Since my last review a few months ago, Allan is GONE and I couldnt be happier! The new front desk people have been good my last few visits, and it seems the store is under new management! I met the New manager and shes very kind! Ive also been worked on multiple times by Jessica and she does THE BEST deep tissue massage. The 1 star rating just went to 5, keep it up!

I always have had deep tissue here, and it is amazing. The Staff is friendly. I see a lot of bad reviews from years ago. I wish Google would cycle and update business reviews to a per year basis. The manager there now is very nice. And I can see how much has changed here over the last year.

Masseuse were great but overall would not recommend membership. Appointments are hard to come by, get canceled last minute and the customer service is not the best. Their online booking system is faulted yet there is no concern when you mention there is mistakes on their end. I was told I had credits left and after an appt was told I did not and had to pay. There was no way I was told of seeing what I paid for and what I was used. I dont feel welcomed when receptionist are on their cell phones when I am checking in or checking out, that should be saved for break time not while on the clock. I am disappointed it did not work out, there were too many things that did not go right.

I wanted to leave zero stars but there is no option for that. TERRIBLE customer service. I made an appointment at 6:00 P.M. on a Tuesday for a full body massage. That Tuesday, I thought i was running a few minutes late so i checked online and it said they close at 9:00 P.M. weekdays. Great I thought I will be there right on time. When I arrived, I also checked the closing times on their door and it confirmed that they close 9:00 P.M on weekdays. I was then given a sheet to sign and led to the massage room without any further mention. After barely starting the massage the therapist goes like I cant continue because they dont allow us to work past closing time of 7:00. I replied that online and on the door the closing time weekdays is listed as 9. You have to speak to the front desk she said. Well the front desk was not just useless but also rude. The lady insisted they close at 7 even though I pointed out the 9 PM closing time on their own door and online. Sorry we close at 7 was all she said. Well no worries cause I am never coming back. Told all my friends and family. Ripped me off of a one hour massage! Save your money honey you work hard for it.

$300 in gift cards.. Appt made around noon for me at 10am the next day and my spouse at 11 am. Showed up for mine and was told that spouse canceled cause masseuse will not do men due to religious beliefs. We came together (both in our 8o’s) and only one car. Informed me that receptionist not informed and apologized,. Cannot reschedule as live in Wyoming and flight back is next day. No ME where I Live.They have black listed me due to my anger and after reading the reviews I can understand why. Not the only angry personSo why does a hands on service business:Hire a person who will not provide a hands on service to a maleNot inform their employees, especially those scheduling appts, of this policyNot give us the courtesy of a timely phone call to inform us. We got home at 11am and found a msg at 10:54 re cancellationAfter the fact since we had all ready been told when we showed up at 9:50am but not before.A small plus, when I made the appt in person the day before there as an opening for a facial and I took it. Very enjoyable but not enough to make of for the incompetance

If there was an option to leave no stars I would do that! I am very disappointed in the quality of service that is offered here. I came for my birthday massage. I was told about cancellation policy’s etc at my time of booking the appointment. I show up 15 min early as suggested to fill paperwork. My appointment mind you was at 9, it’s currently 9:30 when I’m writing this and the massage therapist has not shown up yet. I told the manager that I needed to get compensated for my wait time. She said you’ll get an enhancement for your wait or I can re-schedule you for another date and time. I took time today to do this. It’s not like my time is not important. I have had to shift other appointments I have for today. I don’t recommend this place honestly. There’re not professional and treat customers as if we are whatever. I work in customer service and frankly this is not it.

I have a subscription with Massage Envy. My partner and I got a couples massage for the first time and it was amazing. One of the best experiences. Our therapists were very intentional with their technique and catered to our bodies.

I have been a member for 10 years and STRONGLY disapprove of the management of this site. The front staff are unprofessional and not courteous.. The feed you a lot of misinformation. The cancelled my apt 3 times minutes before I was to show. The last straw Natalie told me my appt was cancelled when arrived and snotty told me “ didn’t I get the text””. She ended telling me she gave me the wrong information and that it was not cancelled after I had told her multiple times my name and the name of the person who was giving me the treatment. The massage therapist and estheticians tell me privately that it is terrible there. The never stay. Don’t waste your time or money.The other kicker is try getting your money back or cancelling your membership . I asked for the number of cooperate. Natalie gave me the number of their IT department. What a horrible human

I just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge and thank the manager Imani and her staff for their compassion and genuinely caring. Today my our daughter received tragic news while shopping next door, she was devastated, overwhelmed, in shock and distraught. Imani brought her inside to her office and reached out and called to us to concerned about her being upset, alone and didn’t want her driving and asked if we could come get her.. she let her stay in her office until we arrived. I’m not sure why the bad reviews for customer service because I haven’t personally had service there but if what those ladies did for a perfect stranger is any indication of how to treat others - then that’s how it should be done. Thank you Eastlake team Massage Envy for what you all did today, caring and going the extra mile, it means so much. Blessings

Massage Envy of Eastlake is non-responsive for membership cancellations at this time. You can expect to continue paying for a membership you cannot use. You will not be able to reach them by phone. They do provide a contact email; however, if you wish to cancel, it seems you can expect not to hear from them again.Ive been a member of Massage Envy for years, having visited several clinics outside of Eastlake around the United States. Ive paid countless dues, most of which were never redeemed - my fault and not Massage Envys. HOWEVER, when I finally decided that I need to cancel, Massage Envy at Eastlake became non-responsive.At first I called and reached voicemail, assuming because the clinic is closed during covid-19. The voicemail message provided a contact email to which I sent a request for cancellation. I received a response within a day or so encouraging me to maintain my membership but that if I wanted to cancel, they would email me the form. I informed them I was only interested in canceling the membership. It has now been 6 days with absolutely no acknowledgement or response.

Ive been going here for at least 6 years and love my massage therapist, however, my review is not about that. I showed up to my last appointment and was told they dont have me scheduled. I can assure you that I did indeed have an appointment. The only explanation I was giving by staff was the computer occasionally has a glitch and my appointment disappeared. I had to get childcare to be there for that once every 5 weeks appointment, and since my therapist is so popular, was not able to get another appointment for another 5 weeks. An apology was given but no compensation for this disappointing inconvenience was given.

The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful. They helped me get my Membership back up. I am excited to be a member again.Sally was awesome with my massage. Best 55 minutes of my week. She gave me tips on what I can work on in the future. Perfect amount of pressure.Cant wait to go back next month for my facial.

This place has gone down hill over the yrs. Been a member for 10 yrs and this as awful as it can get. Therapist and estheticians keep quiting (wonder why!?) Cant get an appt and when you do its a month out. Sometimes youll get text or phone call reminders sometimes you dont. Want to cancel? Sure you just lose you credits that build up cuz never being able to schedule anything.Yrs ago this place was so great. Not sure what has happened but its terrible. The 1 star is for the therapist who try to hang in there and do a great job. The mgmt gets 0.

Quick to charge your card- SLLLLOOOWWWWWW to cancel your account. I went into this place about 4 months ago to cancel my account because i am moving out of the country, the gentleman said it shouldnt be a problem to cancel and that the manager will reach out to me to confirm cancellation of my monthly subscription A month went by, never heard from manager went in to the facility and was told that the manager was not in but will be in the next day and will call me. I waited and again no call, time goes by and they continue to charge me. I called my bank to cancel on my end since it was clear that Massage envy was not going to do it. Almost 3 weeks after i cancelled with my bank, i get a call from Natalia telling me that my card didnt go through. Yes, I know- i tell her. Then i explain how i went in to cancel a few months ago, never heard from them so i had to call my bank and cancel on my end. Natalia very quickly says okweregonnacancelyouraccountthankyou ready to hang up on me. Wait i ask, dont i have credit left? she says with attitude- yes you have 4. Then i asked- well were you going to tell me i still had credit? she says oh sorry about that. Then i ask how long do i have to use the credits she tells me 60 days. So i ask Natalia if i wouldnt have asked- you wouldnt have told me? she says sorry again- but this is just their practice- very quick to take your money and dismiss you but never to help you.

A warm and cordial reception followed by an introduction to Stacey, my preselected therapist for my introductory one-hour massage session.Stacey escorted me to a quiet and comfortable therapy room with reduced-level lighting and soft background music and outlined in advance my therapy massage session designed to meet mypersonal requests and needs.What a comfortable and relaxing massage! Stacey and all staff members made this an absolutely marvelous experience. Later, I had no reservations at all about signing up for a Massage Envy membership, and I look forward with great anticipation to a wonderful continuing relationship.Overall, my first session with Massage Envy Eastlake was highly professional and totallysatisfying, both from a personal level and a business level. I simply could not have askedfor a better introduction. A five-star performance! Cant wait for my next appointment.

For the most part my experience with front desk and therapist have been great ! up to the last few months starting with being charged double for my membership ! nobody seems to be able to explain or correct the problem !!I canceled my membership ! however the payment is still coming out of my account and I called the office and they lost the paperwork so it never got canceled !! They have not tried anything to accommodate not even a bit sincere on my frustration !! In fact I had to cancel my credit card so I was not being charged anymore on unauthorized chargesI’ll be sure not to renew my membershipwhen I was going to the terra Nova PlazaLocation no problem there !

Mother in law has a membership and went there for her appointment at 2:30pm we there an Hour waiting in room before she decided to she what was the matter. She was met by 4 employees chatting and giggling and when she asked what was wrong they then told her, her masseuse wasnt coming. She asked for the manager and they refused to get him. She came back there next day and ran into the actual owner and all he did was give excuses and would only offer her a free message when she couldnt even get the message she paid for. For God sakes, she already has a membership! Needless to say that membership was cancelled!

The only massage therapist that could provide enough pressure for the massages canceled on me the day before my appointment asking for a drs note to work on me, why would I get massaged if it was messing me up? A 60 minute massage here is 45 minutes at the longest, all 4 masseuses I saw at this location cuts me short every time. Had a massage envy membership for 2 years until this location became my local location

I have been a member for over 2 years and generally loved my aestheticians. My experience tonight was simply horrible from start to finish, with the exception of the two very nice receptionists. I feel completely stressed and annoyed rather than relaxed! The exact opposite of what I came for. Extremely displeased!!!!

I schedule an appt with message envy for the very first time and they text me to cancel 10 minutes before I am scheduled to check in via text message. Come on! Ridiculous. No one can call.This is why they I told my son to get me my birthday present somewhere else.I cancelled my other appts to make this.

I love this Massage Envy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I always get an excellent massage or facial catered to my needs. The facility is clean, and the waiting room is very tranquil...perfect before a massage. The only thing I dont care for is the music, so I bring my own. I have recommended this Massage Envy to friends who then became members.

This place has very bad service and receptionist are discriminating oriental people, I sent a cancellation email replying back to their confirmation email but I was chaeged for cancellation. I went to the shop with my husband to complaint about this matter, They were accusing my husband for raising voice and told us to leave, They threaten to call security andpolice, We told them its good we want to see the police and make an official case. But the police never came and they were just threatening us. We asked for heir names, but they refused to give us the name.This place has an aweful service at front desk, Try before you sign up for membership.This place is disceiminating. I would consider other place.

Terrible I am always hearin how relaxin it is yet they always cancel. One time they said they had sent a message to my wife saying that they were sorry and had to cancel. Opened her phone and no messages or voice mails!! They lied right to my face! One time my appointment ended up being a month and a half late! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst massage ever. My appt. was at 3pm and they didnt greet me until 3:10. The therapist was a butch/dyke with her arms covered in gross tattoos. After the questions, etc. I got on the table at 3:15. I told her not to use elbows and arms on me, she did and it was very uncomfortable. She had very bad breath like she had eaten a pastrami sandwich. This was not relaxing at all . Her name is Kim. The massage ended at 3:55. 40 mins. for a 60 min. massage. Stay away from this place. They are not trained massage therapists.

So Im not from Cali. I was visiting and decided to use my membership here.I transferred a massaged to my daughter in law at this location, scheduled it myself.Day of appointment they didnt have her name on schedule.She waited all week, even got a babysitter.Very very disappointed!!!

Hidden charges and fraudulent contracts that trap clients into overpriced massage sessions. On top of that Horrible manager/managment team. Multiple workers quiting due to managers unprofessionalism bias relation ships, and abuse of power of position. As well as an accusation of sexual assault with one of the therapist. Even after multiple complaints from former workers that quit, the owner of the establishment has done nothing due to a bias relationship with the manager. This cycle has continued, so to whom it may concern I warn you of these scumbag people, and insist you take your business to another establishment. Im always relaxed when I get there. Their staff is very professional and friendly. They will let you know what they reccomend for your muscles and that sort of thing. They are also always booked, so that tells you something about them.

NO STARS WHAT SO EVERY, HAVING THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER, FIRST THEY DONT LET YOU USE IF YOU FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNT, THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL 10 DOLLARS TO USE YOUR FROZEN ACCOUNT, AND IF YOU TRY TO BOOK THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING ANYWHERE IN THE 3 ENVYS I CALLED.
