I had severe neck pain. My masseuse did a great job doing full back and then neck massage. The pressure was great. I appreciate how hard she worked. Very good experience. FYI they do take payment in advance, I dont think that is a problem as the tip is given later and the massage is great. Communication is little hard and music is ok but overall great experience.

TERRIBLE!!!This massage place is terrible and first asking for payments before they did the service.second i pay for 1 hr massage but she is going somewhere many times till my time is done.she didnt massage my feet which is i pay for FULL BODY MASSAGE.She touch the sensitive parts of my body.Even my head just 10 times back en fort massage.Its not worth it to go back in this place.

I received decent service, but I did not appreciate that they attempted to charge me before the service was rendered. This led to a bit of tension between us, which was not ideal. However, the actual massage was above average and the staff turned out to be quite pleasant in the end.

It was our first time going to this place me and partner and it was a up front payment we picked the $59.99 and she led us to the room and to make story short it was terrible we expected to much at this place we needed a massage i wont suggest this place and i wont go back to this place It was just waste of money and energy !

Terrible business… They don’t speak English that well so it’s hard to communicate and set boundaries. Even so before you touch someone in a sensitive area (aside from your average full body massage areas) you need to make sure you have their consent!! My friend went in and paid $50 for a less than subpar massage. They make you undress which is very inappropriate and inconsiderate, even encouraged him to go naked ?? The masseuse does not know what she’s doing, if you are expecting a deep tissue massage, having paid $50, you sure aren’t getting one. They rub a warm towel on you and over massage your shoulders. They don’t expand beyond those areas (legs, arms literally anything else). The worst part of the experience is that they will harass you about giving tip on top of a terrible massage. My friend literally paid tip and a lady ran out and accused him of not giving tip! He explained that he did indeed paid tip and when she counted the money he gave her, she realized she was wrong and didn’t even apologize? What kind of service is that? Honestly disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE.

Loved the relaxing massage after a day of hike, the place is very clean spa. I recommend to make an appointment so they’ll be ready for you ASAP treating you like VIP. They massage the whole 60 minutes totally worth it. For sure coming back after another extreme workout or hike.

The massage therapist was very rough and I asked numerous times to please be gentle and she still persisted. It was very uncomfortable and painful. I had to cut my massage early because I could no longer withstand the pain and discomfort.I am a female not a man I like it gentle not rough or like I’m a piece of steak they are trying to tenderize.My experience was awful I do not recommend this place.

Service is just below average very rude people there asking for a tip like is obligation not sure what the deal is give the lady 30 dollars tip and she complains cuz was a 90 minutes massage

Waste of time. Waste of money. I advice you not to come here. Go someplace else that can offer a good quality massage. 60 dollars for an hour is like wasting your time coming to this place. Poor communication and all they do is massage your back. This is a nightmare massage. I woul not recommend this place. Even if they pay me to come here I will never do massage here again. Not worth it its just a waste of time. Checked in 05/18 /21 @ 945 pm ended at 1020pm. All they did is rubbed your back.

I need a combination massage, thats what I paid in advance. After she walked my back and rub my shoulders. She ask me to turn around face up and start playing on chest area, gesturing me for happy ending. The massage lasted about 40 minutes instead of an hour.

I didn’t really believe in massage therapy until I went to this place. Got an incredible massage from sisi or cc. She did a really excellent job on my back and neck as well as my feet. Will definitely have more massages in the future.

Relaxing massage, friendly environment and atmosphere. No matter how stress I feel coming in, the therapist here really did a good job and help me to relax my back and neck. I recommend this place.

Massage itself was good. Therapist took his time gathering materials and counted it towards my time. They cheat you on time.

My husband and I went for the first time and wow. We been to other ones in Bonita not to say names but this is our favorite now. Recommend it!

Amazing place highly recommend. They have a shower so when ur done u can wash off. I had knots in my neck and she took then right out.
