Incredibly unsatisfied with my experience at this vape shop. I’m from out of town and needed some pods, the clerk gave me the wrong ones. Came back to exchange them and they won’t exchange or refund my money. I spoke with two “managers” who wanted to give me store credit, but I don’t live here and don’t want anything here. More of head shop than a vape shop . Also, it isn’t posted anywhere that they don’t do refunds, only on the receipt- which is really too late.VERY unsatisfied.Dear Owner,I will definitely NOT be back, if you were concerned about a customer’s experience you would give a refund for your mistake.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Mahalha helped me with picking a vape and what would be best. And Tyler helped me pick out juice for the new mod

Visted the Valley Mills store twice...If you can pull the employees attention away from their phone long enough to ask a question, you find out they are so ridiculously uninformed about the products they are of little help at all. 24 hrs or not, will not give them a 3rd try.

I like this store. Nice people, easy to get to, and easy to purchase what you need from here.

The other store on Franklin is smaller but much more friendly. They have a great selection here but the customer service was very poor

Worst management at any smoke shop I’ve ever seen the majority of this company’s buisnessss are located in Houston don’t go to this store if your looking for quality products and actual customer care. 1/10 I do not recommend manager was TRASH

Friendly staff but I won’t go back. The “pop rocks” disposables I bought taste like week old coffee which they wouldn’t let me exchange for a different brand. Mediocre selection on everything except for glass. I typically buy disposables weekly and work late so I thought this place would be a good find since they’re open 24/7. It was my first time in and my last.

I have been going to this shop for about a month now. A friend of mine suggested that I go, but was afraid of trying a new place. When I went to visit my daughter in Houston, I had no choice. I fell in love with the place immediately. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable no matter which location I visit. The store located in Waco is the one I visit most, so thats the store Ill refer to from here on out. I put my phone number in and was able to accumulate points. The store is always very neat and clean. The product selection is amazing!! They have a 24hr warranty on the products sold. I usually test mine before I leave the store. They have various discounts and deals, so dont forget to ask about those when you go in! I dont want to go anywhere else and I refer all of my friends and family. Sometimes, I even refer strangers! I recommend you give them a try if you have one near you. I dont think youll be disappointed. The best part is theyre 24 hours, so when you have that 3am emergency, they can hook you up.

Great place thats always open and have everything I need and awesome staff that are so helpful.

The store is alright and the manager, John was helpful. They have deals on disposable vapes, buy 2 get one 1/2 price, buy 3 get 1 free. BUT - I would not recommend their vapes...Vape City produces their own disposable vapes and my experience was that the battery life is very poor and the one of the vapes seemed to burn up quick. I will say that they have a 24 hour money back/exchange guarantee.

Very poor experience. I went in and the girl working in the store did not greet me and then I waited for 5 minutes before she came over to ask what I needed. The entire time I was in the store she was on her cell phone continuing her personal conversation. I had to interrupt her more than once to ask questions and she never stopped her conversation and then walked away from the counter before I was done shopping so I left as it was very obvious she was not concerned about customer service or assisting me. I do not recommend and wish I could give zero stars!

Went here for the first time last night and It is now my favorite vape shop! Open 24 hours!! I mean you cant beat that! Especially when you have those late night need a coil emergencies lol. The guy that was working, really nice, really cool. They didnt have the coil I was needing and I had looked everywhere online Ive gone to every vape shop in the city. Even though they didnt have the coil I ended up satisfied buying two disposables. They have a lot of inventory, honestly if you cant find what youre looking for here Id be surprised. Even though it seems like a small shop, they will have what you need. And their prices arent through the roof! Like I said my new favorite vape shop in Waco. Again you cant beat 24 hours either!

Honestly the worst location so far everything I get from this location always has problems and they never carry what you want or need. They need to hire people who actually know about these products they sell

Dont go here. They dont know what theyre talking about and theyre extremely overpriced. I was sold a vape without a battery and they didnt have enough knowledge to let me know I needed to buy a battery, before I got home and realized my self. I could pick at least 7 other places in Waco better than here.
