come here and see Maki!!! She literally is helping me quit smoking cigarettes as we speak. So educational and knowledgeable on her products in the store!

The store is adequately stocked but the staff is rude and not at all helpful. With so many other shops to buy from there’s no reason to go here.
