Was sold a cloudy cartridge after being told it was safe and fine. A quick google search will tell you otherwise and to throw it away. Not Vapor Maven. They put it right onto their shelves. No returns, no exchanges when you, the customer have been fleeced.Vapor Maven has no regard for the quality of their product or their customers safety, let alone satisfaction.Theyre opportunists.Take your money elsewhere.Update: Customer service never answered my calls. Calls are directed to owners wife and himself.Secondly, the packaging has a QR code for laboratory information on the product. The QR code is bogus, there is no info.

They require you to fill out a waiver to purchase their products, meaning, they know there is liability attached to using the products, but disregard that liability and refuse to accept their part. IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT A PRODUCT WONT HURT YOUR CUSTOMER BASE DO NOT SELL IT.

I used to go to a few other vape stores and didnt really have a go to.I went here and the low prices definitely shocked me. The staff here are very knowledgeable when it comes to vapes. Based off what you tell them, they can give you a few recommendations and let you choose from there. Plus side of all that is the price is going to be less than anywhere else.Theyve got other stuff there too, not just vapes. But a wide selection of all.

One of my go to vape stores good selection of products and knowledgeable staff. Disposables are on the higher side price wise but most of them have screens so still very comparable to other vape store with good prices.

Right off of the bat, good and clean atmosphere. Jessie was the only employee working but was super friendly and professional. He knew the products (I was there to buy disposable vape) and gave not only his professional view but personal view as well. Very personable and courteous, I almost felt like I was visiting a friend. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Jessie!

They took down the barrier and stopped wearing masks. Also the card reader hasnt worked for a week. Definitely not the standard Ive come to expect from the Vapor Maven chain. Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

Tons of products and a nice staff. Anytime Ive had an issue with a bunk/bad product they make sure to take care of it.

These guys always know their products and steer me in the right direction when Im unsure of what I need or want!

DONT COME HERE! They will scam you with products that doesn’t work and then ignore you. I went to the store for a refound and the guy didn’t care!. Awful service
