I called to schedule an appointment and asked how much the massages cost because I had a $100 gift card and I was told I only needed to call the day before and that it went by the dollar amount, not by a time frame. I scheduled a date/time and came into the Eastlake location. A man arrived shortly after me and an older woman greeted him first and he told her I was there first. The woman asked what services I wanted and I said an hour ($70) with hot stones ($10). The older woman performed my massage. I kept my bra on because I’m breastfeeding. Due to the language barrier we struggled to reach an understanding so I could be comfortable laying on my stomach but I eventually asked for a pillow and we got the positioning down. The woman left the room twice leaving the door cracked with me exposed to attend to customers that arrived. She apologized but did not make up for the lost time. The massage was tough but worked out a lot of knots. I did yell out in pain a couple times and had to tell her the rocks were too hot twice. The massage in all was helpful. She was a little too comfortable adjusting my underwear though, it was odd. After an hour it was over and I was getting dressed. I felt a lil nauseous, possibly from laying on my stomach for so long which I hadn’t done since early on in my pregnancy close to a year ago. When I went to pay using my gift card a man was at the desk with the older woman. They said the gift card was for 90 minutes. Too bad the notes on the card were in Chinese which I can’t read. I told them that I was told over the phone it was the dollar amount so that’s why I picked an hour service. They then called out the manager who with attitude offered me to either go back in to finish the time or to get my feet massaged for 15 minutes. I told them I didn’t feel well and needed to get home to my baby plus I didn’t feel like getting undressed again. They talked amongst themselves in Chinese and wrote on a business card in Chinese that I could come back for a foot massage. The man and the older woman then asked for a tip. I got up and said you can keep the remaining money ($20) and left.

You have to pay before the massage. Language barrier. The lady’s there do not speak English. This caused confusion on what we were being charged after the massage. They wanted to charge us for the “ free hot stone “ maybe I read it wrong.. either way one lady got upset because she was explaining to me in another language why I need to pay 20 extra.. for the hot stone. thankfully the other one was a lot more patient and had an app that translated. I ended up giving them the 20 but as the Tip.I’m giving two stars because of false advertisement, door to the room my mom and I were in was left open and lady working on my mom didn’t show until about 15 minutes after my mine had already started and then my lady kept disappearing off to help people that kept walking into ask for prices… mind you the door to our massage room was OPEN!The door being open for customers to potentially see into the room while sheets are being lifted and such was what really upset me. My mom said her massage felt great and mine was decent. The massage it self was okay. We got the 75min for $75. Which from what I read included Free hot stone. My mom said the massage was good mine wasn’t a full body as advertised.I’m not saying don’t go here because they are good at what they do just make sure you know what you want and make sure you understand or get the app to translate.I couldn’t upload the video of how you could see into the room from the front desk

This is now my second visit to this place. I went for couple massage the first time . This time I went alone received great treatment. The lady that I had not only did massage but also stretched my limbs and chest . Which I dont usually get when I have been to other places . Hour cost about $70 with tip $90 I gave over the 20% since she did such a wonderful job. This place I great for those sore days after gym .

Came with a friend and left because no one understood that we wanted our massages together. My friend was placed in a private room and I was placed in an open massage room with a big ATM!!! I couldnt relax thinking someone would walk in to use the ATM while I was laying there!

They are not trained. I am still recovering from injury caused by an old lady using her elbow and using her whole body weight to massage me. She almost broke my spine when one arm was leaning on my spine while the other hand was massaging. My shoulder is still painful despite taking pain reliever for a week now. And she wanted $20 tip

Called in beforehand and was told a one hour body massage was $48.00.The massage wasn’t great. The lady’s there won’t understand you, so good luck explaining what you’d like them to do, what you don’t want them to do, what hurts, what needs more focus/pressure...When it’s time to pay you have two options:1) $40.00 for a one hour full body massage but only if you pay a $10.00 tip; plus $2.00 to process your credit card transaction... That’s $52.00 total...2) $50.00 for a one hour full body massage, plus a $2.00 credit card processing fee... Plus a tip...That’s $52.00 total plus tip...Regardless, they’ll still justify their $62.00 charge... Because the massage is $50.00 plus a $2.00 credit card processing fee and a $10.00 tip. I’m done with this place.

Absolutely unbelievable, we had a couples massage that was so-so, we both decided that a $10 tip was sufficient for what we got. The lady got upset that it wasn’t enough, so she blocked the door until we gave her more, just unreal. Will never recommend!!!!Don’t waste your time.

They behave MONEY HUNGRY Called ahead to ask for pricing they stated $60 a massage when I got there only 2 types of massages cost $60 the rest cost $70.I chose deep tissue which was only $60 the reception person tried to push hot rocks for an additional $10.00 I declined. She asked for payment before getting the massage, I gave her $70 she seem to want to keep the change so I asked for my change back. While getting the massage the masseuse pushed for the hot rocks (again pushing for the extra $10) At that point I gave in thinking it would enhance the massage. The massage was ok the rocks as expected were not a big deal. At one point the masseuse walked out and left the door open with a lot of my body exposed. I could hear two men talking to them right outside but theyre having a hard time due to language not sure if they saw me on the table but both men decide not to get a massage there. When done, I hand the person in the front the additional $10.00 (for the rocks) plus my card for a $5 tip she asked for $12 tip because thats how much they charge on tip. By now, I am a bit bothered by the pressure of getting the rocks, door left open, and now demanding a certain amount on tip, but I decide to give her a bit more. However, I do not want to use my debit card for the extra so I let her know I will go next door to Vons to get change for the tip. THE WOMAN FOLLOWED ME INTO VONS I was in disbelief!! I told her she did not have to follow me she smiled and touched my shoulder. I get two items in order to break the bill shes following me throughout the grocery store, I get in line to pay for the items she stands about 3 feet or less from the cashier, I mention this to the cashier and bagger and theyre all in disbelief that she would follow me next door into their grocery store to ensure a $12 tip. At this point, I am in shock and angry. I give her $5 and I told her she should not pressure people into giving more on a tip.1. This place needs to be reported for their behavior! I wonder what the law is regards tips. I question if they are reporting this on their taxes being that they force every single customer to pay that amount. Perhaps they need to be reported to the IRS, I mean are they reporting the correct amount on tips?2. THEY NEED TO STOP PRESSURING PEOPLE INTO SPENDING AT LEAST $703. They need to RESPECT the customers wishes when the customer declines to additional service. We go there for a massage not to be pressured into a sell.4.The English barrier would not be a big deal, but since they scheme it makes the experience more unpleasant because you cannot communicate with them! They do not speak English at all, their English is good enough for the sale on the rocks additional $10, and $12 on tip, but they do not seem to understand more than two or three English words. Perhaps I could have communicated with the woman who followed me that in America this is a form of harassment. It truly makes me wonder if the owners pressures them into selling more, obtaining more on tips at all costs. Their behavior is not acceptable and I bet illegal as well.

Made an appointment for four people 3 days in advance, arrived to see only two massage therapists available, went into the room with my wife and waited 35 minutes before deciding to leave and come back for our other two friends. We got back and were told that a huge fight between the owner and some other workers erupted because we left and he lost business, and the yelling was very loud. I will not be bringing anyone here again.

Generally pretty easy going but the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The staff does not speak English and is unable to communicate rates and service. When it came to paying I tipped 20% and was judged for not tipping more. Just a real uncomfortable experience overall.

Decent massage. Get the feeling the language barrier is an excuse to charge more $$. Had a hour full body massage which is $50, was charged extra for a foot massage and of course they pushed for a bigger tip. Won’t go back.
