I Was denied service and humiliated because I used my retired military ID. I am waiting on a new drivers license so I had no other choice. The man behind the counter was rude and told me I needed a real ID card while laughing at me. This place has Lack of training, lack of respect, and now a lack of a good customer.

This smoke shop is the place to go for all your tobacco/flower and accessories. They keep their store clean and well stocked. Super friendly staff that knows their stuff!! Go check them out!!

Terrel is such a great attentive worker. He greeted us with a great smile and made my day. He was great with helping me pick out what I wanted and telling me about products with out rushing me. Such great customer service.

DFW Smoke & Vaper Shop” is the fantastic! Theyve got all the stuff you need for smoke and vaping. I mean, seriously, everything! You walk in, and its like a wonderland for smokers and vapers.

They have really awesome price selection and great costumer service. They give great deal on the hookas and waterpipe. They also have the loyalty program that I am enrolled in and they give 10% off for the first purchase.

Cigars are so dry that they crack when you try to cut. Find a shop that humidifies them. I regret it myself.
