Great selection, knowledgeable and helpful employee. My new go-to vape shop, I highly recommend this store.I was looking for a specific e-liquid brand and flavor. I called tons of other stores and they were all either out of stock or didnt carry the brand or specific flavor. I finally found what I was looking for here.My first visit to this store and I was very pleasantly surprised and wish Id found it sooner. They have a REALLY wide selection and the employee who helped me was actually very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.There are a lot of other vape shops out there with limited and low quality products and employees who are not very helpful and have little knowledge of what they sell. This is an actual, honest to goodness vape shop, which is becoming more rare these days.

I bought a device for my husband as he needed a new device. I was told that I could return it. The device I was recommended to get was expensive but was told that it doesnt leak as much as other devices. I asked the sells person, if it was compatible with salt nicotine, and he said yes and would be better than his current device. When given to my husband, he noticed that the wattage was too high for his liking. and so I called to see if it could be returned. I was told the only way it could be returned is it I needed to replace a part in the device, because thats the only thing that they could do. The device was not broken just was not the right device. However, I went to a different vape store near by, and the person there confirmed with me that the device that was sold to me did not work with salt nics and the sells person at the vapor world shouldve known better. And that if my husband continued to use the device that it couldve cause alot of damage to him down the line. Luckily my husband only used it 1 day out of the 6 days we had the device, but now were out money and have a device that we wont use.

I have bought multiple devices here and the staff is very helpful and explain to you the details on everything so you know what your getting and it’s not gonna be a surprise later. I just bought another device tonight. Vapor World is where it’s at!!

Kinda your average vape shop, but what sets this place apart from the rest is the staff. Every time i go in i see my girl Stormie. Not only is she beyond helpful with suggestions/recommendations/decision making, she also goes above and beyond for this store and her customers. If she doesn’t get a raise for all of her hard work and effort put into this place I’d genuinely be shocked. Check this place out because good customer service is hard to find.

As a mechanic I work in a not clean work space and are constantly working and when I told Josh and Jacob about getting a mod that would be good for my work they picked the geekvape h45 and it was a perfect selection for my line of work the battery lasts as long as my work shifts easy to use easy to clean and stands up to the test of hard working conditions 10/10 experience and great customer communication will be returning for all smoke related needs

Excellent. Came in this am, sat 8/13, and had excellent customer service. Newbie here and he wasn’t condescending at all. Nice selection. Follow GPS. Can see from 135th but easy to miss the turn to get back in there.

Amazing place very knowledgeable and helpful!

Honestly I haven’t met anyone I haven’t liked at any of the locations, however, my last purchase left a bad taste in my mouth. One, they sold me a charger for batteries when the device I’ll use the batteries with can charge them with a cable. That isn’t a big deal but I found that out only after my purchase which makes me feel that aren’t being upfront and honest. The second thing about it was that I wanted to return a mod that came with the tank just to get the mod itself but they told me only after coming back that I could only exchange. They gave me no prior disclosure of this policy and I feel this is wrong. At the end of the day, you probably will still have a good experience because they want your money but clearly they don’t actually care about the customer.

Store is clean and professional looking with soft wood finishes. Its easy on the eyes and has a helpful staff.

The people working there are fine but this place has been out of my favorite vape juices for more than 3 months now. Thats really annoying.

Customer service is on point. The only problem and it could be the nicotine withdrawal but my vape is now broken because of defective carts. Kinds heart broken. But the young man that works at the op location was great to work with.

I am so happy with my experience. I came into the store knowing nothing. Mike was very patient and took the time to explain the differences in the devices and all the juices. He made the purchase process so easy. I will definitely be back for all my vaping needs. Thanks Mike

After spending all day coming into all the Vapor World locations because of a device malfunction this was the shop that was the most helpful and kind. They didn’t belittle or tell us we would have to sit and wait 3-4 hours like the manager at 75th and metcalf store did. Yes, I asked if he was serious multiple times and he definitely was, than seemed annoyed I didn’t want to sit at the shop for that length of time after just driving 30 mins back AGAIN with my 6 year old. Both employees at this store on 135th, Ryan and Luca, quickly and efficiently helped my friend and I every time we walked threw the door. Definitely will return to this location and make any more purchases I need.

Ive hit the 500 pts, $50 off in-store credit like 3 or 4 times already. This is my go to store for the last 2 to 3 years. If you know that you will be late, just call ahead and Tyler will wait for you. He has done this for me on Sundays when they close at 7pm, and I cant thank him enough for basically saving me lol from a burnt coil taste

I used to come here regularly, used to have awesome employees, but I can see that has changed. Poor customer service, employees always seem upset when you ask a question. Would not recommend to anybody.

First thing I noticed is how clean this store is, secondly the guy helping me REALLY knows his Kratom. Last but not least VERY reasonable pricing. Would recommend anybody looking for a good shopping experience check this or any of their other locations out immediately!

I came in wanting to get a gift for a friend and knowing nothing about vapes. All I had was a picture. Mike helped me figure out which pen was in the picture and what type of coil it needed. He also gave me several genuine recommendations for flavors. Awesome place to get a Christmas gift for your friend who vapes!

I come in about every Wednesday to get juice. Luca at the front is very knowledgeable over the jucie flavors. Hes helped a lot with helping me select a new mod as well.

Edit 7/19/19 gave it another try. Kara is awesome, went in to get some koi, havent used it in over a year and I knew then using it in my everyday vape (big 200w mods) Kara showed me what I needed and explained in detail why, pod systems are the best for this, and now I know why. I have been schooled in a positive way that was in no way offensive like Ive experienced else where. Plus she answered every random question I had about different products, not only did I get my koi and a pod system, a couple of coils for one of my many tanks and took advantage of the juices that I think where on clearance. Overall 10 stars. Will be back thanks to Kara.

Kratom stopped my chronic neck/head muscle spasms. Painkillers the Doctor gave me did nothing. I am 77 years old & so glad this eased my chronic pain. Great young lady was great help. About a week ago.

Red Kratom is the only painkiller that works for my chronic all over body pain. Takes about 20-30 minutes to help & lasts nearly all day. I have osteoarthritis in my whole body. The cold weather increases the pain. Prior to discovering Kratom I would be down from 3 days to 2 weeks, unable to move. It is the only thing that enabled me to get up.& live.

The place is great has a lot of stuff but the worker was kinda douchy when my I tried to help my girlfriend find a vape just because I didn’t have an ID and he thought that the vape was for me, I already have a vape buddy lmao

Hrm. I was in Tulsa last week and purchased 120ml bottle of vape juice for $22. I usually get 100ml bottles for $20. I stop in at Vapor World here in OP and they want $37+ for 100ml bottle! WTH? Now, Tulsa and others are making money per bottle so, just how much $$ does Vapor World think they need to make? Not a fan guys. You are ripping people off here in KC. SMH.Response:So, are you saying there is a $15 / 100ml bottle tax on vape juice in Kansas? Sorry, but no. Best I can find is $0.05 / ml. And again, others are selling 100ml bottles for $20 (quality juice mind you) and making money.Yes, you cant help me.

Drove 30 mins, as I always do to this store and although the sign says they open at 10am on Saturday, the doors are locked and lights are off. I suppose I will look for somewhere else to take my business.
