Been coming to the shop since it opened. Have found amazing products that work for me. But the longer they have been open the longer I have to wait for a product that I like. I’ve waited up to 2 months just for a product to be restocked after being told that whole month that it would be delivered every Tuesday. Really hate to leave a bad comment but this is year 2 it being a one hit wonder of products. You can get a product for a month then when they need to restock it then you’re better off going to a different shop to get it. Management keeps telling me it’s a higher up but as a former manager this is wrong. Know your needs and meet them.

Sierra was SUPER helpful & patient! She told me about specials & explained all products I had questions about!!! Great experience!

Best vape shop!! Lots of variety’s for affordable pricing. When you go make sure you ask for Bre & Dalton they’re super sweet & helpful always letting me know deals and specials!

Reasonable prices! Great customer service and great policy where I can exchange within 24 hours if any issues with my device. No other vape shop has that luxury 👍

These people are amazing. Jo was fantastic. I bought a coil and it ended up being the wrong one by accident and she replaced it. They were extremely nice and welcoming. Compared to the other place I went to. He was not nice and rude.I highly recommend this store. I will be coming back.

I love this place! They have everything you need. Vape City is awesome and so is Marissa. Always helpful and knowledgeable in their inventory and super friendly customer service. Ive been visiting for about a year now and will keep coming by. Thank you!

Sold me a vape that did not work 7 days ago. Person who I purchased it from said I could return it if it didn’t work. Was advised since I didn’t come within 24 hours I can’t get a replacement. BUT I could gladly buy another junk item. TRASH COMPANY

Great place, Nathan was an absolute help and was beyond nice. Went in at nearly three in the morning and he was cool with me staying in there until my ride got there. Definitely will go back.

I got exactly what I wanted here in one trip so 5 stars.

Not sure why, but the sales associate was being rude when i asked about my new device spitting vape juice in my mouth.I get people have bad days but that doesnt mean the customers should be treated poorly or talked down to.This store is new to Waco, but i guess its just another unhelpful franchise like create a cig.

Man got me a stundenglass for less than half the price of other local shops. I Will keep on coming back mr Greenthumb is hitting hard.
