The cashier(Mellakai) was very helpful, assisted in a very timely manner also knowledgeable of everything in the in store. Deserves a raise immediately. Will be coming back very soon. Amazing service!!

Very overpriced and cashier had no idea what I was asking for when I asked for a 510 thread pen. I told her that the price seemed steep, she said she would give me 10$ off for a 5 star review. I’m assuming that’s where any 5 stars are coming from. I asked to see a pen and she wouldn’t even bring it out of the case. I went down the street and it was 20$ cheaper and when I asked for a 510 thread pen the cashier immediately grabbed 5 or 6 different pens and placed them on the counter for me to look at. Save your money and shop around.

I’ve been to plenty of smoke/vape shops and they are usually fine but the gentleman working at Glass City was so helpful and I really felt like he was trying to help me make the smartest purchase for my needs. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make money, I felt like he was trying to make sure I come back, which I will! And I will send my friends and family. I was beyond satisfied with the service and with the items I purchased. He turned me on to Raz vapes and I am a BIG fan. The price is on point for heavy smokers/vapers.Also, I am not local to Gainesville and I will go out of my way to come back to this store because the service was so wonderful. I think that says something when there seems to be a smoke shop on every corner these days…Thanks Glass City!

After several fails, I finally found a vape shop where they actually have the experience to help someone with questions! Zach was knowledgeable, patient, professional and extremely helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and overall very pleasant. It’s definitely worth finding this place if you need someone who knows what they are doing. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I bought some stuff and got a 10 dollar discount right off the bat. I went home and the scale I bought wasnt calibrated correctly through no fault of my own. They exchanged the scale quickly and gave me a new one that was better and I only had to pay a small difference in price. The grinders were not overpriced, the rolling trays and papers were reasonably priced. This is a good place to go and the employees are friendly. Highly recommend.

Showed up at 11:30am on a Monday. Nobody was there and the door was locked. I waited around for about 15 minutes then left. Was planning on buying a fairly large hookah for a friend. Had to order on Amazon instead.

Nearly every puff bar I get here is fake, and I spent my tax return money on a new vape that was a complete knockoff and broke within weeks. I took super good care of it, but I left it on the charger maybe an hour after it was done charging on accident one time and the battery completely broke. It won’t hold charge and keeps spitting vape juice at me. Super not happy.

Good selection and friendly staff willing to offer discounts for frequency of visits, however, multiple times i have stopped by promptly at 10 as the store was supposed gone open and they were not. Very hard to keep customers when your staff cannot show up on time top open the door and spend money.

Store wasn’t open at the posted time. Waited 30 minutes and read other reviews while waiting. Seems to be a common complaint with this place. Owner seems to give the same excuse about an accident on 66. I came from that way and no accident. Don’t bs people, just own the fact that you’re not punctual.

I’m literally sitting outside RIGHT NOW at 9:23am and no one is here, I’m sure the place is nice but how can i know that when it’s pitch black and I’m on the outside at the time y’all say ur open? I’ll change my review once y’all correct your hours and if the store is truly decent.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Their kratom selection is weak and way over priced. They have like 4 strains all from some no name brand.

With the numerous Tobacco shops available today, I was a bit skeptical about walking into Glass City earlier after seeing some of these reviews. Im from Fairfax myself and usually shop around town but half way to my cousins house, I realized that I had left the Hookah accessories at home! *insert slap in face* ...Honestly, I have NO IDEA how or why anyone would complain about this place. I have never been into a tobacco shop so clean and organized before. My eyes definitely lit up when I walked in and found room to actually walk around and view the products easily. I was greeted by Daniel as soon as I walked in and he was able to guide me straight to their Tobacco section and answered all my questions with out any hesitation or an eye roll. Walked in for Charcoal and Tobacco and walked out $200 later with a bad full of goodies lol... Im glad I avoided the reviews and walked in, cause I think I just found my new favorite shop! Worth the 30 min drive.

Over priced . I got a lighter worked like 5 times. Owner discontinued some cheap over priced oil burners that he was selling plenty of I guess because of the type of people buying them . I donno

Awful tobacco store I wouldnt recommend for ANYONE I would take my business to tobacco hut, right down the street 10/10. There is better prices and the sellers dont hover over you while you try to make decision of their over priced stock. Extremely disappointed......

Get there early because they close whenever they feel like it....got there 11 minutes early and he told me he was closed even though the doors were open to customers!! Waste of my time and i was gonna spend plenty.

Its a nice place, but the selection of tobacco and RYO supplies was lacking and extremely overpriced when I went. The shop seems more focused on vape and hookah supplies than tobacco.
