BodyWorks Massage Therapy & Wellness

I am not a person who easily does things for self care. It was a really big step for me to book a massage for myself. I’ve been sitting on a gift card that I’ve had since Christmas. I suppose that bit of info doesn’t seem important but I guess for me it is because this is something I’m working on (self care) so it was important to me that it was a positive experience. I made an appointment and confirmed it via a text I received yesterday. Today I walked in and they told me that they had cancelled it because I didn’t confirm it via a phone call. A call that apparently I missed while I was at work. I asked them to explain why they took it upon themselves to cancel, because clearly I didn’t. She said it was because I am a new client - which I am not. I’ve been here once before - but even so is this how we treat new clients? She said someone would have explained to me that I have to confirm in a phone call - which did not happen. She didn’t offer to try to find someone else just made excuses for their error. I am highly disappointed and will not return back here.

This spa looked great, but when attempting to book it didnt like they wanted to take on any clients. I tried a few dates and asked if they had anything available anytime soon for a couple massage and scrub/ head massage and was not given any options for booking- was just told No. I dont really understand why as I wasnt rude or anything- I wanted to find something that worked and am flexible on times and days. If they were busy for a few months out thats understandable- I wouldve booked a few months out. Its a shame, because I was really looking for a new spa to regularly go to. I wouldnt recommend wasting your time.

The staff is polite. Also, Aum Avery did a fantastic job with my deep pressure massage! It was the best message I’ve ever had💯 I highly recommend her because she tailors your massage according to your needs. You can tell she pours her heart out when she does your massage. Thank you!

Had a nice facial and massage here the other day. The facial was great but the massage was even better of course. I will be scheduling monthly massages from now on. The prices and the service you can not beat.

Went here for a couples massage to celebrate our Anniversary and it was really nice. Parking can be a challenge and you can easily pass the place as it looks residential but once inside, itll be worth it. Ill definitely be getting my wife future gift certificates here.

It was okay , the nail designs could have been a little better but i underatand not everyone at nail salons are artistic. prices were fair. Ive been to plenty of nail salons they all are pretty much the same i feel like.

Highly recommend! The staff were great. Perfect relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist was Kristin. She was amazing! Very professional, made me feel comfortable and gave me an excellent massage! Couldn’t say anything bad about this place! Prices are reasonable as well. Totally worth it! Will go back as much as possible. Never been so relaxed.

Wow, what an awesome experience I had this week at Body Works! I went in w/ a specific issue in my right shoulder and it was like magic. Holly, my therapist said to me, yep, I feel it, and went to work, concentrating on that one spot, slowly and methodically working the knot out. She was so attentive and didnt cut any corners. When I walked out of there, I was like a new person!This morning, I woke up and felt great, no radiating pain there at all! Ill go back next week for some touch up work on my shoulder and back but what a difference an hour made! Cant say enough good about these people and the service they provide! Ive had massages before just to loosen up a bit, and they worked, but Ive never been for a specific problem. Holly knew exactly what I needed and gave it to me! Its been months since my shoulder has been pain free! What the heck was I waiting on?!?!? :)

While on vacation, and after a lot of riding in a car, I scheduled a 60 minute integrated massage with Grace. I had an area in a back muscle that had been bothering me a great deal. Grace worked with me and concentrated on that area as well as some others. She is very knowledgeable & skilled. She was able to get me great relief in one session. I was a new woman when I walked out.Pam manages the front desk and was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. She managed to get our party of 3 appts before we headed back on the road for the next leg of a long trip.Pricing was very good & significantly less than I would pay back home for like service.

My wife and I had a couples massage a while back in 2021. We both had a very relaxing enjoyable experience. So much so we are planning another couples session. The prices are certainly competitive if a little on the high side. However where you might get champagne and a hot towel or some nonsense for that boosted price, you get all professional massage here. And you are not treated like you are being herded and processed. Bottom line I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend! Best spa experience Ive ever had. Vanessa gave me a life changing deep tissue massage and Christie gave me a wonderful body scrub. Everyone was so nice and professional. I cant wait to go back!

Leslie performed the best massage Ive ever had today at this cozy, unassuming location. This was my first visit and I cant wait to bring my family back with me. The level of expertise and training the therapists here have is impressive and was evident in the quality of care I received.I came in for help with chronic headache and she pulled all the tension out of my neck - my headache is gone. I didnt even mention my lower back pain because no massage therapist or chiropractor has ever been able to do anything to help relieve it before. She found it and relieved it; to me, shes a miracle worker! I was so euphoric I could barely string a sentence together. I cannot sing her praises loudly enough to do her justice. She did an amazing job and Im so very happy to have found this place.If you are looking around and unsure of where to go, choose this place! This is a top-notch local business providing an expert level of care for a very reasonable price.

Don’t shrug off the spa by appearances alone. Yes, it is a shared building. Yes, the neighbors keep their building way less than attractive. But the staff is super sweet and the services were fantastic. I will definitely be going back.

Booked a last minute couples massage on a whim. As a spa own myself I was so impressed. From the easy booking to the quality of reception we were so happy. My bf who is really picky said it was one of the best massages hes ever received and for myself I was pleasantly surprised! Id highly rate them to any local or visitor in the area.

Amazing ! Cute little place & feels cozy. We went for a couples massage & we felt so good afterwards we didnt want to get out of the bed. I will be going back to set up my next session.

I have been going to Bodyworks for over 3 years. They are the best of the best! The staff is a delight. I have worked with over 5 of their therapists and everyone is fabulous! From reflexology to deep tissue to hot stone, the Bodyworks team and front staff offer a kind, enjoyable and relaxing experience. I can’t say enough good things. You will not be disappointed!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was very friendly and the environment was peaceful and well supplied with cold water and hot tea for guests. Cheryl was my therapist and she is TERRIFIC! Very good at consulting about problem areas, lifestyle goals and habits (mine is crossing my legs and hunching down to my monitor at work for 8 hours) and even showed me some great stretches I can do at home after a long day at work. My massage felt tailored to ME with a lot of emphasis on exactly where I hurt the most. Shes a great listener and applies that knowledge to your massage. I havent felt this limber in so long and my movements are very fluid again! Worth every penny and I will be back!

Great atmosphere, light music, heated table, great body work by Grace, and a variety of different modalities to choose from. Highly recommend Body Works! No wonder they’re the best spa in North Georgia!

I love going to BodyWorks, it is always warm, friendly and inviting. Today I had the Hot Stone therapy and it was great. Ready to book another appointment with Maryann for a wonderful pain reliever and stress reducer.

I usually do not write reviews but I thought this one was a must I just got out of my 2 hour massage an hour ago My massage therapist only massage me using her arm and elbow Except for when she was supposed to do my aromatherapy head massage she scratched my head My boyfriend paid for add ons one of the add ons was an extra foot massage needle to say she hardly even touched my feet did not get the Peppermint foot massage As soon as it was over and I was getting dressed she told me how long my massage was and that I needed to tip her I was speechless Ive never had anyone do that to me before I walked out feeling the same way as I did when I walked in does not even feel like I received a massage needless to say the walls are paper thin I can hear the gentleman next door to me talking the whole time and laughing With his massage therapist even when he was leaving you can hear him out front talking Needless to say I will never return back

I had a 90 minute massage with Leslie today and I havent felt this good in a long time. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely be back.

This place has improved the quality of my life greatly. I have several lower back issues and they have made it possible for me to play soccer again. From sports to therapeutic massages, this is the best place to choose. Highly recommended!
