I bought a vape on Friday and barely used it. Went back on Monday morning because the vape wouldn’t charge. Showed proof that I bought it from them because I go there about every 2 weeks. They refused to swap it out. Make sure your Vape works before leaving the store. If not they will not swap it out. They offered me a 7$ discount on a new one, but it still doesn’t satisfy the face that I had to buy a new one because they sold me a faulty vape. I will be finding me a new place to purchase from because to me that’s unsat. They also don’t have a return policy posted

Came from out of town and needed a mod asap. The lady was well informed of the stock they had and very nice to do business with. Definitely will be returning when back in the area.

I flew in to town for business and left my box mod in my car 1800 miles away. The staff here was so helpful and got me set up with everything I needed.If this was my hometown, this would be my go-to place for all my vape needs.

Came in with questions, and Charles was incredibly helpful and showed me the different budget-friendly starter kits. He was very insightful and knowledgeable, and he even did a demonstration so I could visually see what I’d need to do. Definitely recommend for their selection of products on both sides of the price spectrum and excellent customer service.

They sell defective Efest chargers. I raised concerns about the brand and trusted them.Charger went bad after 2 weeks. Ill be driving 30 minutes instead of shopping here.

This was a decent little shop that seem to have quite a bit of selection. I wish I had more time to look around, but the items that I saw were quite interesting. Many of their 520 battery units looked to be quite durable and reasonably priced. I look forward to going back and looking around when I have more time.

Bought a kit from them a few months ago and the tank broke. When I called to ask if they have a replacement I could buy, I was told that hed go check IF I DROVE DOWN TO THE STORE AND ASKED. To be clear: Even though I spent over $100 in their store, when something broke they refused to even check and see if there was a replacement unless I drove down to their store in the middle of rush hour traffic. This combination of ignorance and absolutely no customer service skills isnt worth anyones time. Dont waste your time.

Whenever Im in the area, I always go here. Super awesome new store and I love the people who work there. Highly knowledgeable and very personable. Exemplary customer service and a very very big selection.

The only vape store in Eastlake. Not a bad selection. I tend to look for the clearance juice as items in this shop are pretty expensive. For convenience they are the best option, if you want cheaper prices just have to order online.

First time I went the guy who helped me was great. Ive been back 3 more times and the customer service wasnt bad just unhelpful. Im a smoker looking into switching to vaping. I guess my biggest complaint is the prices for e-cigs seem really high.

This place cares!!! If your in the area and have an issue these guys will help you the best they can. Specifically two guys I dont remember their names.I had a bad experience with them once and I kept going back to the same employee, we eventually got everything right.Again this place cares and is against underage vaping, otay adults need a place like this close by for vaping essentials.Go support them before they are the next closed door at this over priced rent mall. NO I dont work for them or care about their business, I just want somewhere close for vape items to stay opened and friendly

Vape Elements is OUTSTANDING!!!!! This is the only place I go to get my juice and vape supplies. Their customer service is second to none, always so personable, polite and courteous and they remember you whenever you come back! Outstanding service...outstanding products!!!!

This place is amazing, previously bought my last mod here and just picked up more coils and a bottle of juice! They are always knowledgeable and friendly. Fight the vape ban attempt!!

Great place! Great juices everyone is so helpful! I only come here for my juice! Theres also an area to clean and setup your vape and a sitting area if you wanna just chill for aMinute!

This place is usually busy but thats because they give each custom the attention they waited for.. their customer service is outstanding and their selection is great.

Went there on a Sunday at 2:05 PM. It was closed with the Open sign lit on.

Horrible service. pretty much guy didnt want to process the sale because it was apparently 4 minutes before closing and registered was closed out.
