The staff are ALWAYS friendly, the prices are great, and so is the selection. Its the only smoke shop we use in Waco. Thank yall for being awesome. Oh and the murals in store are EPIC!

The absolute best customer service from Niki, I asked for a price on painting of Vincent van goh but hitting a dab pen and she just gave it to me because I asked nicely. Then she gave me a Mona Lisa throwing up gang signs. Absolute best shop you could go to with an insane inventory and and even better group behind the counter.

I am honestly surprised at the high rating. When I went in they were out of stock on almost everything. There was only one person working who was not very friendly and seemed irritated that I was asking questions. I was only asking to name the flavors because I couldn’t read them from the other side of the counter. They even got visibly and verbally mad that a customer left because they didn’t want to wait in line. I haven’t been back since.

Nice store. Great people. Very eager to help you find what you are looking for. They not only answer your questions, they like to ask your opinions about products, such as what about an item do you prefer, and if there are particular features are a must have on the items you seek. They seem to have a great interest in understanding if their are different, or more preferred items/brands they should consider stocking in their store.

The only place I go to for Kratom! These guys are awesome! Staff is always friendly and helpful. I had one issue with a product and they more than took care of it no questions asked and with no hassle! I would recommend Smokeex above any other spot here!

I went thru their drive thru one night just before they closed to buy a lighter and gave the guy working at that time a $100 bill because its all I had. It wasnt till I got home in Mart,Texas that I realized that the guy had only given me change for a $50 bill and since they were already closed I used their chat line and no one ever responded to it, so dont even bother with that. With my work schedule the way that it is, it took me several days to make it back there and was told I would have to speak to the manager about it and he wasnt there. After making several trips I finally caught him there and he treated me as though he did not believe me. He said he would have to go back and check the drawer count for that night to see if there was an overage and I understood that, and gave him my name and number but was never called, so after making several attempts to catch him there again he was finally there one day and he said he checked and there was no overage and that was it. He said there was nothing else to be done. I honestly dont believe he even checked. I told him I would not be returning to his store ever again and Ive done business with this same owner since he was located on New Rd next to the Bushs Chicken. Where is their loyalty?

Great place. Great atmosphere. Darryl was really nice and very helpful. Its got a Retro feel on inside. Weve tried multiple shops but this one was our favorite. Thanks Darryl!👍

This used to be a really good smoke shop to stop at now they got some new staff that treat you funny with a nice attitude. The hours online say they still open till 1:00 a.m. on the window it says theyre open till midnight but actually closed sooner than that.

Went there today and the lady said she couldnt get the payment or something like that didnt understand but refer me to infamous ink was going there anyway but My son saw them while I was at the hair store just wanted nose piercing told him a price but when I got there different and I was why but she claims she didnt know so I guess she wasnt doing black people

I really love this place. They have all you need. Plus a large variety of CBD. And I dont have to go far to go see them. I really recommend this smoke shop.
