I have been coming to underground off and on over the years. When my original shop closed, I made the full transition over to Underground. Service has always been pleasant, always have my juice and coils in stock as well as reasonably priced products. This shop is definitely superior to others in town. I also might be biased but Trey is my #1 guy! Just kidding, the rest of the team is pretty great to!

Thou they do not say on the window, this store DOES carry CBD and Delta 8! The pricing is equal to the lowest prices I have seen in Gainesville. And I have done a store by store check!The people are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They know the products they sell. And the store is open and friendly in design too! All around a 5 star place and interaction. I would highly recommend Underground Vapes, as the best store in Gainesville!

I had been a loyal customer to Mistys for years, them having closed I felt a little empty. That was short lived, because I found underground. They have great pricing, great selection, and most of all a knowledgeable and helpful staff. I will be doing all my vape shopping here now and recommend them to anyone looking for a vape shop.

This actually my 2nd review of this facility. I am doing a 2nd one because I feel like great customer service needs to be recognized these days. this girl that works in the mornings is the absolute best. I walked in today not even knowing what I was looking for and she STILL knew exactly what was best for me. Explained everything to me and recommended a device. It is absolutely perfect and I am extremely happy! Saved me lots of money, time, and aggravation. I will happily give them all of my business for as long as she is an employee. She is fabulous.

Dude this place is the best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge selection of premium and house juices. Their house juice could be sold as premium honestly because it really is better than any premium juice that Ive ever tried. 25 out of 10 definitely reccomend!

Every time I have been to underground the experiences have been more than expected. Great customer service, very nice people. The only issue Ive had is not having what I went in looking for...but I did come out a happy camper.You guys went out of your way to make me happy...so here is that 5th star... thank you and as long as I am here I will do business with no one else

My husband & I were traveling from Nevada back to Florida. We are in a semi and most places were impossible for us to get to. Not only did this shop respond immediately to my Facebook message, but gave us directions and guided us where to park with our load. They were the only shop I found in 3 states to have the coils I needed for my tanks. They also had an amazing juice selection. I was able to purchase everything we needed & left with two new juices! Prices were excellent and they were very knowledgeable. I will be a continued customer through their online ordering and if we pass through that town again.

I’ve only been to this vape shop a handful of times but it is the best one I’ve been to thus far. The prices are absolutely great compared to most and the smurf girl is the best employee. Always so sweet and talks me into good juices!

I walked in this store intending to spend $50, I walked out having spent $150. Talk about a fantastic staff and reasonable prices. They never tried to sell me anything I didnt want. They just gave me all the options, with accurate pros and cons, and let me choose what I want.

We have been buying all of our vapor solution needs since Underground opened in Gainesville. John the owner is very knowledgeable on the products he sells. We know exactly what we are getting when we purchase it. The house solutions are mixed consistently and taste and smell great.

Hands down best vape store in the area. If they dont have a juice that youd like, then theres simply something wrong with you. The owner is a really nice guy, and so are the staff. Ive been going here ever since they opened and have watched it continuously grow, even while the market becomes more flooded. They have something for everyone here.

The guy working was very friendly and its a nice shop; however, I came in knowing very minimal about vaping outside of my normal Juul. However, the Juul never hits consistently and has given me nothing but issues. So, I wanted something higher quality that was refillable. I figured going in person would be ideal, even if it did cost a bit more, it would be worth it for the advice and suggestions. I told the guy working that I wanted something that hit with a kick (throat hit) and was discrete in both size and cloud production, similar to the Juul. I was suggested to purchase the Smok Nord over the Novo 2 and I now realize this is probably the exact opposite of what I asked for. On top of this, I went online and realized I was sold the old Nord 1 ($30) version for the same price the new version is going for online. This Nord has absolutely no kick and is entirely unsatisfying. I used to smoke tobacco and went to the Juul as a similarly satisfying hit and buzz, yet with fewer side effects. That being said, this Nord vape was a complete waste of money. After messing with it most the day and trying different coils, Im literally sitting here trying to just get my Juul to work again. Frustrating, I probably would have been much better off simply purchasing online.Update**After the issue, John contacted me personally and took care of the issue entirely. I will forever stand by this shops dedication to their customers. Now I see why everyone in the extended Gainesville area only goes to this one place. Customer service like this goes a long way.

I was in there about a week ago the guy who waited on me was rude i was asking questions he acted like he had no time to answer me there wasnt anyone else in the shop i will never go back there i only went in for 1 flavor i will find a different one Mistys vape shop is the only place i will be going for now on there very friendly there and they answer all my question

I was heading towards the casino and I had a burnt coil. Not only did they have the coil, they set me up with a new juice I have never had before.The fella working ran me through everything they had to find the right bottle for me . Very helpful.The amount of vapes and liquid this place has will bring me back for more on my next trip.

Me and my sister went in and bought like a little more that $200 worth of stuff all together. there was no one else open after 5 so we decided to try underground vapes. And the man in there was just so rude and didnt smile at all and being sarcastic asf. Being the first time going in there not knowing what all kinds of juices and mods they had it took like 20 so minutes to pick out a mod for my sister and like 5 bottles of juices he looked mad asf but just wasnt a good experience at all. Id rather wait until Mistys is open the next day rather than go back... To be honest first time experiences does a lot, I hope the attitude changes..! And kind of over priced.. Other than that I like the juice and the set up!

The staff is so friendly! The newer female employee thats been working on the weekends was incredibly nice even though she wasnt able to spend the whole holiday with her kids. Shes so helpful and very knoweledgable about the products, which, I think are fairly resonable for the most part. The only thing that leaves something to be desired is their more upscale juices, but thats just me. Itd be cool to see like a flavor of the month, maybe an email that describes it. Also, I have to wonder, with all that space, why dont they do something? Different kinds of products? Consignment? Clothing/ Accessories/ Glasses? Hookah bar in the back? Novelty adult type items (siniliar to Spencers and those little stores that sell things for tobacco use only?) So many possibilities!, but still pretty good overall! I will def keep coming back!

I absolutly LOVE this vape shop!!! I went there needing alot of stuff after going to the really bad other place in town called vaporcents! i am so happy with the customer service, my e-juice, and my new tank! They are completly legit and up to date on all there products! There juice is high end qaulity, and they dont put and crap like everclear in there products like the vaporcents shop does! My lungs are back to normal, and im not coughing anymore! They have the 120ml sizes that i love! I just cant say enough about this wonderful place!!! This is my new place for sure!!! THANK YALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

Carries the most delicious and most relaxation-inducing peach ring gummies I have ever found. Both my wife and I are terrible insomniacs and we got our first nights of solid sleep in months. Definitely only buying CBD gummies at Underground Vapes in the future.

Wayyyyy better than cape cents they price to high. I bought a aspire tank from underground then went with friend to vapor cents and the price for the track went up $4
