Update: 03-20-2018 Im totally over the local Vape shop thing. After spending $1100 in one year on vaping juice, hardware, coils and tank I stopped shopping at Vape shops. I get my juice by ordering flavors and mixing everything my self at MyFreedomSmokes.I found the greatest knowledge and patience here of any vape shop that I have visited in the San Diego area. Megan was very patient as I did samples and sat in on various conversations to learn and enjoy other peoples perspectives for almost two hours. Basically if you go in at a slow time like I did and what other customers came in I told them feel free to yell to them and I want to monopolize your time. Assembled a lot of juices with their dripping vaporizer mod. It helps and its important to me to sample because I thrown away too much money on juices I hate even when I smell them and thought they were good and then got them home. They carry more Hardware mods and tanks and that kind of thing than any vape shop that I visited locally. I also asked some specific technical questions about issues with certain brands or a device which I had read about in detail online they knew about the problem they described exactly what causes it how to avoid it and that sort of thing. I cant remember the gentlemans name with glasses that Megan was working with but he was also nice too and very knowledgeable. They had a nice 3-ring binder which listed uses by flavors so you flip to a page has his Menthol and then they have all the juices listed that have Menthol flavor the same with dessert fruit candy Etc. Another reviewer mentioned in odor in the store like mold or something and I detected that saintly I think that from previous years when another business may have had carpet that older has spread to the ventilation system in probably needs to be purged for the chemical otherwise it had a nice hardwood floor and really shouldnt have any older at all other than vaping products. They have the ventilation system dialed in perfectly air moves to evacuate The Vapor Clouds but isnt so cold or windy as Ive experienced in other vape shops that you feel like youre in the refrigerator. The furniture was nice and they were people hanging out some military guys and that kind of thing talking and relaxing which creates a nice atmosphere. My only complaint would be that I wish the juice prices were a little bit lower but thats the only fault I could find. In a different revealed that I had read on Yelp or somewhere someone complained that they had a problem with Hardware or some other issue and I think its best to deal with Megan or the guy with glasses specifically to resolve an issue. I saw a customer that had a threading problem with his tank and I listened carefully as I watched them work it out.

This is a great place to buy your vape liquid and accessories it has everything!! I’ve been to a lot of places but keep coming back to this one even though I now live in north county because they always have the best products. The guy there is super helpful and nice, honestly I can’t say enough good things about him! The service is awesome!!

The staff is always very helpful and the store in general has a superb selection for both beginner and advance set ups. They also have great choices for various juices, even those that are new on the market. Cool people and amazing vibe. Only place thus far Ive had the best experience in San Diego.

My experience with Vape Up is by far the best. Customer service is top notch, all employees are friendly and very welcoming. not to mention very knowledgeable. (two thumbs up!). They have a wide variety of juices which i like and always on stock and prices are amazing! I had a problem with my mod, Lee did not hesitate to help! Awesome service and I would definitely recommend them!

Im an avid vaper and Ive been going here for 3 years. Ive never had a problem that wasnt solved by their friendly down to earth staff, they have the knowledge to solve many problems. The vast inventory they have and reasonable prices they use has my vote for the best store to go to in San Diego. If youre either new or experienced in vaping this is the place to go.

Its pretty obvious what you give 5 stars for.. Kindness and quality service and or product seem to be up there on necessities of a good visit. And not only was this place fairly extravagant (huge tvs, super comfy furniture) but when i came in, the two (young guy and girl) that helped me were more than generous w their time and even made calls to see if another place had a part i needed. Thanks for being great additions to society!

Came here for the first time to shop for a new vape, particularly a draw activated unit to replace the button activated ones I had. The girl behind the counter was helpful to show me the variety of options they offered. After selecting the unit for purchase, she kindly demonstrated the assembly and operation. I was also pleasantly surprised that they carried the specific vape flavor I was looking for. Ill be returning here in the future for replacement parts for my new unit.

Ive been to small shops, but this place is kiosk sized. Set inside an eyeglass shop they have a U shaped display counters and a glass case showing off their different lines of juices which considering its size is pretty abundant.Service is attentive and friendly, prices are about average.Parking is almost non-existent. 5-6 shared spots with an equal amount of business. Additional parking in the way back via an alleyway but it really seems like its in no way connected to the little pop up sized store. If youre going North on Naples you will easily miss it as the fluorescent signage is that cheesy used car dealership style promoting the industry more than Vape Up itself. Please make it stand out more.Selection of juices and tips are impressive for their size with almost a dozen local and other vendors. The pricing on their starter kits is very good. Though Ive tried almost every juice available in SD a flavor book would be nice for the beginner. I didnt see a rebuilding station or ask since I do my own.Whats even more impressive is their selection of high end mods. The OC and North County community doesnt get to see the Scorpion and other mods that are this far south so it was nice to see the regionalism. I like how their Atomizers were on display, clear and concise.I came here for hotwires beastmode as I normally vape with Kanthal A1 26g and was interested in the new resistance wire formulated by Chadster.The 2 biggest downfalls are size and inability to lounge and relax and hang out, both seem to be part and parcel, but with their diverse selection from beginners to advanced equipment its a place Ill be stopping by again if Im in the area.

This is one of my 2 vape store that i always go to! they are helpfull and know whats up! unlike other vape stores that just hire teens just because they like vaping, , they have a nice juice bar you can try all there juices and man are they all quality! if i would have to say 1 bad thing about this place it would be they give most of there attention to people they know everytime there helping me someone they know walks in and they shift from helping me to having a convo with this other person while im just waiting to be re helped again, but other than that its a great vape shop and i would let what i just daid stop you from checking it out!! i still go there eveytime i get paid

Customer service is great, a volume of juice choices and very nice clean place to shop and prices are reasonable. I will refer anyone here and I will have this as my store for a long time.

Ive been going to vape up pretty consistently since ive discovered them about 8 months ago. I collect atties and mods so i thought i had found my mecca. The only downside for me is the drive. About half hour from my house so i make sure to call them and confirm they have what Im looking for. First time i was looking for an evic AIO, they said they had it. Turned up and it was an egrip. Similar looking but not the same. It was annoying but mistakes happen. Next time I was told by an employee at SD vape that they had just gotten new 6 nic my man in at chula vista ( the nic one hit wonder uses doesnt age well so Im always looking for new bottles). Turn up and the chula vista emoloyee has no idea what Im talking about. At thats point Im kinda annoyed so i stop going to your store as much.Today I checked your website while bored and saw it says you have 22mm sub zero atomizers in stock. Im really excited so i call. The guy says you guys have it so i rush down. I ask the lady if you guys gave 22mm subzeros and she says no. The guy with the glasses says you didnt say atomizer, i thought you meant the mod.The thing is you guys didnt even have a 22mm subzero tube mod even (i dont think they made one) but your emolyee just auto piloted the answer to me. Its because of this constant unsatisfactory service your business has provided that ill no longer come in to your store or recommend your ship from the business i work at. Please just ask your employees to not be so dead set on finishing talking with a customer.

Great prices and selection on everything. Small but cozy shop, they have a juice bar that is set up like a legitimate​ bar, and they always are getting the newest juices since they are also a distributor for local shops.

Highest prices on juices ive seen so far, 30$ per 60ml , no deals on juice for example 2 for 40$ ect.. I have children so 5 to 10 dollars less for juice is worth the drive...

Best Vape shop in San Diego hands down. The staff is very helpful and will make sure you are comfortable with whatever you purchase.

Very helpful, took a look at my broken mod which took thirty minutes from then ensuring that was not repairable, then they took Thier time and recommended return to manufacturer, and help with decent selection of a new mod. Very grateful highly recommend them.

Almost feels like if youre not a regular then you dont get the best customer service. Employees arent rude, but theyre not as welcoming as they could be.
