I love grab bag. Great prices. Always have what I need. I would recommend grab bag before any other vape shop in Gainesville.

I really enjoy the staff at this Grab Bag location. All of them are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The prices are about average for a B&M storefront and the selection isnt the greatest; the service is what sets this vape shop apart from the others.If you need to get some juice quick and like to be served with a smile and have knowledgeable conversation at the same time, this place has your back.

Wonderful knowledgeable and patient staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have a good vaping experience.When my flavor was discontinued they worked with me to find a replacement that I could vape all day and not get tired of with my picky taste requirements.They answered all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking them.I feel like a welcome regular every time I visit. The staff have made a loyal customer out of me even with recent price increases.

The best and first real vape shop in Gainesville, Ive been shopping there since they opened. They have a great rewards program where u earn points on purchases, they are also the only place in town that I know of that has a go to list that changes every month. They have premium juices from brand names in the industry as well as a house juices the mix up fresh right in front of u. very nice and extremely knowledgeable staff.

Ive had such good experience when I first went here. They were knowledgeable and helpful but customer service has been rapidly declining. I called 3 separate times to insure they had a replacement glass part in stock and visited the store 3 different times to verify they had a part in stock and then I would show up and told they are sold out (called 15 min, in stock, show up 15 min and they are sold out 3 times!!!!) Staff also seems to be getting really incompetent about products and specs, and I got a few answers of just I dont know instead of using google and trying to help a customer. Really disappointed because this place used to be so awesome and my go to shop.

Their customer service is top notch, they are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they are very nice they didnt mind me not knowing a thing as it was my first time in there. They have tons of flavored juices and theyre at good prices with a 50 ml bottle at 23 dollars. I got pink star and it tastes like pink starbursts as the description said. Its delicious, and Ill definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone who vapes in the Gainesville area.

I dont write reviews for hardly anybody, even when I hate it and i can be a complainer. But i felt compelled to write one for these guys, because no one has deserved a true and honest review more than them. To get to the point these guys are f**king fantastic, excuse my french. Their customers service skills went above and beyond, they answered all my questions happily might i add unlike some of the other stores Ive been to. They assisted in me in replacing my cracked glass tank. They also had my favorite vape in Stock, the smok stick v8 at more than a responsible price so I had to scope it. After chatting and explaining all the different tricks to this here relatively new vaper they hooked me up with some banging hazelnut flavored juice. John the manager was so helpful and his coworker was awesome and helpful as well. If you vape go to them. I used to order all my stuff online cause it was cheaper, but now that I know they sell things for reasonable prices the convience of driving down the road is a huge reward and payoff in my book and ill get to see my new friends! Thanks guys!

The tanks Ive bought there have all broken on me so fast. Im definitely going to new leaf next time . Way nicer staff who wants to nothing but to help u and make sure u get whats right for you while a few of staff at grab bag on Archer Rd literally make u feel like your bothering them. One person who works there brennon or something of that nature was definitely the rudest and does not need to work any where that deals with customer service.

This is the best vape shop i have ever been to. The atmosphere is really chill and i always have a positive experience every time i go there. They have very good prices and a nice selection. They offer high quality without draining your wallet. Their vape juices are amazing. This is the only store i will go to. Theyre incredibly helpful, rad and friendly people.

I have visited there store many times and the staff is very helpful. All the vape liquids are made to order with a ton of flavors. The nicotine level is also custom. You can choose whatever level for whatever flavor you like. Some stores only off prepackaged stuff that cannot be changed. They also offer a wide variety of vaping products. They carry the smok brand as well as others. Highly recommended by me. My wife likes it as well. She feels comfortable there. No pressure or snooty staff.

I had bought an evic mini tron s box mod and my atomizer wasnt set in right . Came back to the location and Phillip quickly told me the problem and fixed it for me ! I love this vape shop they are always quick and knowledgeable. And a relaxed clean environment ! Best vape shop Ive been too !

This is solely based on the Archer road location. Nice place, a big variety of great flavors, good prices on the juices, but very few choices of vapor devices and atomizers unfortunately. I only saw 5 devices and they are all similar.

This place is hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Very knowledgable staff and a great chill atmosphere. There are a sh¡ton (maybe over a hundred) of different flavor a to choose from and try. Check this place out! You wont regret it :)

All employees are amazing and give great service evey time. Ask them anything and they will answer in detail. If your not sure what equipment to get or type of juice to get they go above and beyond to help you... Love this place and everyone who works there. Great people and a great atmosphere!!!

The guys at the grab are knowledgeable and always make sure I get a flavor I love. the prices are good and earning points is always a plus just got 100mls for $10 cause I saved my points ;)

Went in last night hoping to get my vape fixed, that didnt happen here! They just assumed it was for someone underage, (yes, I am 18 and valid I.D.), and wouldnt even touch it. I definitely wont be going here again.
