Tobacco Palace & Vape Shop & premium cigar shop in gainsville

While their humidor is not the largest Ive ever visited, it IS well organized, clean, and they have an extensive selection. Their prices are very competitive. Omar (*I think, Im terrible with names) was very friendly and helped recommend several new cigars based on my previous selections. I will definitely return soon!

I went here with my girlfriend twice now. The humidor on the first visit smelled like mold. The staff is unknowing of their own cigar inventory. I was in store for less that 2 minutes and the Manager just stood next to me and watched me shop. I was not asked about needing help. He just took it upon himself to stand there and watch. I will not be going back or recommending to others. Take warning.

Absolutely amazing, Im new to vaping, but these guys are TRULY THE BEST : they value and reward their customers, dont act like youre an inconvenience when asking questions, but actually are extremely helpful and fun too, and heres a kicker - they charge a whopping $10 LESS on their items than other places (example : $16 for the vape juice Charlies Chalk Dust in Fuji Apple, which is seriously the BEST flavor EVER, compared to $25 at Xhale City. Im new to vaping, but it was their help and guidance that actually helped me quit cigarettes, so in fairness, theyve helped save my life in that regard. Im officially never going anywhere else. These guys always help and always give me discounts and its never stressful. Thank you!!! Heres what Charlies Chalk Dust in Fuji Apple looks like cause youre gonna wanna get YOU SOME 🤜🤛

I’ve been coming to this place since I moved here 5 years ago and they still impress me. I came in to look at a water pipe piece. Not did only AP (Ahman…sorry if I misspelled it) walk me through the functionality of everything but he also focused on the design esthetic for me when he fit the piece with a new bowl.He also was kind enough to fit my vape pen for a new tip, and gave me a smaller metal one in hopes that I don’t lose it (as much). Seriously, just great and impeccable customer service!They have a great selection of really anything you need in the smoking world: pipes, pens, grinders, delta, vapes, vape juice, cigars, and SO much more. I cannot recommend this place enough to any and all styles of smokers!Thank you AP

Have shopped with them for over 12 years. First time I ever bought a can of tobacco that The seal was broken and tobacco was stale. Return the product. They refuse to take it back. Said he would lose money. Theyre going to lose more. I dont go there anymore.

Friendly staff, massive humidor, lighters of all kinds, pipe tobacco, cigarettes, vape. They have it all and will answer any questions you have. Excellent customer service, well organized shop, very clean establishment. Ive shopped here for many years and they are always consistent.

After reading the other reviews you wont believe this one. But....I usually order online from Famous Cigars and get great deals, prices and fresh cigars. My normal orders include Macanudo, Ashton, CAO. Tabac, Arturo Furneto, Astral etc. I waited too late to order, so I wanted to shop locally and see what is available for Thanksgiving guests. First visit, they were busy so I returned a couple of days later to purchase a number of cigars for guests with different preferences. I entered the store and saw the manager texting or something, so I went to the humidor but found I had too many requests and wasnt familiar with his set up. I asked for help as someone entered the store and was told to wait. I waited. Went back and asked for help as another customer entered. I waited although I was in the shop first. I asked a third time and he assisted me. He was irritated when I asked for suggestions for different requests. I bought mediocre cigars and he made mistakes in ringing up the order. He adusted the prices as I brought it to his attention. I feel he was not interested in a customer in mid 70s regardless of number of cigars they purchase. Cutomer service is horible . Will never go back to this store. Hope you have better luck.

This place has a very large selection. Today happened to be their anniversary, so they offered me 25% off of everything I purchased. They were very friendly and helpful. And most importantly, their prices were waaaaayyyy lower than anyone elses. The liquid that I usually purchase in Oakwood is $20. At this store... $13.99 for the same exact bottle!!

This place is under new management. They are rude and pushy so I stopped going there. They have a great selection, but I wont spend my money there anymore after the treatment my wife and I recieved on two separate occasions. I was a Loyal customer for years. You can see my previous reviews below... but I had to update this review to warn others. Go to Xhale City instead... they have just as good selection if not better, and the prices are better. Absolute STELLAR service! Ankit was extremely knowledgeable about the products and even went above and beyond to get the details on my favorite juice that I’ve been ordering from across the country so that I can have it in store with them! I saw customers of every walk in the store. It’s more than clear that no matter your vice, tobacco, premium cigars, hookah, vape or pipes this place has got the goods for everyone! Can’t say enough good things about this shop! It’s a 10 for me!

My first time there was so good! But I went there again today and the customer service was so bad!! It was like the dude couldnt be bothered with me. I asked what vape flavors they had (I couldnt see the labels due to bad eye sight) he responds with all I asked if he could be more specific and he asks what kind of vape juice do you usually smoke? I said usually fruity he then says we have all fruit flavors wouldnt read the labels to me.... I ended up leaving empty handed and most likely wont be back... Its unfortunate, i know alot of people that vape and I couldve gotten some good business for them.... Too bad 1 employee had to ruin my experience and business for the company 😡

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a Smok vape kit from this store and it started leaking within the first 20 minutes I used it. I brought it back 4 times and they said the fixed it each time. Every time it leaked. The 5th time I came back they told me there is no refund or replacement to pound sand basically. I called Smok and they dont warranty the tanks. Basically I wasted $60 in this store. Also, while helping me I know they were talking about me in their own language and laughing which was also rude as well. Absolutely wouldnt go back even if they gave me a new vape kit. Poor quality products.
