Wild Side Smoke Shop

Horrible. This place is fully aware that the products they sell will be inhaled by the consumer/customer, yet they deliberately sold an old, damaged product with complete disregard for potential health harm for a $20 profit. As shown in the photos, same brand, same flavor, same mgs, huge product difference. They should be knowledgeable and aware that something was wrong with the product, get it off the shelf, and contact the manufacturer. God knows what else they are selling to people. I wouldnt have bought it as I am very familiar with the product and realized something was wrong the minute I looked at the bottle, but the person who picked it up for me at the store didnt know better. This should be illegal.

Although I never have been inside this store, I called looking for a rare volcano vaporizer piece because I left mine behind in Orlando (I was a little desperate).The employee was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! He was very kind and patient with me on the phone and insured that they had the piece I was looking for and had it in stock and was even helpful to ensure its compatibility. Really wonderful customer service over the phone!

Amazing shop the hours alone are killer 8 an till some nights 2 am good selection of everything deals. Giveaways. Great stuff of helpful friendly staff.

When me and my wife moved to Gainesville this is the first smoke shop we visited. It has a great selection of glass, nicotine products, kratom, they even carry test kits. This place is easily the only place Ill go to purchase my smoking accessories needs.

This is a fantastic shop with a wide variety and selection of assorted goods. However, what really is special about this shop are the workers. They are all so pleasant and lovely, and Rayne specifically went above and beyond with her kindness that I even wrote a thank you card, and dropped it off! You will not regret stopping by!

This store is amazing! Friendly staff, always stocked up and quick service. Kenny did an amazing job explaining a great vape for me to choose and made sure I was happy!

First time in the shop and Riley was there to help me. She was more than happy to explain the different disposable vapes and other products that I inquired about.The price points between Wild Side and other vape shops in the local area is between 3-5 dollars depending on what it is your looking for. You do the math. Also, they have a 48hr return policy if your device is defective. Thanks for being so helpful Riley ☺ a repeat customer is what you have gained.

Place sucked staff was rude. And everything is extremely overpriced. AVOID there are plenty of smoke shop options in gainsville other than here

Beautiful and clean shop. The girl helping me was super nice, helpful and educational. She helped me pick the perfect piece. The shop owner was there and hes a super nice guy! Couldnt recommend this shop more!Their Archer Rd location is great as well!

Always friendly and helpful staff, good selection of products. Very mellow vibe from entering. A great experience. Only complaint is good customer service takes time, so you may have to be patient. Its worth it.

This location is the best smoke shop Ive visited in a while. Its not that they have a lot of choices from Vape gear and supplies, to CBD and Kratom. Or even the butt load of glass and accessories. The workers here pride on good service, and they will try the best to help you with exactly what you want and or need!!!

Cool people, cool vibe. Very nice setup and has wide selection. I tried returning a defective vape pen, but they directed me to the manufacturer instead. Still, worth checking it out.

I bought some CBD flower from this shop and it was dry, crunchy, stale, and had MOLD!!! The manager here told me all they can do is give me a 10% discount and some raffle tickets. Honestly I feel disrespected and I will not bring my business here again. Here are some pictures of the CBD.
