Been meaning to leave a review as this is my go to place( even though its right next to my house Ive been known to drive an hour for places I like). The staff is helpful and kind its like cheers you always feel welcome and the prices are awesome with discounts and sales in abundance. Anyways enough brown nosing but in seriousness awesome business thats treats their customers well.

These fellas are ALWAYS on the ball, order special items, know their stuff, prices, and where everything is EVERY time. The store is quaint, clean, and tidy. Access is great- no parking woes. Even if prices get slightly higher-I always use them.

Always exceptional customer service. Great inventory and every employee I’ve encountered has been super helpful.

I have been going there for over 5 years. I’ve never had a bad experience EVER. Josh and the “old guy in glasses” are very fun to converse with and I sometimes stay in there for 30 minutes just talking to them. I live 30 minutes away and drive just to come to this store.

Always a great experience! Treats me with great help on selection and good customer service all around! This is also one of the he only smoke shops in Gainesville that actually enjoy your business.

I smoked for a few years and its a hard habit to quit but vaping has helped me to quit smoking cigarettes. And I am in NO way saying that anyone should start vaping. But they have a lot to choose from.

Always has what I need and been going for awhile! They got a new vape Viho turbo 10,000 puffs!! It has an amazing flavor definitely worth it!

Reply to owner: It would have been nice to know there was a zero return policy before I walked out the door. Please review your product because I don’t feel great about going back there ever and dropping another $20 on a product that may or may not work. Or at least change your return policy. I have the packaging and the vape and I’m sure you have record of my purchase so it wouldn’t be too far fetched for me to exchange it, no?Bought a Rise XL banana ice. It was great. Went back to try the grape. Purchased one no problems. Got home opened it up and it didn’t work. Called the store back and was told there was a 0 exchange policy and the best he could do was give me a $5 coupon towards my next purchase.. so.. now I have to spend $35 to to purchase a WORKING $20 vape... seems legit..And just an FYI. David at the gas station next door does not mind exchanging product that doesn’t work because it’s the right thing to do. He has a bunch of 1 use vapes as well.

Hands down the best smoke shop in the area! Owners are always super welcoming. They own the gas station next door too and seem to have great relationships with their clients. I don’t live in Gainesville, but still make the drive just to support their business. They always have what I’m looking for and at a great price! 100% recommend giving lakeside smokes a try!

Despite questionable service Ive gotten here a few times the owner has always made things right so I couldnt let one bad employee ruin my review for lakeside smokes because they have a great selection of products at reasonable prices and the owner is always willing to help his patrons no matter how big or small the problem or question. He has even offered to special order stuff for me in the past when they didnt have what I was looking for. The owner always trys to go above and beyond for his customers so I give lakeside smokes 5/5 will be going back!-

Was touring the Gainesville area and stumbled across this smoke shop. Upon further notice I was greeted with amazing customer service. Josh at the counter found me everything I needed and hooked me up on a great deal! Generally a lot of smoke shops go the cheaper route selling fake products because they cost less but I can assure you josh has 100% authentic items. He’s very knowledgeable on his products and will get you what you need!

Best smoke shop with the best workers!!! Other shops may be big and flashy but they dont offer the kind of customer service they offer at lakeside smokes. It always on a personal level when I go to the store always have conversations with either Josh the owner or Lyle the store has anything you could need as a smoker or even a non smoker as he has a wide variety of stickers.

WOW! what a hidden gem in Gainesville. I will definitely be returning here for all my vaping and smoking needs. The shop had many different pieces of unique glass and wraps, did i mention the best and most affordable prices i have ever seen!!!
