Had a girls morning with salt room sessions & massages, and it was just what my soul & being needed. (My friend who brought us going regularly!) Megan & Mary have such beautiful energies, the massage was glorious, and the salt room was a safe & calming space to drift away 🧡Found goodies at the super cute boutique inside. This experience has really helped my sinuses! I have horrible allergies, and chronic sinus and ear issues and the salt room helps alleviate congestion and pain. A plus is that it’s very relaxing and a time to myself I rarely get to take otherwise! Other added bonuses are the cute boutique/gift shop and complimentary tea!!!

Relax Salt Room was everything I wanted and more. We took our daughter and her friend to the kids room (6yo and 9 yo). The amazing woman running the place was so patient with us and very friendly. I loved that the kids room had a digging area and then also an area to hang out and play board games. The toys were organized on shelves by age appropriateness. The higher the toy, the older the child it was meant for. The kiddos had a blast and were amazed at how fast 30 minutes could go.We all felt so relaxed and I noticed a lot less coughing and sneezing from everyone. We will definitely be back!

My very first experience with Relax Salt Rooms was amazing. The young lady who helped with this experience had amazing energy and good vibes! She explained everything very detailed and she even told us information on where Salt Rooms originated from. I can’t wait to come back! I’m bringing my kids next time for sure! My fiancé came with me this time and his reaction to the salt room was unexplainable. He meditated the entire time we were in the salt room! I highly recommend everyone try this at least once. I had the most relaxing time in the Salt Room. The benefits if breathing in the salt are still evident as the mucus continues to dislodge. I look forward to finding a similar room in Ontario so I can go again.The lady in charge was wonderful in her knowledge and articulated things very clearly.

Relax Salt Rooms is a visually nurturing and inviting place. We were greeted warmly and given a tour of the facility before our session in the salt room. Tucked in by our host, we spent 45 minutes restfully letting go of the day and being rejuvenated by the salt misting around us. Later that night and during the next day my sinuses cleared (allergies) and my complexion felt as if I had a facial.Relax Salt Rooms is going to become a part of my regular routine.

The BEST people work here. I absolutely love the energy Megan has curated in the space and the entire experience is so incredibly relaxing and restorative. Mary is an incredible masseuse, time and time again delivery the best massage Ive ever had. Theyre both so accommodating and lovely, making everything feel so lovely and comfortable. No other place in Gainesville does it like they do!!

This was my second session. I absolutely love it here. I love how clear my breathing feels after a session, and it is incredibly relaxing during. The room itself is beautiful as well. I highly recommend.

I took my kids in after another school cold finished, but they were still congested and coughing. After one session my daughter’s coughing was much better. The kids salt room was fun, with plenty of activities to entertain my two kids. We will definitely be back!

I love this place. Theres different kinds of sessions and I really enjoy the sound baths and guided meditation. Theres all kinds of unique products in the store and love coming here to shop for gifts. Its definitely a hidden gem and always look forward to stopping by.

I LOVED the Salt Room!!! I did like she said and breathed in deep in through my nose and same through the mouth. I felt my sinuses clear up which was great! And now 4 days later it’s still clear! I will definitely make this part of my routine and highly recommend this everyone!!!

Wonderful!! The most relaxed and soothed I’ve felt in a long time 🤩 Megan was super friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The salt therapy treatment history is fascinating! I suffer from asthma and eczema and I definitely felt a difference after my session. I wish I could go every day. The room is lovely and glowing. I LOVED it! This was my first time trying out a salt room - I dont relax easily and didnt expect to fall asleep during my session but I did. The rumbling of the generator, soft music, warm light, blanket, and zero gravity chair were the perfect combination.Everyones reaction to the salt is different - but I felt like I could breathe a lot better and fill my lungs up more easily.The owner is so knowledgable, kind, and gracious with her time and energy. Cant wait to go back.

I reserved the entire salt room as a surprise gift for my husband for his birthday and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! There were so many nice touches like the hot tea, learning about the salt room and the history of salt therapy from the owner who was very nice and welcoming, and the warm neck pillows and blankets. The salt room itself is so peaceful. It’s clear that great care and attention goes into operating the salt room and the store. We can’t wait to go back! I definitely would recommend it as a gift for someone who needs a tranquil therapeutic experience or could benefit from this type of respiratory therapy.

Had persistent cough after upper respiratory infection. The salt treatment helped loosen things up and made me feel able to take deeper breath. This was my first salt room treatment but will not be my last!!

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The salt room was a great place to focus on my mental health, recovery, and relaxation and the shop has tons of cute items for sale. Meg is so welcoming and knowledgeable and I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my experience here this afternoon! The owner was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. She provided hot tea and water to drink, a blanket and heated neck pillow. Like others have mentioned, I was so relaxed that I fell straight to sleep, even though I was wide awake when I stepped in. This was my first time visiting and I absolutely plan to return!

I go to the salt room about once monthly and would do more if I had time! I have also tried the compression therapy and the ringing bowls session. I always feel so good and rejuvenated almost immediately and the effects last a good long time. I have literally been told the night after a salt room that I am GLOWING. I have some skin issues and the salt therapy has helped a lot! If you , like me are one of those people who feel great after a day at the beach swimming in the salt water and feel invigorated please try this! I try to leave the salt on all day and do a quick rinse at night then a full soapy shower the next day. I like to linger in the salt. What can I say about the owner Meghan? Fabulous, caring, informative and talented, she makes beautiful jewelry and I have many compliments on the pieces I have purchased. Fully satisfied, no complaints and hesitant to recommend only so it wont get too crowded!!!! Love Love Love it!

The space is beautiful. My kids had fun in the kids room playing in the salt, and I loved the calming atmosphere in the adult space. Wonderful overall experience from the moment you walk in! Highly recommend👍

Wonderful experience for my one and four year old battling some rough seasonal allergies right now. The child room was clean and had tons of toys/games to play with. They were actively engaged the entire time, and my four year old keeps begging to go back. They both are breathing much clearer today- worth every penny! Can’t wait to go back!

Deeply relaxing. Staff very attentive and supply everything needed to have a lovely experience. I do not have respiratory concerns yet feel my breathing is a bit deeper. My appointment was at 4:00 PM and I was so relaxed I just did nothing the rest of the evening. A great mini-vacation at home. Thank you, Megan.

I have had a cough for weeks that just wont seem to clear up, so I decided to try this salt room. A very cool experience! So relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and informative. The salt room is beautiful, and the soft lighting and music made for a lovely 45 minutes, as did the hot cup of tea they offered. I felt like I was breathing better afterward, and now my cough seems more productive, so I hope this helped to start clearing out all the gunk that has been making me miserable. Ill definitely be back!

I received a gift certificate for this place and had no clue what I was walking into. I was soooo pleasantly surprised. This was such a relaxing experience. My skin felt so good for the rest of the day. I can’t remember when I spent 45 minutes by myself, quiet and with no electronics. I had originally brought my Kindle to read. But, I didn’t realize that you can’t take any electronics in because the salt will ruin the device. It turned out to be for the best. I highly recommend this experience.

I had my first appointment this past Saturday with relax salt rooms in Gainesville Florida. All I can say is it was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. The facility is spotless they have absolutely gorgeous and very unique merchandise. The young lady that greeted me when I came in the door made me feel very comfortable right away. She gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She then brought me into the salt room and I was in awe. The floor is covered in Himalayan salt they have gravity free chairs that you make yourself feel as comfortable as you want to. You sit in a very beautiful peaceful setting for 45 minutes that completely and totally relaxes you. I was so very impressed and I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Ive already booked additional appointments for the next 3 weeks and know that I will continue going there at least once a week for a very long time.

It was relaxing and especially with a complimentary cup of hot tea. I tried the Salt Room because of sinus problems.I did experience the tightness in my chest but it went away. I also experienced sinus pressure in my head. My sinuses feel some better and I will be going again.

Megan, the owner, is very knowledgable and extremely kind and thoughtful. She has hot tea, a blanket for your legs, and a hot towel for your neck. The salt room is beautiful, with the salt blocks on the walls, the chairs are comfortable. I have had several sinus surgeries and am hoping this will help keep my sinus clearer. I would recommend this establishment.

This place is amazing!! We laid back on these amazing reclining seats, in an amazing salt room with walls made of salt. Then a lady played tibetan and gemstone singing bowls of all sizes and types. The vibrations and salt went into my body, and certain bowls ringing gave me good vibes, some seemed to be taking negative stuff out of me. After, I felt light and happy. And I could breathe better for days after.

Amazing place. Inviting Staff , a pleasure to be around and made our experience wonderful. We booked before flying out of town and it was the perfect bit of relaxation before flying. We were given a great intros on the history of Salt Caves and how the salt therapy works. The retail store section also has a ton of great items. I can’t wait to come back and will be purchasing more items from the online store. Thanks again for a great experience!

My wife scheduled me for a massage in the Salt Room, because her experience was so delightful. I had never heard of hanging out in a salt room, or why one might want to do that! My massage was wonderful, with Alexandra working out kinks in my back and arms, and both she and Megan at the front desk shared information on the benefits and history of salt rooms. I can say that my hour in the room seemed to clear out my sinuses nicely, and with the massage I felt well rejuvenated to get back to my day.

My daughter and I enjoyed our first salt room experience and it was delightful. It was like spending a day at the beach relaxing and breathing in that healing salt air. The environment was very top notch - be forewarned they have lots of really cute gotta have things to buy too - like soaps, jewelry, lip balms, cute towels and cups - so of course we did a little shopping too! Highly recommend!

I am absolutely hooked on Relax Salt Rooms. I suffer from bad sinuses and asthma and feel so much better at the end of my 45-minute session. It not only helps with my respiratory issues but is by far the most relaxing 45 minutes I enjoy once a week. I also love all the items that are on display in the shop. They have awesome earrings as well as soaps, scrubs, wooden owl ornaments and so many other things. High recommend you visit this great place in Gainesville :)

I had my first session Friday. I immediately just felt better. The owner/operator was so nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait for my next session. The disconnect from the world is worth the price.Health wise, I have definitely noticed a lot of drainage. I was told that was normal as things break up. I have asthma and severe allergies. I also have noticed that my itchy skin has improved and some eczema/psorasis places have begun to look better. I definitely feel I am breathing better. I had had a headache for about 2 weeks when I went in and within a few minutes of being in the salt room, with heating packs so kindly provided, my headache was gone.I will definitely be returning. Also the hot tea the offer is amazing!

This was my first experience with a salt room and salting and it was really great. The salt room professional present was very informative and friendly. I had no specific respiratory or skin ailments that I was looking to help, so I cannot speak on that. However, I had a really pleasant and relaxing experience during my 45 minutes in the salt room. You arent allowed to bring electronics in (due to corrosion) and that made it a really nice ~unplugged~ experience to just chill out. Would 10/10 recommend!

I booked this session as a birthday present for my grandmother who suffers from asthma and allergies. Meg was absolutely amazing in communicating with me about my questions when booking my session online and I received an emailed response within an hour!Meg made us feel safe in the store and went over the history of salt therapy before going in and experiencing it ourselves.I will highly recommend having this experience and thoroughly enjoyed myself! I felt so relaxed and enjoyed spending time with my loved ones as we just chatted.Once we were done we browsed the shop looking around and found that the majority of the items for sale were from small businesses or fair trade!I am already planning another visit with a friend of mine!

I had Covid in January and have been sick since then. Having a hard time breathing and lots of congestion. Someone told me about salt rooms and I googled to see where the closest one was. I found Relax in Gainesville Fl and hour and half from my house. I made reservations for myself and 3 friends. We all loved it! I came out sounding like myself no longer hoarse and breathing through my nose! We all plan on going back as soon as possible. They even give you a cup of hot tea to take into the salt room and have tissues at each chair. The lady explained everything to us before we went in. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

What a relaxing and calming self-care experience! I highly recommend a session to everyone. I was able to access this experience in a zero gravity chair being an amputee and they were wonderful enough to take my prosthetic outside the room for the duration and return it to me afterwards so it wouldnt get all salty.The shop is a perfect little place to explore and find gifts for you or others. I am obsessed with this place! After years of immunotherapy (allergy shots), I was skeptical that anything could bring me relief from my allergies. Visiting the salt room changed my mind! I go often as possible and my sinuses are clear and happy! Not only is the salt extremely helpful in keeping my allergies at bay, the spa is beautiful and relaxing. Meg is an absolute joy to be around and creates an amazing experience for her guests. I have also become a regular with her additional offerings of massage and guided meditations. Do yourself a favor and come to the Salt Room, your body and soul will not regret it!!!

Wonderful experience! Learned the history of salt therapy and the ongoing partnership studies. The salt room is peaceful and softly lit with the Himalayan salt rocks and bricks on the wall, the zero gravity chairs are super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Going to the Relax Salt Room is such a treat. Not only does it help with my chronic sinus infection, but its always a relaxing experience. The ambience is just right with the soothing music, zero gravity chairs, soft light and fountain. Sometimes I wish I could just stay in there all day. They are very professional and go out of their way to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed. I try to go every week, and Im always happy when I do.

I highly recommend the Relax Salt Rooms! I have taken my granddaughter, and the kids room is full of toys and games to keep her occupied. The adult room is clean, relaxing, and therapeutic. Visit during allergy season!

I had my first halotherapy session at RELAX this past weekend and it was wonderful. I was greeted by the owner (I believe). She knew exactly who I was when I walked in. My wife had set this up for me so I could do something relaxing and I am so glad she did. The experience from beginning to end was succinct, safe, and relaxing. I actually dozed off while in the salt room alone! I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing for all health issues, please do your self a favor and visit, Megan its very knowledgeable about all you need to know about this place every month they do different services like, yoga and more, you will love this place just like I do, I go every month.

Our family went and enjoyed the kids room. Perfect space for us. They had a variety of “beach” toys and items for the kids to enjoy while we lounged and watched them from Adirondacks. The kids asked when they could come back and play in the salt immediately after our session. Exceptionally clean and so Hygge. The owner is so personable and great about answering all of our questions. We will definitely be back.

The Salt Room offers a very relaxing experience, and was great for easing my sinus headaches. The owner is methodical in safety and health procedures (for example - there are UVC lights in public areas, masks on in public areas, and sessions are private with air vented out after each one) so even during this stressful time of Covid-19, I felt safe and comfortable. There are many nuances that help you feel like you are having a spa experience. Its been a great treat for me. I highly recommend it.

I love this place! Ive visited a couple times before and have always found them to be so nice and hospitable. Like a were already friends kind of welcoming. I went just again this week - since they were now able to reopen (quarantine) and they could not have made me feel safer than they did. Always keeping a clear distance between us. Sanitizing things before I arrived. Instructing me on where to stand and how the process will work going in and out of the salt room. I was so thankful for their caution and care. And right now - due to Covid - all sessions are private sessions so theres no need to be concerned about anyone else being in the space at the same time. I followed all the guidelines on their website and wore a mask (expect once settled in the salt room), brought my own blankets, and wore shoes that I could easily put the medical booties over. Thank you! It felt so great to be able to restart a treatment that has been very valuable to my health.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt more relaxed. I had a great experience in the adult room-- warm neck wrap, lovely music and calming ambiance. I instantly left feeling like I could breath more deeply! I am so glad this service came to Gainesville. I will definitely be back:)

I have had many massages but this was my first in a salt room. The room is amazingly beautiful and serene, the masseuse knows her stuff and I have another massage scheduled for next week! What a treat! Worth every penny.

We are SO lucky to have this salt room in Gville. Not only have salt rooms (that Ive had to travel to) eased my allergy symptoms, but those symptoms continue to dimish each year since going. Last year my friend, who has had the worst seasonal allergies all his life only had to take 2 Claritin all season. He swears its due to the salt rooms. Also, I love how relaxing the salt air is. Relax Salt Room is beautiful and comfortable, and the owner friendly. Highly recommend.

We had the best time for the private couples session on Valentines Day! They treated us amazing and the salt really worked to bring up all our congestion. Decided to do 1 monthly for health! They also have yoga classes!

Staff was very friendly, professional & helpful! My mom suffers from COPD and is quitting smoking, the Salt Room is good for detoxing and clearing her lungs. She is breathing MUCH better today. We will be doing Salt Room therapy on a weekly basis until she is breathing good.

The children’s room is very sweet. It is beautifully decorated and super kid friendly. There are lots of entertaining options for the kids which allows adults to be able to have a relaxing experience as well.

This was one of the most relaxing esperiences PLUS my sinuses have been so clear after only one treatment! She doesnt PUSH you into coming back or buying a package, and I like that. I am definately going back again.

I love it here i wish they had one closer to my house lol but its wonderful i really like Meaghan shes so sweet first time we went my daughter and i did the Reiki session we both really enjoyed that i went again this weekend for the tarot reading was so fun i dont remember her name but i loved her also that massage was great to ill have to make a appointment for just that now she was wonderful and sweet as well i really like it here yall i feel better when i leave uplifted lungs clearer for me is like a great place to relax and just calm down and breath in all that salt its just great my daugter is ready to go back like i said if yall were closer id probably see yall least once a week if not more lol we are gonna be regulars now so get use to seeing us 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The women in charge that day was amazing, she gave a quick history of salt rooms and then we enjoyed our time there. We will deffinitely be back, already planning a salt message visit.

I enjoyed it, very relaxing. The only recommendation is I found the fountain in the Salt Room to be rather loud which made it difficult to hear the meditative music at times.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Absolutely pleasant staff, soothing salt room, and I left feeling refreshed. I will be back!

I suffer from severe allergies. I have to take 3 types of medication daily. After 1 session I can stop taking all 3 medications for several days. I can not say enough good things about Relax. If you have not tried it you should.
