They made a mistake & double charged me. When I asked them to correct it, management was extremely unprofessional and accused me of scaming them, over $40, please 🙄. Also, they over charge, charging full price for juice thats supposed to be 2 packs. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

The customer service provided by Harry and Steven is always phenomenal. They are so knowledgeable and always willing to help. They also give great juice recommendations when I don’t know what juice I want. Their rewards program is also super awesome and totally worth it. I have never had a bad experience here! (I drive past 4 different vape stores just to come to this particular store)

This is a great shop. They have my home batteries which I use in my flashlight. They also have some amazing juice. Their selection is amazing and all the clerks are friendly. Visiting here changed my life and I’ll be back next time I’m in Kansas City.

The location and the staff are very nice. But I was very disappointed to find out just how much they mark up their products. Hidden hill items are going for on average $15 more than ordering it from the manufacturer. I know businesses have to mark up their prices to make a profit but that seems a bit too much for me.

I.had my usual disposable... stopped in looking for one. They did not have product, however they They had Geek Bar Pulse in Blue Razz. I dont enjoy the flavor as much as the strawberry watermelon, but overall its GREAT. The store is very clean and organized. The stf is very knowledgeable, were f very friendly and helped me to select a disposable Vape. To my surprise they also offered a veteran discount I will definitely be back and steer business their way.

This is the best Vapor World store in the Johnson county area. Big store with a great selection. But the best part is the friendly and helpful staff. If the prices seem a bit high you should think about how much more the employees care to help you find what you are looking for to give you the best possible vaping experience you need.To top it all off the rewards program they have is amazing and definitely helps you save a lot more in the long run in case something happens to your regular device.5 stars isnt enough, I give this place a 6.

I usually go the Grandview store and they are great--but I came here the other day because Grandview didnt have the glass tank replacement I needed.... and just WOW.The staff was so ridiculously friendly and helpful I had to leave a review. I had broken my tank and had been vaping from a tank that was made of broken glass and electrical tape LOL... it was both an engineering marvel, but on the other hand, an absolute disgrace that needed to be fixed ASAP.The gentlemen insisted he take my vape in the back, and he made her beautiful again. Brought it back to me so clean it was almost embarrassing. He changed out the tank glass, the coil, and added juice to it for me. I went there for a glass tank that was 5 bucks, walked out with a hundred dollars worth of stuff just because I figured I should stock up and it was truly just a satisfying experience. Sounds silly almost but it is THE BEST customer service experience I have had in sometime. Considering making the drive the next time I need to. Im not your typical SHOP LOCAL kinda guy, but I will shop local for these guys.... top notch.They were gentlemen and scholars. Thanks guys!

If your employees can’t answer simple questions about your product, then how am I supposed to feel comfortable buying from you? I went in to get a delta 8 cartridge. When I asked what the difference was between the products the employee told me that he knows nothing about that side of the store because he doesn’t use it. Regardless if you use it or not you should be able to tell me what the difference is. Poor customer service, I will not be returning and will take my business to a more knowledgeable competitor.

Been going here for many years now and have never really had any issues with any of the products they carry or the people who work there. What small issues I have ran into they always make right - no questions asked. The owner is often found hanging around one of their many locations and makes sure you leave happy and feeling like a valued customer (owner and employees know me by name and that appears to be the norm with any of their retuning customers). The staff is always willing to spend as much time with you as is needed to help you find exactly what you’re looking for (even when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for) and are happy to answer any and all questions without ever making you feel rushed or incompetent. They have very fair prices in my opinion and a great selection of both house and premium juices as well as mods, coils, tanks, etc and very convenient store hours and locations. Customers are able to sample any juices they have on the shelves before purchasing (not in your mod but a dab on your finger) which helps ensure you will enjoy whatever you buy without the worries of disliking your flavor and wasting money purchasing something you get home and realize isn’t your cup of yea. One of the greatest benefits of shopping Vapor World is their fantastic rewards program where points add up quickly with every purchase you make and can be used like cash for any product in the store. This establishment is legit and I have never felt the need nor the desire to try out any other Vape store in town.

Escobar 6000 for $40.58? I dont think so. Watch out going here. Either this place has the highest markup in the metro, or the guy ringing me up yesterday added a fat tip for himself when I said I didnt need a receipt. I dont mind paying more for the convenience of not going down the street to your competitor, but I wont be exploited.

Employees are super helpful and patient. Over a few trips worked with 3 different people that were great. Prices seem pretty good and a large selection of products.

Ive had great experiences here in the past, but twice in as many weeks Ive been met with the worst customer service of my life. The employee is exceptionally rude and has no manners or sense of customer service. Hes spoken rudely to myself and my husband on sperate occasions and we can certainly find better places to spend our money. Too bad, bc it used to be a great little neighborhood shop.

Sometimes you walk into this place and people are trying to help you from the moment you walk in the door, the experience is great. Other times you feel youre left standing there forever while theyre chatting it up on the verge of screaming CAN I PLEASE GIVE YOU MONEY?! Also from knowing someone that has worked here before that shall not be named, they have been known to suggest great products that are in fact crap they are just trying to get off their shelves. Ive noticed that the people that work here are constantly changing so its hit or miss what your experience will be like. Lack of consistency of the customer service end = low score.

Salesperson helped me narrow down what device I should get based on pros and cons of devices and the criteria I wanted met. Was very (extremely) patient as I took my sweet time to pick which I wanted, and answered all questions promptly. I especially appreciated that they double-chcecked if they werent 110% sure on answers or on pricing. Salespersons name was Karston. Thank you Karston for bearing with my indecisiveness, and with a smile and great personality the whole time.

Jesse was Amazing. I came in not knowing what device would be best for me. I let her know exactly what I had been using and she was very knowledgeable and recommended a few that would be comparable to what I was currently using. She even let me smell some of the flavors of the e-juices. That was awesome, because not everything you see on paper is going to satisfy the aroma. She explained to me exactly how my new device worked, she set it up for me and even gave me some tips on the coils. I will be a returning customer. OH BTW the point system is Aw-mazing. Thanks Jesse! Ive been going to this place ever since they broke off from the Vapor World chain. They have amazing customer service, and amazing mod, tank, and juice selections. All of the employees are knowledgeable in regards to different ways to use your equipment, and will give advice if youre having issues with your stuff. Love em

The kid running your store 12/18/20 at 2:15pm should be fired immediately. He wanted nothing more than to get me out of the store so he could get back to slacking off. He was extremely rude, and from what I gathered, possessed no redeeming qualities. As a business owner myself, I wouldnt trust this kid to run a popcorn stand. And this experience is why I will not be returning to your establishment. Horrible horrible experience.

This place is my go to from the start. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Their point system is a great bonus for being a loyal customer. Alex called around to find the juice I wanted and made it happen.

Bought 2 14 mm bowl (basic generic ones, not a fancy one) here, walked out the door and was about to leave then noticed one of them had a small crack in the glass, right away I walked back into the shop (this was maybe 30 seconds total) to switch out the cracked bowl only to be told they wouldn’t exchange it because they can’t exchange glass?? So they sold me a broken piece and then wouldn’t switch it out for a non broken one before I had even left the one parking lot. I had been buying my vape juice and papers here and will be taking my business elsewhere now.Anywhere else would’ve switched out the bowl considering I had just bought it seconds ago

They were great but then must have had bad batches last 5 didnt work past 4 days and they were 2500 and rechargeable and yes used correct chargers

This is my favorite vape shop to go to, I spend hours in this store regardless if I’m buying something or not. The work staff is amazing, Paul is definitely the go to guy for any questions whether they are vape related or juice related, he has an incredibly huge amount of knowledge of just about everything there is to know about vaping. The managers Garry and Harry run the stores as a father and son deal. They are amazing heart warming people that will go above and beyond for you. I would drive hours away just to go to this store even though I make a 40 minute trip to get there as it is I’d go even further. They are always stocked on juice and have the biggest variety you could ever choose from, you name it they got it. I highly recommend them to everyone, if you’ve never been, go see for yourself. If you’ve been there and had a bad experience give them another chance, they’re great people and they run an amazing company!Thanks for everything Garry, Harry, and Paul!

Was buying my ejuice here exclusively for over a year. On my last visit the vendor sold me the wrong juice. I assumed it was right as I hadnt had a problems before. Brought it back the next day when I noticed the mistake and they said it clearly states on the receipt all juice sales are final, of course I dont get the receipt until the sale is final, or the juice so.... The fact that Im a regular and they refused to correct their mistake was disappointing. Also everything here costs more than it does anywhere else. Update... The owner or manager did correct the mistake and gave me the correct juice after reading this review.

After a whole lot of confusion and rude interactions at another shop, we came here in desperate need to just figure out what was wrong with out pods for our vapes, and Steven was super nice and explained to us what wrong and what we needed to replace and we were in and out in less than 5 mins with both our vapes in working order! The one on 95th and Quivira has excellent customer service. They are so considerate that they will send you somewhere else to get a better price or the right product. They wont try to sell you something they dont have just to get you to purchase something else.

This place has high turnover and ok staff. Theyre friendly but sold me two vaporizers that were pretty much junk. The hardware selection is eclectic and low end. The juice selection is very diverse and trends towards fruity.

This place is the bomb, dudes always have the best juice and they will never steer you in the wrong direction for flavor or the best deals. Bottom line? They vape just like any customer who comes into the store. So they treat their customers like they would want to be treated when shopping for mods, juice, coils, whatever it is you need. Honestly? I continued to hit up this location because its just too convenient in relation with my job.The last two juices I purchased were expired by 5 months!!! Bought my vape there a couple of weeks ago. Dropped it and broke the tank. Went back to fix or replace it couldnt be any help. Then tried to use my store credit for all the points I racked up with all the money Ive spent there. Dude wouldnt let me use it because it wasnt the exact amount or higher than the amount the credit was for. Literally they woulda saved money because the juice I was going to purchase was less than my credit. I wont give them another dime of my money. Ill go back to Waldo vape where they actually take care of their customers.

Would NOT return to this Vape World location if it was the last vape shop in town. I’d drive anywhere else. Manager was originally nice when I have came in to make a purchases but definitely doesn’t care to actually fix an issue if something happens. Instead will insist it was “a user error and he doesn’t know what else to tell you.” Also was told to charge the device even though I had for several hours and than 2 1/2 hours again after leaving the shop and nothing was happening. Yet I went to another Vapor World and was treated better. Which I than choose to spend more money there, which paid off in the end. I went to 3 Vape World locations yesterday and this one is definitely one I will never return to because of poor customer service from the manager when I had an issue.

I just visited Flatlands Vapes for the first time. Great shop!! The man who helped me (I regret getting his name) was such a great guy! If you havent stopped by this Shawnee shop...you need to make time to check it out.....

!!!!!!CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE ON THE JUICE!!!!!!I have been here multiple times over the years but recently I have been noticing that their juices are expired. When the juices are expired (some I got from here were over 1 year expired!) the flavor subsides and the effects of the nicotine fade away. For $25+ per 100 ml you would hope to get your moneys worth.Its not just me either. I have a few friends who also vape / used to vape and we checked their bottles. As you would guess it... they were expired.

I went to 4 different vape shops before I found vapor world and now call it my home. I was having a hard time with my coils and vape when I first started and they heard me instead of just buy this and that. They are always patient when trying new juices and hooked me up with the right mod and tank for me. thank you everyone at vapor world!

Well normally i get my vape juice here because they have flavors i really enjoy. Yesterday i went to get my boyfriend and i each a new battery, coils, vape juice, and a new tank for me. After standing there at the counter over 10 minutes only to have the woman finish with the customer she had and ignored me when i was talking to her and helped the man who just walked in instead. How rude. Took my business across the street to KC vape. Their c.s. skills far exceeded vapor worlds and they got my $140 sale instead. I probably wont be going back any time soon if ever.

Used to have so much more merchandise, and a great in house vaping area with sampling. Reduced to a small shop. With no products for any vape that youve purchased 3-4 yrs. ago. Under different management.

Have been in there multiple times and it used to be my go to. Unfortunately its gone down hill in a hurry and I will not be returning. Purchased some 0 nic juice at the recommendation of the employee as he said he could bump the nic level up to 3 and handed me a chart to pick the desired nic level. I told him multiple times that it I wanted 3 nic and confirmed it on a chart. He then proceeded to use the wrong nic packs and bumped it up to 9mg because he used a higher concentration pack than was indicated by the chart. When I called to confront him, he stated that all sales are final and I was SoL. He funny part is how he claimed that touching he nicotine or vaping at higher than a 6 would lead to death in 24 hours. Honestly that should have made me walk out right then and there. I also witnessed the same employee call a customer a dumbass because he was vaping on 18mg and he refused to sell him over a 6. Good stuff.

The staff is rude and with all the other options around, dont waste your time on this store. The employees they have working would rather stand around B.S.ing than doing their job. Highly recommend Aquepous Vapes, Waldo Vapes, or KC Vapes. This store is closer to my house, but Id rather drive the extra mile than give these people my money.

Wont stand by their defective products. Bought a new battery last night and this morning the thing wont pull at all. Came in to exchange only to be told by the same cashier who sold me this defective product that since he asked if I wanted a receipt and I declined (figured my five stars would track it) he cant even exchange the product. I have been going to Vapor World stores all around the metro since I started vaping 5 years ago. This is the final straw. I am done with Vapor World. KC Vapes just down the street has better juice and products. I suggest going there instead of Vapor World where they will steal your money.

Went there to buy a new mod was told The mod that I was purchasing had temp control come to find out after purchase and trying to use it only had amp controlYou would think the staff would know the difference and of course no exchanges after You open the box and actually go through the functions and use it and come to find out the sales person lied to you or was a knowledgeable and just trying to make a sale

Lowest price on juice in the area hands down. Everyone is nice when I go in, theres occasionally a wait but generally its more due to the customer not knowing what they want or what theyre doing than the employees.

Russel and Harry great people and they have amazing experience in vape expertise, if you have any kind of issue with your vape before throwing it let them have a look , mine got fixed for free.

Terrible customer service!!!! He checked my ID with some sort of flash light, as if it was fake he kept looking at me and looking at my ID. Then he told me he couldnt sell to me because I was on the phone with someone and he said I could be buying it for them. FYI Im 24 years old.
