4/10/24 @6:30pm stopped in like I normally do once or twice a week to shop for some new products. Normally the vibe and the staff are out of this world awesome. Though tonight your employee that was there was tremendously rude. Honestly the worst vibe and the worst customer service possible by this guy! Decided to take my business elsewhere and start shopping elsewhere. Just bc you have a lot to do, doesn’t mean you treat your customers with disrespect.

If you plan to buy from this shop, TEST your items before you leave, if you need to charge your item, then WAIT and charge your equipment and test it before you leave!!!! I bought a new item and it was defective and i lost my money because they do not offer replacement or refund, so i need to buy ANOTHER item even the first item never works. Been a customer of this store for 4 years, not anymore. 30$ is what a 4 year customer is worth for these guys.

I cannot sing the praises of Planet X enough!! Not only do they have the best selection and most competitive prices around but, more importantly, they have the friendliest, and knowledgeable staff you could hope for. Went in looking for some gummies yesterday, but wasnt sure what to get because my tolerance has gone down some. The associate that greeted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and she was able to suggest several brands that I purchased samples of. Only tried one so far, but it got me exactly where I wanted to be. The prices are fair for what youre getting, albeit more expensive than some online options. But the quality and professional service make shopping here worth it. Will absolutely return.

Planet X used to be one of my favorite vape stores, if not my favorite. The second to last time I went there, I purchased nic salt juice and when I got in my car I realized that there was an expiration date that said that the juice was two years expired. I brought it back in to switch it out for a different one and they helped me with no problem and had great customer service.However, yesterday I came to purchase more juice and I was given a bottle that expired six months ago and was a dark orange color. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was expired until I had driven somewhere five minutes down the road. I turned around and went back to Planet X to return the expired juice.The employee told me that Vape juice does not expire and told me that next time I need to check inside the store to make sure that it is not expired. I thought that was the employee’s responsibility to ensure that their product is not expired. I received no apology but she did allow me to trade for a different juice. She then proceeded to accuse me of opening the bottle of the expired juice (which I did not). Why does it matter? Were you planning on putting the expired bottle back on the shelf?I chose a different juice that had no expiration date on it, but it looked worse than the six month expired juice. I was too uncomfortable to say anything about it in the store because the employee was convinced the new bottle was not expired and I did not feel like she would let me switch it out for another one. I tried the new juice and like most bad Vape juices, it makes me cough every time I hit my Vape and it has a horrible aftertaste. The color of the juice is concerning, as you will see in the photo. Now I am out a bottle of vape juice and felt like people should know about my experience so it does not happen to them. Always check the expiration date of your Nic salt juice because Planet X has sold me expired juice 3 times now.

I have been shopping at this store for four years now. The staff used to be so kind and helpful. Not so anymore. I recently requested a pack of V18 Mini Dual Mesh coils for my mod. The female attendant placed my order in the bag and checked me out. I was there for juice and figured I’d grab the coils while I was there. I had two coils left at home, so the new box went in the drawer. When I did open the new box, I learned that she had given me the wrong coils. I took them back to the store, the male attendant offered to sell me the correct coils, but would not refund or exchange the brand new unopened coils they sold meIn error. I have had issues like this in the past and the friendly staff were more than happy to help. He insisted he could not help. By this time the three attendants working were all present. I asked for the manager and the blonde identified herself as the manager. She also insisted she would not exchange the coils. I told her that when I bought them they had been bagged for me and I hadn’t even touched them before purchasing them. The male then sarcastically said “it doesn’t sound like you’ve touched them in awhile”. All three staff members including the “manage” just stood there and stared blankly. No I did not purchase another set of coils. Bad business models equal loss of customers. I have a loyalty account, none of them were interested in helping. Where did the old staff go? The owner needs to get rid of the manger and the male. The third staff member never spoke, but the other two ran off a loyal customer.

I absolutely love this shop. I’ve shopped her for the last few years, and I have ZERO complaints. The staff is amazingly helpful, and super kind! They have a huge delta selection, and they are so knowledgeable about all the products. I recommend this store to all of my friends!

Ive been to a lot of the local vape Shops They all have something in common. The staff are almost waiting for you to come in ,however This one they seem to be bothered when you come in.Its fine. There are plenty of other options.

Love their stuff! BUT! I mentioned to a gentleman who works here (average height, never seen him without his ball cap) that I drove from Alabama to come here. He said next time I was back, let them know for a 10% discount. Came back in today (from Alabama) and no discount. I even got giggled at by the cashier. I hate this place they sell liquid spice (which is already illegal.) marketed as CBD topical I tested some of it and actually came up as fentanyl!!! OMG these people are criminals!! wonda and bill the owners need prison!!! DONT GO HERE, BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! just look at the customers nodding off at the counter while buying the liquid!! DESPICABLE SHADY PEOPLE. None of the staff are ever in a good mood they are rude and most of them use meth! BEWARE.

I recently started coming to Planet X when I dont feel like going to the vape store near my work, and Ive found that Planet X is really great too. Every time I ask a question, I get a thought out, informative and concise answer, and the guys I always see have helped out and recommended me some great products. These guys seem to know their stuff pretty well and offer solid customer service, and to back that up theyre not egregiously marking up product prices. In fact, they have a lot of great deals, alongside a rewards program, which admittedly is par for the course nowadays, but still a neat thing to mention!

The owners Wanda and Bill are always polite and helpful. Its a family owned business and thats how you are treated when you come into their shop. Not only do they have a big selection on their products but the shop is well organized and very clean. They always stay up to date on all new products and they always have the newest and greatest to offer. They are the best around. Go check them out. You will not be disappointed. If you there is something you are wanting and they do not have it in, ask them and they will get it for you.

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN HALL COUNTY! I have been blown away by their service, speed and sensational selection. The prices are the cheapest Ive seen in almost any smoke shop across Georgia and theyve gone above and beyond for me multiple times. ie. These guys mix their own flavors here. I dont like the sweet fruity flavors so they introduced me to one that is more melon. I think he told me it had pears, kiwis......I cant remember what else now. But they will let taste before you buy. (They have sample bottles to try from). I like this place, Ill be going back regularly.

These people (I think the owners) are amazing. I had to run in to grab some emergency kratom to get me buy till my regular order arrived and Im glad I did. Not only were they extensively knowledgeable about kratom but they were above and beyond with kindness. I left with 2 different half oz samples free as well as what I came for for an amazing price. The kratom itself is definitely of superb quality too which is rare from a smoke shop. Ill definitely use them for all my vape needs as well.

Planet X Smoke & Vape is hands down my favorite vape shop in North Georgia. I make the drive from Athens, passing many vape shops along the way. The staff is always exceptionally nice and helpful. They remember faces and engage in conversation. They answer all my questions to the best of their ability, but what I like is if they are unsure of something, they will say so instead of just making something up.I come in at least twice a week, but usually every other day, for a bottle or two of Honey Bee CBD Additive. I have been unable to find this stuff at ANY other vape shop in North Georgia.

Edit: The sell DID NOT involve any minors. The only issue was my husband did not want to scan his ID, which isnt required. Weve never had to scan an ID before. IDs were shown with all legal ages.My husband didnt want his ID scanned so he left. I tried buying some things for myself and they refused to sell even though we are all of age. The two ladies working there seemed to only be refusing out of spite of my husband not wanting to scan HIS ID. My friend, also of legal age tried to buy something for herself and they also refused her. Refused to let us speak with a manager as well.

Do not buy from here. Purchased a Smok Novo 2 three days ago, and the battery failed to take a charge when I plugged it in for the first time. Refused to exchange the battery. Very poor customer service, I will be buying another vape elsewhere and be more careful with whom I do business in the future.***In answer to the owners response, this product was not insanitary, it was a faulty battery that I had purchased as an open display model. If you read his other responses on here, you will find an infantile attitude when it comes to servicing his customers***

Okay I finally got the chance to come to this vape shop and I am so glad I did.They were so nice and helpful to me Ive never been in a place that made me feel welcome like this place did yesterday. Im a very nervous person and other shops have treated me like Im stupid and dont care about my options of the juice this place listened to me treated me with respect.The prices were right in my budget. I cannot explain how excited I was wondering around looking at there selection. I got 3 bottles of house juice and Im very happy with what I got. The store is stocked and good service, but they are making a serious mistake when selling product to minors, while I was buying a vape a 16-year-old (mi friends son) arrived and they sold him without problem and without asking for ID a PURPLE MOON CBD ADDITIVE. I returned with my 20 year old son (he looks older) and I asked him to buy a vape and purple moon juice and without asking again, the purchase was made.I recommend that you be more strict when requesting ID.

Staff didnt seem knowledgeable; I asked for a very specific product and was handed the wrong thing. Glad I looked before I left the parking lot.In response to the rude staff reply: Yes, I did. I asked for a coil specific to the Aspire Spryte and was handed a similar coil, with the wrong resistance. The box was not marked Spryte, like every atomizer pack Ive ever bought (for this device, I own a half-dozen). I googled the product to be sure, and yes, I was given the wrong thing -- not the thing I specifically asked for. So, maybe train your staff. And maybe dont insult former customers with this... Not our fault. Learn you product. I know my products, kiddo. I had a similar experience months ago with the Oakwood location, where I was heavily-assured the EXACT SAME COIL I was given in Gainesville would work on my Spryte. It didnt, wouldnt even fire. When I brought them back, I gave them to the clerk and was told hed order more and give me a pack. That was THREE MONTHS AGO. If youre going to state good customer service, live up to it. I was handed the Aspire BVC 1.6 ohm coil, which looks nearly the same, but is different from the Spryte 1.2 ohm coil. Staff training is obviously in order. Learn your product. Obviously rude as heck, as well. Save yourself the trouble, shop anywhere else.

Okay vape shop, they do not have a wide variety of coils for various vapes and there prices are very very high for vape products... that being said they do have cheap pipes. The house juice is no good burns right through the coil and is also colored.... which in the vape community as we all know is a big no no. nice glass store though..

I drive by 6 or more vape shops to get to this one on my 30+ min drive from home. Im headed there tomorrow from my job in Athens where i will be less than 2 mins from no less than 4 vape shops. I come here because they are the best people and really care about the customers and know what they are talking about but most of all they care about getting you off on the cigs and onto a healthier life. Planet X is MY vape shop of choice just wish they would open a shop closer to me. They even have my juice ready for me when i open the door, lol, no shop knows their customers that well guess i go there too much :)
