Just did a 90 minute massage. Myriad was my therapist. Absolute Bliss and Heaven. Best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had hundreds of massages. Her technique was amazing. When they say a 60 or 90 minute massage that is exactly what you get, they don’t cut you short. This was my first visit and I’ve already scheduled another. M-F they have early bird specials.

Love this place! The staff is kind and accommodating, I always go for the basic massage, I prefer the gentle, sweeping types, Mack is amazing, I can honestly say, in the top 3 for best massage

This place is the bomb! The massages are on point - the staff really knows what theyre doing, theyre super friendly, and the whole spot is spotless. Seriously top-notch all around.

Do not give Beverly Hills Massage your business! My mother-in-law was given a gift certificate last year for a massage, and after she received the gift certificate, the company was sold to a new owner. The new owner is now refusing to honor the gift card. There are protections in place for consumers, and this company is NOT abiding by them.

I value the ability to be able to walk in for appointments. Clean and comfortable. I also found the massage work helpful in my muscle recovery. However the last appointment was not what I’m used to. I was very sore after and it was as if they overworked some muscles. I’m hesitant to return.

The massage was freaking amazing! Super great value, and the staff was so friendly and helpful - total sweethearts, for real.

I called ahead and booked a 90 min massage. 40 mins into it, a lady came in and was shouting that she didn’t want to wait. So my massage therapist went to talk to her. Then they came back and told me they were cutting my service short - wasn’t even finished with my left side - so they could accomdate the woman who came in. Because they were “crazy busy.” Not only did they not finish my back, they didn’t do my arms or legs at all. They never turned me over, either.I have bruises all over my back from my massage and I am so disappointed in the entire experience. It ended up being such a waste of money. I will never go back.

Jenny at Beverley Hills is awesome. I went in for 60 but decided to stay for 90 after she started working on my back and shoulders. This is one of the best massages Ive had in a couple of years. I travel to Thailand frequently, and though they are less expensive, Jenny did a wonderful job.Highly recommend this shop

Very nice massage and sweet couple. The only thing i didnt like was he kept stepping out of the room. And not washing his hands in between. But other then that it was great.

Awesome place to get a massage. Totally relieves stress. They were very welcoming. This is the best place I have had messages. I booked my appointment and it was heaven. They were very attentive, polite, professional and courteous. the place was really clean and nice. If you want a well worth time and money spent massage come to Beverly Hills Massage! Definitely will be coming back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever. Made an appointment for a 1 hour couples massage, got there and they looked at us like we were walk-ins. Then they asked if we wanted separate rooms. They finally put us in the same room, but the two ladies kept laughing and talking to each other in whatever foreign Asian language they spoke. Super rude. It only lasted 30 minutes instead of the hour we booked. I kept telling my masseuse the pressure was too hard… I left in more pain than I came in with. Will NEVER be back!

Changed ownership and refused to honor a past gift certificate even though everything checked out and the certificate wasnt that old.

I have had LOT’s of massages, LOT’s. Grace has to be one of the best massage therapists. Some therapists have only certain areas where they do really good. Grace does a great job in all different areas. After leaving there I remembered that was who my son recommended when he came here a few months ago but I never came at that time. So glad I happened to have her. The facility is clean and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Grace! I feel sooooooo much better!

This place has the potential to be something, but I don’t think the staff is quite up to. When you walk in it is very nice and clean. However, there was no one to greet us, and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out. When they did they were not very friendly or overly helpful. They first led us back into the wrong room ( we made appointments for the foot massage). Once we got to the foot massage room there was a little girl watching tv on a projector quite loud. I figured once they settled us in they would move her,t hat did not happen and I had to ask. They looked at me like I was crazy, but the point of a relaxing massage is not to hear cartoons or I could have stayed at home with my own children. They put our feet in water for almost 10 minutes. They started the actual massage at 11:07 and were finished by 11:50. Between the guys stuffy nose he couldn’t seem to go blow, the phone ringing, and them occasionally talking it wasn’t my best foot massage. I would have complained but I’m not sure it would have mattered, and my friend who is way more agreeable then I was ready to go. I was really hoping for great things from this place, because I normally drive much farther south for a good massage. Hopefully the criticism and reviews get through to them.

Very relaxing. I received a deep tissue massage by Grace. I’ve been to other places where It has been not enough pressure or way too painful. Grace has a wonderful relaxing technique and applies just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling relaxed and less tense in just one session. This was my second time returning and I will definitely continue to return.

As someone who has gone to a very high end spa and had the full works, I was not sure what to expect for this salon. However, the therapist was much more inviting here! She was very nice, and gave an excellent massage! I have a very tense body from a traumatic car accident a few years past and the deep tissue massage was perfect for loosening up my tight muscles.I made the appointment as I was experiencing a seemingly pinched nerve on my left side. After the massage the kinks seem to be worked out. Also I called less than 24 hours before wanting to book and there was no issue at all! Now usually the therapist tell you to drink water, here they send you home with one!I even bought a gift card for my mother because the first experience was so great!

Grace is the best massage therapist in the 🌎 world. I needed my muscle revitalized and renewed. I had so much stress because of life & Im a massage therapist myself. When I received my first massage from Beverly Hills Massage I was a new woman!!! I could walk better my whole body was revitalized. I drunk a gallon of water and l am still feeling the benefits 4 days later. If you need recovery, revitalization and relaxation go see Grace. Went in for a foot massage and was going to add on the foot scrub but was told it was unavailable. No big deal. When I was brought into the room there was a little girl watching a video in the back and her dad, Im guessing, was back there as well and at one point I could hear him snoring. The online price for the massage said $40 but the menu they had at the counter said $50. The massage itself was good but I dont think it was worth the price, especially with a kid watching videos and someone snoring in the background.

My husband and I have received many massages from here since day 1. First of all we love the people, and second of all we love the price! The music is always perfect and adds to our overall experience!!!! Grace is the absolute BEST and really knows her way around a deep tissue massage. Cant wait to come back!

Beverly Hills massage was an incredible and relaxing experience. Employees were very professional and friendly! They definitely cater to your needs. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and relaxing! Great escape! Way cheaper than going to an expensive island getaway.I got the foot massage aka reflexology and it was AMAZING! I fell asleep. Its more of a whole body massage than a foot massage.Would definitely recommend.

Don’t expect coming here to get a specialized massage...they have no receptionist and lack communication. I was hurried into a room with no check in, nothing. I was just told to get undressed and get on the table..no warmth in the interaction or anything. I felt highly uncomfortable..I was laying there for 7 minutes on the table and could hear the massage therapist attending another person I arrived at the same time with, whilst I was just there. I wasn’t even greeted, just kinda told ‘go into this room’. At this point I put on my clothes and try to leave.. walk towards the desk and the masseuse is very adamant on not letting me go. She shows me her license, which was to reassure me I guess? She then GRABS me by the forearm and pulls me..at this point I’m in shock at what’s happening and I get even more scared. I’m not sure why she thought that was decent behavior. I know she was trying to be friendly (?) but it made me highly uncomfortable. I think if I wouldn’t have tried to leave, she wouldn’t have attended me either. I was in so much pain that I ended up giving in and just getting the massage. I don’t even know what kind of massage she gave me. She didn’t tell me how long it would be, or anything at all. I also feel like she only focused on the left side of my body only, which is kind of weird. She didn’t do much deep massage on the right side of my back.Odd experience, it’s my fault for not being more assertive and walking out but at the same time, it’s strange behavior from a ‘professional massage therapist’. I think they just want to default to one massage to save time as they seem understaffed. The massage was fine, nothing phenomenal as these other reviewers are saying. They do heat stones and hot oil so that’s what relaxes the muscles. I felt like it wasn’t worth what they were charging. I wonder why this place has so many glowing reviews, they made it seem phenomenal and other worldly which makes it seem even more fishy. I noticed a lot of these accounts have only one review and it’s for this business. To top it all off, I woke up with a bruise on my arm the next morning. I don’t bruise easily, so I assume it was from the hard pressure she put on my arms during the massage.The pros of this place is the short notice appointments. If I’m in a pinch with my pain again, I may return for this sole reason. They do same day scheduling with no up charge so it’s convenient. The cons are the non specialization/ lack of communication. I feel like if they’re gonna charge that much for a service they should prioritize the customers needs. The masseuse also walked out of my massage 3-4 times to check on the front desk and settle other customers in. I wonder if she does this with all her clients. That’s time away from my hour you’re charging me...I’ve had a specialized massage before and comparing the two, this one isn’t anything phenomenal. So book at your own discretion. I think they prioritize regulars or something.I was hesitant to write this review, but I do think they could learn and grow from the feedback. I think the service itself is fine, but they should at least ask us about the pain etc. and work on their professionalism. If you’re a first timer, I think you should know what you’re signing up for.

Nope, just nope. I went in for an hour massage and it was just painful the whole entire time, Ive gotten massages before so I dont think it was just me but the masseuse was not great, she was nice at first but she kept the door cracked open during the massage and someone walked in during that time and she didnt even care that they did. Also, idk if it was because of the crack but I could hear all the noise outside of the room so it was not relaxing or pleasant. I went to pay the $60 (which wasnt even worth it tbh) and she proceeds to hassle for a 20% tip, I cant do math so I just tipped whatever I wanted and she didnt like that, she told the other people there about the tip in Mandarin (Yes, they are Chinese, I understand a bit) and then made a snarky look, will not be going back.

I visited Beverly Hills Massage for the first time because it’s located right next door to my favorite nail salon. I was greeted nicely. My issues were I was NEVER asked what I wanted before putting me in a room and performing whatever on me. During the massage she had to stop multiple times to help new customers at the front desk.The hour that I had to pay for services she performed on me, I was cheated out of due to constant interruptions. I suggest that they hire a receptionist to manage the front desk, so that they could give the clients their undivided attention and to ask us what services we would like today before assuming and doing as they please.

Excellent massage. Very professional. Listened very well, when I asked for more or less pressure. Also spent a lot of time on where I had the most pain. Even helped me to stretches to help with the pain in my lower back. Would recommend.

I have been coming in for messages since the business opened. It is really a hit or miss situation.Grace is the owner and a very good message therapist but communication is sometimes a problem. Many times she is the only person there.The one turn off is when the phone rings, she stopped the message and left the room.No one at the front desk is not good.I still go back occasionally. A very convenient location near my home.

My boyfriend & I try to get massages every month or so and because we have our own business it’s normally very last minute when we find time to go! We have went to several places because they are the only ones we can find an appointment with! We found this place because they were open on Sunday and this is now our go to place! We explained to them exactly why we were coming & asked for a recommendation. It was exactly what we were looking for & cheaper then most places we have been! I would highly highly recommend If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to get the job done right without all the bells & whistles this is the place for you!! If you are looking for something more like a spa resort to have all the extra pampering and spend the time relaxing & lounging around... this is not the place!

Worst “massage”. It hurt so badly, I had massive bruises for weeks. She claimed I wanted a deep tissue, when I just wanted a relaxation. I clarified with her on the phone that it would be $90 for 90 minutes. She said yes. Once it was over, she said I owed $110 for deep tissue and pulled out a paper saying I owed $20 for a tip. She actually yelled at me and stormed off because I refused to give her my credit card. After looking at reviews, I saw she did this to a couple of others.

My work can be very stressful and hard on my body, plus a crazy schedule that can be hard to plan around. It has always been easy to get in an appointment and has done wonders for my body. I have past injuries leaving me in constant pain, but after the massage I feel so relaxed and the pain eased. Definitely coming back again soon!

The ladies (Reese & Molly, I believe are their names) at Beverly Hills Massage were amazing to me and my husband! The environment was soothing and clean, and the massage was out of this world! We will definitely go back very soon!

Went for a RELAXATION massage yesterday and ended up with a DEEP TISSUE!! I dont know if they did this on purpose to gain extra $10 for a deep massage or what because I was NOT asked! The masseuse started with a deep tissue massage, eventhough I had filled out their paperwork and had circled relaxation where it askes obviously something they dont look at. At the end, one of the ladies (charging for the service) told me I had to say I was using a gift card for 1hr massage at $60, when I called them, I told her I did before they called me back to cancel and set a new time!! She insisted I had to pay extra $10 to cover the type of service I got. Well I told her to look for the paper i had filled out, luckily it was at hand and I pointed out where I had circled for a RELAXATION massage and added that I told the masseuse lady I didnt want a Deep Tissue but she insisted thats what I needed! So that I was NOT gonna pay extra for something I didnt ask for!The masseuse said she felt issues on my back so I really taught she would work hard at times only, well, that was a KILLER massage! SUPER PAINFUL!!! She heard me ouching on and off and I kept saying Less pressure please but she kept saying it will be ok that its necessary that later it would be much better for me. Well, LATER that night I could NOT lay on my back!! I had to take some Advil in order to get in bed, my back is SOOOO sore I cant even touch it with out feeling an intense pain!! I woke up this morning feeling worse!!Please pay attention to the type of service you want and the one THEY want to give you. There is definitely a language barrier with the staff but nothing they cant figure out.I know for sure that I am NOT coming back because my experience afterwards should not be this horrible pain and even if this is somewhat normal they should advise you, otherwise they look UNPROFESSIONAL.

I agree with the last two reviews. Very professional and happy a quality place is here in Gainesville. I typically go to a chiropractor once or twice a month for adjustments. A good massage helps with my tight muscles in my upper and lower back and my neck.Thanks

AMAZING! I had soreness in my lower back and got a deep tissue massage from Grace. I left there with no pain. Everyone there is very nice. The atmosphere was relaxing and the facilities were very clean. Highly recommend!!!!

One of the most relaxing messages I’ve ever gotten! I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders and they made a special point to target the knots. I haven’t felt this loose in such a long time. The prices are also incredibly reasonable. This will be my new message parlor from here on out!

First time here! They were great, from the facility to the massage and the prices are unbeatable. Wasn’t disappointed, we will be back.

Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment. The therapist worked hard but she also answered the phone and the front desk. Finally, I was in a lot of pain when we started and still had most of it when we were done.

My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage, it was excellent. I highly recommend as the deep tissue work was great.
