First visit and lets just say that lm a fan.Environment was perfect. The smells, sounds, sights, everything.Hands down one of the best massages Ive had.Overall experience was superb. 5 stars are not enough to describe the experience. From the very beginning, customer service was A1. They worked with my schedule and were very accommodating to my needs.My massage therapist, Shenika, was beyond amazing!! The way she worked with the knots in my back was impressive. The week I visited was extremely rough and this was exactly what was needed. She was very friendly and super kind. I have been to The Spa on Green Street 3 times now. Each time gets better than the time before. The house is beautiful and you are treated royally when you come in, and throughout your stay. I had a 90 minute facial today from Kayla. She was excellent. I highly recommend this spa.

I normally don’t give reviews. But today I had an awesome experience. I have been having some neck pain and Gideon listened to my concern and was such a pleasure to deal with. He has by far been one of the best massage therapist I have seen. From his kindness to his massage he was very professional and comfortable to be around.

The services and people are first rate. I feel so comfortable and at home. I never feel pressured for upscale. At my last visit, I had a full body massage with Andrea that was perfect and a facial with foot massage enhancement with Ella that was fabulous. I highly recommend!

What an amazing 90 minute massage today by Gideon! I highly recommend him. His massage pressure was perfect - and his customer service exceptional. A bit cold today and he made sure I had warm massage bed and towels when needed. He has magic hands and was able to relieve some knots and sore muscles! I’ll be back!

I have been a client of The Spa On Green Street for years. Today I had a couples massage (signature massage) with Gideon as my therapist. My wife and I were escorted to the relaxation room upon arrival that was fantastic. If I could put on a robe and slippers first it would have been magical. Then the therapists introduced themselves and we went into the massage room. Gideon explained the process and asked me my preferences so we were on the same page. He did an amazing job! After 90 minutes my only request was for another 90 minutes so I could take a nap! It was an incredible day and I will be back soon!!

If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would. Went for a spray tan with savanna and I was super nervous thinking it would turn out awful. To my surprise I’m like a golden goddess. My only holdup is that they only do the spray tans twice a week, if that. All I can say is that it wouldn’t demote my stars. The tan ended up being evenly placed, she did amazing working with my pale skin tones and making it look natural. I couldn’t be more happy.The rest of the staff is beyond amazing. Immediately felt like I had known all of them. Will definitely going back for more than just spray tans :)

I was in Georgia for a couple months due to my husbands work and I had the pleasure of finding The Spa on Green Street. I was booked with Amanda and I was so impressed with my facial! My skin felt like it could breathe again and I hurried back for my second appointment. I wish I could visit regularly but this is definitely my place whenever I am in Georgia! Amanda took such great care of my skin and recommended amazing products. I have noticed a night and day difference in my skin after my visits and her recommendations!

I had a great experience! My massage was super relaxing and effective. My therapist did a very thorough consultation and checked in with me throughout my massage to make sure my needs were being met. Horrible scheduling experiences every time I’ve tried to book a massage here. First time I was given a gift card, and the second time I booked using the MindBody app they recommend. The first visit with my gift card, it was a nightmare to actually book the appointment, and then they called to cancel my massage appointment the day before! Now this time, they cancelled my appointment through the Mind Body app. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service and absolutely no one answers the phone here even though they have a receptionist standing in front of the phone anytime I’ve visited. Gainesville is in need of a luxury spa. If you’re looking for upscale, skip this place. The interior is extremely outdated and the bathrooms are atrocious. It’s unfortunate because the massage was great, but the business as a whole is lacking.

So relaxing from the moment I walked in. They have done a great job of creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The warm neck was an unexpected but AMAZING bonus to my wait. My sister treated me to an incredible farmhouse facial for my birthday. The spa is lovely. The entire staff is incredible. Talk to them about what you want or need in a product or service and they can get you on a good path.My skin looks amazing and I was so relaxed. I have super sensitive skin that I cant tie to any specific allergy so I typically avoid facials, but the products they use are natural. My skin rejoiced! Im a Farmhouse and Spa on Green Street fan for life. I cant wait to go back and experience all their different services!

The massage therapist Frank was not only highly skilled by also attentive to my individual needs. He took the time to listen to my concerns and even provided stretching tips to maintain the pain relief I received from the deep tissue massage. I left the massage feeling so refreshed and relaxed. My therapist was caught in traffic and arrived a little late for my appointment, but the staff were great! They offered electrolyte infused water, a comfy chair, and a warm neck wrap to help me relax while I waited. Andrea (the therapist) was very attentive to stress points and focused on helping to relieve some chronic issues I was experiencing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the Spa at Green Street for a therapeutic, deep-tissue massage in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.

I love this place! Jessica is the best, and works very hard to give the best results for the full body spray tan. She even went out of her way to find out how to get every corner of my body tanned, and I am a large person so I really appreciated that. I received the 60 minute deep tissue massage from Thiane and it was great. She really worked on the muscles in my shoulders, back and neck and I havent had any headaches or shoulder pain since.

Yestereday, received my first spray tan and I love it! Ive never spray taned before and did so for a special occassion. Savannah, was professional, great at explaining the levels of tan, and comfortable to work with. Ive looked at my beautiful tan several times today and am so glad I did it. Tan is sprayed evenly and looks natural most importantly... Im hooked and Savannah will be my go to tanner.

Lovely old home, renovated and just beautiful! My husband and I had the same massages scheduled and although mine was lovely, his apparently included a foot massage and mine did not. I do so love a good foot massage!! Otherwise it was a much needed break and very relaxing!!

This was my first facial and experience to something like this ever!When you walk in it’s a whole new world, you immediately feel more relaxed, the staff up front are so welcoming. A lady named Lisa(best name ever) completed my facial for me and she was the sweetest! She was so caring about my needs for my facial and what steps we should take, very thorough in the game plan and what she was gonna do and what steps to take after I was done. I loved the massage I received at the Spa on Green Street. The old historic house is so charming. I was greeted with a big smile and warm neck wrap. I was in for a 90 minute massage with Shaniqua and it was amazing! She wanted to know my problem areas before we started. She made sure to check and see if the pressure was to my satisfaction. I loved the lavender eye compress. I appreciate her helping me with all of my pain points and tension. I felt so much better in the end. The whole staff was very friendly. This massage experience was for my sisters birthday and we were so very pleased. Shay and Or were absolutely amazing. Their techniques well executed and almost a teaching lesson for us. We learned a lot about why our body reacts to certain things, in certain ways. We will definitely be back.

The Spa On Green Street has always been AMAZING!my goal is to try every service they offer. My last visit was due to sleeping wrong, two nights in a row and stress. My neck and shoulders were killing me. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in at noon. The therapist was able to work out the knots and relieve the pain. I am so grateful they were able see me same day. I am now feeling wonderfully relaxed. Thank you so much!

My daughters were well pleased with their spa experience. They each came back with not only relief of the pains they were experiencing, but also advice to moving forward to have less issues in the future in the hot spots. The scheduling was also great in that they were worked into the schedule with, and just one days notice.

First of all, When you walk into this beautiful house it is immediately comforting, relaxing and cozy. I felt welcomed by the staff. I was given a Hot towel for my neck while I waited. My massage took place upstairs and my masseuse Thiane Was amazing. She was very skilled, very patient and understanding. It was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. My first ever Spa visit and I took my bestie as a bday 🎁!!! They were extremely discreet when it came to prices because it was a gift. That was super helpful and AMAZING. I was super nervous, and just so you know we got the FHF (Farm House Fresh) back to YOUthful facials. When Im nervous I get chatty. I was able to ask questions, be silly, and make jokes the entire time. The ladies who gave us the facials were so nice, professional, and just the sweetest ever!!!. Everything was explained at every step. So, dont be scared. From the first phone call to the exit our visit was special, fun, and AMAZING. It was something we will cherish and never forget.. I will be returning for sure, andddd they have so many other services!!! Men!!! If you have a beard go get you a facial and conditioning beard treatment. My husband is going!!! Ladies, or guys if you need a spray tan come on down. Im sure the price is right!! And let me tell you something. I saw first hand the excellent natural looking tan a young lady got. I am sold. Im big and we discussed how thorough the technician is, and she is so friendly!!! You wont be embarrassed, or feel weird at all when you visit here youre family!!! I havent mentioned names on purpose. I came into contact with about 7 people and they were all devine!!!!! They definitely have a new customer I stead of a 1 time visitor. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. I was there for a 90 minute signature massage. Let me tell you, it was heavenly. After suffering with neck and back pain for weeks, going to the doctor as well as starting PT, I was still having issues. I came in and saw Whitney for a 60 min. CBD massage. It was wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful and everyone working there were so kind and helpful. I left feeling better than I have in a long time. I’ve already scheduled another two appointments to hopefully continue getting my back issues worked out. Highly recommend.

Ive always loved this place. Recently moved back to the area and even now 4 years later the spa on green street is still impressive. Whitney Pass was absolutely amazing. If you want a relaxing deep tissue massage ask for Whitney you will not be disappointed. I cant wait until my next visit.

Hello!I brought my friend to your spa for a massage as a surprise. The lady handling my booking was very professional and efficient. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The young woman that helped me decide on some makeup was very knowledgeable about all the products, candles, and makeup. She was very delightful!The only problem that I could find while waiting for my friend, was all the chatter and laughing that was happening from the staff at the check-in/out desk. I was not expecting all the noise. I was expecting a calming, tranquil experience as I sat waiting. Nice soothing spa music was playing, but the chatter was to loud.My suggestion is to PLEASE create another waiting area away from the front desk for your guests to relax and enjoy all the amenities that you offer while waiting for their appointment to begin.Thank you!Char

I ve been to this spa twice so far. The first time was a deep tissue massage and the second was a couples massage a month later. Both visits were great. The staff is very courteous and professional. My massage therapists really focused on my problem areas and did a great jobs of releasing tension. I actually fell asleep in the couples massage, I was that relaxed! I will definitely visit again to try other services.

This was the best massage I have ever had and I frequent massages on a regular. The customer service was Great. I would say that the facility can use a updated look but the staff were very friendly.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The massage was rushed . As soon as my daughter and I was shown to our room the lady pretty much told me to hurry and get ready we didn’t have a lot of time . I felt it was an insult because we both had 30 minute massages instead of an hour . She wasn’t friendly .I wasn’t relaxed and felt she was rushing to get to her next client . I felt like I was in a race to get to the finish line .Her hands felt rough and just wanted to be done . We walked out of the room coming down the stairs it was then she became friendly. I felt it was for show because of the other customers . I received the gift card from a close retired friend and I feel bad because she spent her money on me and the massage was terrible. My daughter and I are both very disappointed.

Overall I was very pleased with my visit to Spa on Green Street. I had a facial and a massage and both were just what I needed. I love the ambiance, the friendly greeting, and the tea offered upon arrival. I really wish I could do 5 stars, but I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment (I was asked to show up 15 minutes early as a first time client), and ended up waiting a half hour for my first appointment. I am used to my spa appointments being punctual. This wont stop me from returning or recommending them, but I was less than pleased at the time.

I had a lovely experience at Spa On Green Street. I was welcomed and immediately offered a beverage and a warm neck wrap. Whitney introduced herself as my massage therapist and asked if I had any areas of concern. She did exactly what I asked for. Her pressure was spot on. After my massage Kayla introduced herself as my esthetician. Kayla and I discussed what type of facial I would like and what I wanted to focus on with my facial. Kayla did a wonderful job. She has a gently touch and addressed my concerns. I will book services again and I recommend Spa On Green Street, Whitney, and Kayla. Thanks for a relaxing spa experience.

We had our first couples massage at The Spa on Green Street and it was amazing! We have only ever had massages at resort spas and on Royal Caribbean ships, so I feel like we have a pretty high expectation for our massages. The suite was very nice, the lobby and entrance is charming. We were greeted warmly, given tea and neck warmers while we filled out our paper work, and we were taken to our massage suite on time. The therapists were very accomodating and skilled. We will definitely come back for more!

Massage with josh was very professional. My mother died a week ago and I took some time to help relax. He was so kind and made me feel great. My only regret is I didn’t book the massage for 90 minutes.I also got a facial with Sarah she was so professional and sweet. My skin is still glowing. I will be coming back every 6 weeks for both services.

The atmosphere is so relaxing. They do all the little extras like tea when you check in and warm neck wraps. Massage therapist is knowledgeable and also does the extras. This last time I had been so stiff and left the spa like a different person. Great experience!!

I just had my first experience at this spa and my therapist was Thiane. From the moment I called to the second I walked out after my appointment, there is an incredible amount of kindness and professionalism. Not to mention the facility itself is idyllic, clean and peaceful. Nicole, at the front desk, was wonderful and helpful and extremely attentive while I waited the very few minutes for Thiane to take me back for my appt time. Thiane was a legitimate magician. I’ve had 6 massages in my 30 years, and this was by far the best one and exceeded any expectations I had. This was my first prenatal massage, and I will absolutely be back throughout and after my pregnancy. Thank you all for being so phenomenal!

Absolutely impressed with the knowledge and expertise of chiropractor Michelle. After two adjustments I saw dramatic improvement in my baby. Our family will be getting all our chiropractic care here. Plus the reception staff is so kind, personal, and caring. I feel genuinely cared about from the moment I walk through the door.

Kathy O was great, I was pampered from the time I walked in the door until I left. I got an hour and a half massage and it wasnt long enough. I definitely recommend it to everyone to go at least once. Youll get addicted to being pampered there. Everyone was very nice and I will be going back for a 2 hour next time.

Kathy does suck a great job giving a deep tissue massage. Too bad I can’t afford to go more often. But it is great to treat yourself once in awhile.

Cathy Kidd is by far the most amazing therapist I’ve seen! She is doing this new CBD oil body massage, it’s amazing the product is great. It’s a must have! Request Cathy Kidd for most efficient results for healing! Rachael gave my mother and I an amazing facial. My skin is now so soft and glowy. Not only that, but she massaged all my stress away and was so, so sweet. She is a very intelligent and knowledgable woman, so with any questions or concerns shes got the answers youre looking for. During the facial we talked about what my skin was needing, based upon examination and communication, and she picked out her recommendation for skin care products. Of course she did not pressure me to purchase anything, it was nice of her to have picked everything out while i was getting dressed, so when i went down there, it was ready! I must also mention that all the staff members are so sweet as well and it is a wonderful mansion to get any of their treatments done. 10/5 stars if i could. My husband and I had a couples massage today to celebrate Valentine’s Day and it was AWESOME. I believe my massage therapist was Cathy? She did great. Massaged my whole body with back and neck emphasis and did a really nice hip release.

I have had facials for many years and in many places, Old Edwards Inn, The Breakers, Noel Day Spa and on and on, the Spa on Green Street is as good as any of the best I have been to. One of my favorite places in Gainesville! It is always a treat to visit The Spa on Green Street. Walking in, the stress and anxiety melts away. Their atmosphere exudes tranquility, peace, and comfort. Every experience is met with professionalism and expert knowledge. I highly recommend any of their services, my favorite is the deep tissue massage.

Such a beautiful, historical building! Staff was very professional and hospitable. Communication (from booking to arrival) was thorough. My massage therapist was quick to adjust her technique when I expressed discomfort ( I was having rheumatological flare). I tried the CBD massage, but was no more effective than any other (but could just be that my body doesn’t respond to CBD). I would not pay the extra for it again. My one complaint was that the choice of “ambient” music was just one song on a repetitive loop, and had a strong “walking” tempo beat; it got to be very distracting and annoying (to be fair, I am a professional musician by trade, so tend to be highly sensitive to music; others might now even have noticed.). The therapist did lower the volume when I asked. Overall, their prices tend to be higher than other massage businesses. Not sure there was any significant difference in the massage itself. So, maybe the higher prices are justified by the venue.

The Spa on Green St has the most spectacular atmosphere and service. Thiane gave me the most wonderful massage. I’ve gone to her for years. I’m not even local to the area anymore and I still drive to her any chance I get! I highly recommend this spa!!

I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Whitney. I have trouble with my right shoulder area, Whitney really helped with the pain and soreness in that area. She really relaxed me, felt like all the tightness in my muscles were gone after my massage. Thank you!

I booked a 60 minute specialty massage and the massage was great but it was only a 45 minute massage if that long and it was $175.00, I was very disappointed considering. I will not be returning due to the high cost of a shortened service.
