Nono smoke shop literally had everything I was looking for I was driving around for 3hours looking for a shop that had what I needed and when I came to nonos they had all I needed and more and the customer service is on point couldn’t ask for a better smoke shop

Amanda is definitely a person who knows her stuff. She made me into a believer on good, favorable smokes. Despite being easy on the eyes, she gives helpful information on what makes a good smoke. Please promote her! Manager material !!!

Amazing service from the owner (I believe his name is Sam) and his employees! :) we told him a general flavor palette for our preferences and he knew exactly what we would like. Hes very knowledgeable and friendly! Their prices are very reasonable and their selection is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Good for first timers, and veterans!!

Yo, I went to this place randomly and discovered this shop has Kratom! Bought what I could of that. I took my sweet time browsing the wonderful array of double and triple glass pipes, some or all (?) from LA. Thank you for not rushing me, Leo. You were in-credibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Next time Im in Chula, I will stop by Nono, or will check out Goodfellas since that one was said to have an even bigger selection! Just came in to get a pipe, had just what I was looking for,great customer service will be back.

Walked in yesterday to purchase a silicone bubble water pipe. Took it back in today after it would not stop leaking from bottom when i loaded it with water. They inspected it and saw it was leaking yet could not offer an exchange or return. I was told other customers had same complaints. Owner was called and still denied to exchange or refund. Bad customer service. Very bad, beware. They are selling defective items and not offering a replacement.

Best customer service Ive had. Good selection and prices too. The guy really stands behind what he sells. I had an issue and he made it right immediately and apologized. Ill def be shopping here from now on.

Every weekend we are downtown hitting the microbrew pubs in Chula. We always hit Nonos Smoke Shop.The CBD selection is the best in the area.We grab change for the meters, sodas, snacks, papers, pipes, lighters & bongs.They are always open and have everything you need.Stop by or get left behind.
