Vapor Maven

Ive been in many shops in the area since I moved to town a couple of months ago. And this one is amongst the furthest from my house and daily commute. I still choose to travel out of the way to this location because the prices are competitive for business, and every time Ive been in and unsure of what I wanted, Christina has been super friendly, and pointed me in the direction of vapes that Ive yet to be disappointed by. Most places just try to push certain premium vapes on me, and sometimes I end up with something Im not thrilled about, but she inquires about my taste, and was actually able to help me pinpoint ones that I enjoy greatly; to the point I can trust her recommendationsand have no problem spending money on buying a more expensive vape. I will continue to come back to this location and try out new flavors she recommends. Thank you Christina!

I came in with my girlfriend Tuesday 2/20, we walked in the door at 8:31 pm. The employee was mopping the floor when we walked in, so we both apologized for having to walk on a freshly mopped floor. The employee gave us attitude straight away and was saying very passive aggressive things. While we were finishing our transaction, two other people came in and the employee became even more frustrated and venting about people coming in and walking on the floor, so she was just going to give up on doing it. This was my first negative experience at this store. I get the frustration, but if you can’t put that aside and just do your job, you shouldn’t be in customer service

Josh was super helpful and friendly guiding us to what we needed with no problem at all. The store is huge (and really clean) with everything you might need. Lowest prices on the Kansas side. It was my first time in but definitely not my last! So glad we stopped in.

Y’all white rhino products are trash one use and the hole closes up lol cheap glass although all sales are final I don’t think should apply when the product is legitimately dysfunctional, girl said it’s never happened well it just happened to my friends and mine so y’all should prolly take them off the shelves

TLDR: Sold a product at almost twice the advertised price and it was broken and inoperable. Due to return policy I am just SOL. Go anywhere else but here.Went here to buy a replacement 510 threat battery last night. I found one that had a price tag of 8.99 so asked for that one. I was charged 16.35 for it though. Brought it home and charged it all night. Went to use it today and it doesnt work. So not only was I charged almost double the advertisted price but I also was given a product that does not work and due to the return policy I am just out of that money. DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND THE OWNER KNOW THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE INFERIOR AND THE RETURN POLICY IS PROOF THAT THEY KNOWINGLY SELL FAULTY ITEMS AND ARE JUST LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. There is a vape shop less then two minutes away called vapor world. I highly suggest you go there instead of here. I would even go to a shady gas station vape shop over here. Literally anywhere else is a better idea.

Well I have been going there for a long time and I hardly get asked for my ID. The person that was there today asked me for it and I didn’t have it which I get it , she can’t let me but the juice and I was okay with it. I was ganna get my ID back but let me tell you. Let me tell you, she was rude about it and took the juice back with attitude. I told her that’s fine I understand I will go get it. She was like well I am the new manager and thing will change going forward . I visit that location like twice a week and I also buy from them. She was rude in a disrespectful way. You can talk to your customer in a better way if you want to keep them. I get the rules and I had no issue with it. I had no problem going to get it but the respond back from her was not okay. I guess since she said she is the new manager , maybe learn how to ask nicely . Will never go there again.

If you are looking for hemp products I would not recommend here. they have a no return/exchange policy for defective hemp products. A policy that exists because they are aware they sell shoddy products. the existence of the policy would be fine if they took the time to find reputable brands that actually lab test there products but it appears they buy whatever shady business is advertising to them this week. Despite these flaws I have accumulated multiple negative experiences with this location/franchise cementing my views and culminating into my most recent purchase that resulted in a watered down, harsh, and leaking legal THC experience. Honestly just go to American Shaman.

Great place! Quick and easy

Super friendly and knowledgeable. On my visit I met the new manager. She was very helpful. Answered all my questions on queue. And I was happy when I left. Second visit. For sure gonna return.I was there for one thing on bothBut saw so many other points of interest in the store. CBD flower and concentrates. Rigs, glass, papers, lighters, torches, and of course vapes n oils (nic and non). And so much more. I thought the price point on the couple things I perused was fair. Not over priced at all.

I gave three stars only because of I have been here before even when it was kcvapes and the customer service “was” outstanding, however today I went because I was looking for tanks and just so happen the had some iclear tank that was discontinued for 4.99 (shelf) and the had some other tanks that fit my battery on a shelf that was labeled .99 shelf I was going to buy several… get to the register and he couldn’t give me the .99 because he didn’t know how to ring it up but he said I can get the .99 for 16.00 dollars I said but it’s .99 cent and he said he don’t know how to ring the .99 cent and the 4.99 shelf he can give me a deal for 6.99 on a 4.99 product. I know you wondering, that don’t make sense… then when I took a pic of the sign he said I just started and he don’t know how… wow!!! So I went to the one on wornall just to get a disposable and will order when I get home..

The store has been cleaner and the new lady working there is always super sweet and explains things and helps me figure things out with any questions I have

Great shop, friendly staff and fair prices. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Just went to go buy ROLLING PAPERS that this vape shop sells, and being 21, me and my buddy BOTH got carded for curbside pickup, as illegal as that is and not having my ID, i got upset, but he refused to even say a word to me about the matter. locked himself inside and refused to even acknowledge me or my friend being there. I’ve also got word that Paul from this specific vapor maven sells to minors, i have proof of the matter, also. will never shop here again and i recommend going elsewhere as Paul has an attitude problem.

Tall redhead guy is something else. Needs to find a new job. Very smug and short if you asked any questions. Didnt like being bothered to get off his cellphone.
