Best shop around! I visited multiple shops in town, trying to find one near me. There’s like 5 closer options, but have started going here just because they’re a great place. Always greeted. And it’s nice to be able to check online before going to the store.

Store is amazing! I went in on vacation and needed something urgently, Jimmy was so much help and was able to get it for me right away. Definitely awesome customer service. Very clean in every product available.

It kills me how God is not in this world. I am Getting amputation surgery at shands in Gainesville, called for a TF 18 glass for I broke mine. They have it ors 10 dollars , so I asked if someone could drive 1.5 miles to deliver it to me?, I told them I would tipp the person, good,very good, very very very good ...but the answer was no ....how DO U TURN DOWN A DOUBLE AMPUTEE GETTING MORE AMPUTATIONS....THATS 1.5 MIELS AWAY ...lol lol ...well

I love this shop! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have amazing products and will tell you everything you need to know to make the best decision for you. They listen to what you like and have a huge variety of flavor profiles to sample. You can even earn swag and discounts! Daniel adjusted my mod settings and now I get a much smoother hit and my coils last longer. Support local business!

Ive stopped in a few times over the past year and every time has been a great experience until tonight. The older gentleman that was there tonight was very obviously not knowledgeable of the products that the store carries. The gentleman tried to tell me a yocan vaporizer is the same thing as an electric nectar collector. It all heats up so its all the same to me isnt something I want to hear from someone that should absolutely know the difference between each device/style of glass piece. I wont be coming back again. The guy at badfish and I had a good chuckle over the situation.

The people here were very knowledgeable about their products. All of my questions and concerns were answered without hesitation. The prices were reasonable as well, Vape dimensions will definitely be my go to vape shop.

Very legit shop, I love the people that work here, overall I have an amazing experience and they sell good stuff, have good prices.

I walked in looking for coils and walked out with a new tank that fits my mod and is a complete upgrade from my old tank and coil. And I only spent maybe $3 more! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about everything in their store and even stuff they dont carry. They will work with you to get you the best bang for your buck. They didnt try to shove the most expensive product on me at any point during any of my visits. Definitely recommend this place to new vapers like me or experienced.

The best service, so friendly and helpful! They changed my coil, cleaned up my tank and were so very knowledgeable!! I see why they are rated five out of five on Google!! I had to add my five stars too!! They are fantastic!! Just wish I lived closer so I could be a frequent flyer, lol!

Most other places either tell me they dont carry those and ignore me after, or theyll try to sell me something out of my price range. Not so here!Taylor took all the time needed to help me pick out a new vape device, and an e-juice in my flavor profile. While he primed the coil, Kenny showed me around some other products on display.They have a great selection, are super knowledgeable and friendly, and they even have a return policy! Taylor and Kenny gave me so many first-time customer discounts that I almost felt bad after my purchases.Im so glad I stopped by. I will definitely go there first from now on for my vape needs!

Pretty good selection of juices and they let you taste them before you buy. Plus I love the 7 day happiness guarantee. Where else will let you bring your vape back within a week for any reason even if you just change your mind.

This place is phenomenal. Ever since coming across it Ive stopped going to grab bag. For a list of reason. First is the best most competitive prices in town. Second they always seem to throw in a atomizer... and they gave me this cool hat. Plus they have premium juices I normally only can find online in their store and they are cheaper here than online which never happens. Like my new faviorte juice we the people coil butter . I was just going to get by with a new tank, and a very old mod. Came into the store, and started looking at some really pretty mod kits, but they were not in my price range. The assistant recommend a double battery pod kit with a 7.5mL pod, good for 70 to 80w (my preferred setting). He also showed me several other kits in a variety of price ranges. Ultimately I went with the first recommended pod kit (also the owners favorite), and I could not be happier. The combo of flavor and cloud production beats all the typical sub ohm kits Ive used (probably close to 10 now, over the past 6-7 years). He also mixed up a 6mg juice for me when they were out of the premade 6mg (added nicotine to a 0mg). The service is outstanding... Bonus: 7 day happiness guarantee - if Im not happy with it, bring it back in 7 days and I get store credit for the full price.

Was very pleased to find this place as I’m only here for a short time from out of town.I can’t say enough good things about Dan. My only gripe is that there’s not much hardware for MTL vapers - I picked up a nice device to get me through my visit, but I anticipate putting it on the shelf when I get home - still a wide open draw despite the airflow control being completely closed.The juice selection on the other hand is fantastic - it shows they put a lot of thought into curating a nice selection.

My vape broke while I in Gainesville for work. This was the first place I found with a knowledgeable staff who were very friendly and quite welcoming. Knowing I wasnt a local, they could have taken advantage of my situation and only try to sell me a new tank. They solved my problem and without having to cost my soul, lol. Definitely recommend you give them a visit.

I came in yesterday and being my third stop of the day i was starting to think all hope was lost finding a christmas present. But then I met dan, jason, taylor, and kirt :) these dudes are killing it!!!! One of the most accommodating stores and beaming hospitality (along with the only store that has a warranty on products at a great price). Dan made sure to get me set up and explained everything with amazing detail. Hope to see these guys continue to prosper because I will be back for sure.

First time visiting the gainesville location and I was not disappointed. Jessica and Bob were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had switched to juul a year ago but did not enjoy it. They put together a new rig for me and even gave a discount for turning in my juul! 100/10 will visit again

So the mod that I have has a difficult coil to find. This place has it, the freemax mesh coil. They were super helpful. Didnt mind at all that I did not know too much about mods for Vape products. They helped me throughout the entire process. And everything was fairly cheap. Well be coming back. Highly recommended place. Also they have a front and rear entrance. Plenty of parking in the back

I was in town visiting just for the day and realized my coil in my vape was completely done so i looked up vape shops to see if i could find one. After visiting 3 different vape stores and no one having what i was looking for, i was told to go to vape dimensions. When i got there Jake was super friendly and not only helped me find what i needed he also upgraded my vape with a very good discount. For the exact same price i normally buy coils he hooked me up with a better tank and coils.. If i ever come back this will be where i come to!!! Thanks for being AWESOME!!
