I’ve become a regular and the lady associate with the really cool makeup and red/ black hair deserves a raise. she’s super friendly and recommends good products. i would give this place 10 stars if i could. prices are student friendly as well

Been there twice now. I come from out of town so at least by my personal standards they have the best prices Ive seen on my favorite products! And the service and friendliness of staff is second to none! Ill always come in when Im nearby.

I come in here an spent over 50$ on vapes every month. Yesterday I went in an got three. Spent over 60$ an was never given a receipt an the one I opened is leaking juice an they wont swap it out.. Even with my transaction on my bank site they wont swap it out. I will NEVER spend money there again

One of the best stores Ive been in my life, Im unsure of names but all the employees who were here at 10-11 pm on June 1st, 2024, were phenomenal, super knowledgeable and helpful and making sure I was happy with my choice, and then they were also hilarious and had tremendously good energy, which is important considering how late it was. Would definitely recommend as long as they keep hiring people like the ones here now.

They carry a very large and wide variety of all your SMOKING accessories at comparable and reasonable prices for the entire region.For all of the Other consumers out there:Yes.....they do carry Kratom and Delta.Very very very very friendly staff.Very very pretty ones too.

I literally love every one of the employees here. I’ve been coming here for awhile now. Never had a bad experience, they have awesome deals on d8 and glass pieces :) i love the “Hell Ya!” D8 disposables, especially the mango or the strawberry! Their d8 Oreos and pop rocks are also gas 🔥 . They have a lot of variety in their d8 infused snacks as well. Great affordable d8 dabs too! Super helpful and friendly staff, I will be a lifelong customer because this shop is awesome. Andrea and Bri are always super awesome, everybody else is too.

EDIT FROM 5 STARS: I have been coming to this location for the last three years now. I understand policy changes but in my opinion, as a consumer and a business owner myself, I find it kind of odd that with policy change at this location best practice is to treat regulars, naturally, like as if they’re trying to steal. I have been coming in and seeing the same employees and they know me by name and face on most days. It seems like one person, ruined it for the rest of us, and that kind of puts a bad taste in my mouth. I want to use my wife’s card who I’m legally married to and have a joint bank account with, should be able to do so without retaliation or anything short of excellent customer service.Unfortunately, since this location is the only location that has the products that I like to use at the price that I like I’m forced to continue going here. BUT JUST KNOW, I am in the market for a new store I can trust.

Literally just walked an hour in this 100 degree weather to get a vaporesso pod. After purchasing it, and finally getting home I fill the pod and wait 15 minutes, by the time I go back to the pod. It is empty. Obviously not supposed to happen. And y’all don’t offer refunds. Maybe make sure your items work.

I dont know why anybody goes to the store its all overpriced cheap glass. Youd be way better off going to high tides or modern age. Also if you know anything about blowing glass ask one of the employees there some questions none of them know what the hell theyre talking about. Its almost comical.

Called to see if they have better prices on a disposable I was looking for, and they said they cant discuss pricing over the phone??? Definitely wont be giving you guys my business.

Stop by to ask some questions about vaporizers and they ran though their personal ones and maybe a great recommendation.

One of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. All the staff is very helpful and they really know their products. Big ups on the 710 event. Really appreciate the $100 gift card from the raffle. If in Gainesville it’s a definite place you need to stop at.

Brought a vape from the shop. Went to work the next day and the vape went out. I tried charging it and vape wouldnt charge,remind you I just brought the vape the day before and as much as I spend with the shop never had this issue before. And I knew I didnt exceed 5000 puffs. Went to bring the vape back the next day and was told it was over 48 hours. I basically felt robbed because I just brought it had it less than 24 hours and it went out. Guess Ill shop elsewhere from here on out

Ken is such a sweetheart. He always goes out of his way to make my experience feel loved and special. Every employee here knows what they are talking about and I respect the hell out of that as a former smoke shop employee. Keep it up. Love you ken. Hope I win this raffle. Also they do awesome raffles which u but some stuff in the store and they give u tickets and on a certain day they raffle them and you get money and win store credit. My friend already won 700$ from this. Crazy.

Lots of vape selections and decent prices and give you 3 days incase it dosent work.

Wild side smoke shop is the smoke shop to go to they have everything you would need from glass pieces to disposable vapes to mushrooms in case you want some psychedelics or just all around top grade delta a Delta nine gummy’s and pre-rolls.For sure worth the spot to stop at.

Hands down, the best smoke shop Ive come across in Gainesville. Their prices are unbeatable. I live in Lake City, and have checked Live Oak prices too. This shop ALWAYS has substantially lower prices. Their customer service is unmatched, and they have a 48 hour return on any vape devices. Ive never seen that at another shop. I highly recommend this place!

They wont do price checks over the phone. Store Policy. No, they want you to come in and ask to increase the chances of you making a purchase, since youre already there in person. Predatory marketing gimmicks for sure, and low quality merchandise.

If you are looking for a trusty vape shop you need to check this place out! The staff is so friendly and will answer all your questions. They go above and beyond. Convenient location for me with great staff. They were friendly, explained a lot, and helped me pick whats right for me. As my first time, I spent a good bit of time there looking at everything. Theres a good selection to look at and find new things. The deals were amazing, and I would definitely recommend going there just to see what you might find.

Christine, Alyssa, Reese, and John are great! They always help when I’m looking for a specific item. They always have glass and vapes stocked. If they’re out of something they make sure to get it in the next shipment. By far my favorite vape shop! Highly recommend!

I have been a repeat customer here many times over the past couple of years. Ive purchased several PAX3s, and dozens & dozens of e-cigarettes. Recently I purchased a Smok Novo kit, and decided to take it back because I wasnt sure it was what I needed. I brought it back 5 days later-- unused, in the original SEALED box, with the receipt, and was told theres a 48 hr time limit on returns. No one told me this upon purchase; I was told Its printed on the receipt. I think its outrageous to refuse to take back a brand new product that they currently sell, within the same week of purchase, for an exchange, not even a refund. Thanks for nothing, Wild Side... Ill be shopping online going forward.Update: I contacted customer support via email as requested here, and received NO response. I politely explained I had spent at least $1500 there over the past two years, and was open to a resolution. No reply after 3 days (a full 24 hrs longer than their return policy), and apparently zero interest in retaining me as a customer. Wild Side, you did nothing but reinforce my decision to shop online, where prices are more competitive, selection is better, and customer support still exists.

I have always gone to Wildside for all of my vape needs and previously gave them an excellent review. Unfortunately after my experience today, I’m changing my review and rating.I went to Wildside bc the Geekvape I had bought only a couple months before stopped charging. They didn’t have the same one and instead I had to get a much bigger one that I really didn’t want. I asked how much the device was and the girl said it was $100 and I would get a discount on juice. So I bought it…Without ever leaving the parking lot, I went back in the store and asked her about the “batteries” the instructions called for. Come to find out, they didn’t have them. I was upset having just spent over $100 on a device I really didn’t want and now couldn’t use. They said they could not give me a refund, only an exchange! Exchange for what? $100 worth of disposables?! Really???They ended up calling another store and sent me across town where I found out the “batteries” were another $23!I feel completely taken advantage of. The fact that they would not give me a refund is absolutely ridiculous! The device had not even been put into working order, and it was given to me out of the box already!So buyer beware: Wildside employees do not know what they’re doing and when they mess up, the store will not make it right. Offering me $100 worth of disposables is NOT making it right. Not even close.They have 100% lost my business, and I urge others to take caution when dealing with this store on higher priced items. For anything more than a disposable, you should go ANYWHERE else.

Went in there today for assistance with my Aegis Solo Kit ( that I have bought at this exact Wild Side location ), and asked for a coil. I proceeded to buy the coil that one of the ladies recommended. Went to the car to change the coil out to find out she gave me the wrong coil. She put her gloves on, to assess it and agreed it was the wrong coil. All she had to offer in return was “oops sorry I thought that was the right one.” I would’ve liked a refund for something I bought not even 5 minutes after purchasing. And they need to hire people with better knowledge of products…

Olivia was in the shop when I walked in. She was super nice and attentive, answered all my questions, and despite my lack of knowledge on glass pieces she was very courteous and polite. Shop has a wide range of products to choose from and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend for customers of all experiences

At the recommendation of an employ I bought a disposable vape. He was showing me how it works and it didnt! l waited for owner to show up to get a refund and he was nothing more than rude. l left the store without a vape and without a refund. That owner is a real money maker and has cheap products that dont work. Would not recommend.

Awesome pretty cool clean shop not too big not too small but in the perfect spot my server Malia was knowledgeable awesome and savvy, sorry if I misspelled the name.

I wish they had more vaping gear but they have got some very good juice lines and if you are there for glass or any thing on the motor medicinal side they seem well stocked.
