The spa is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly. Andrew gave me a great massage. I also floated for 60 minutes which was amazing (first time floater). I will definitely be back again.Andrew listened to my needs that I was looking for during the massage. It was very relaxing and therapeutic.The float was explained in detail so I understood what I needed to do. It was very relaxing.I was so relaxed when I left that I still felt like I was floating. Thanks to my husband and son for this wonderful Mothers Day gift.

Thanks to Adriana and Mystic Flow I experienced one of the most powerful breakthroughs of my life. If you had asked my a few years ago if I’d ever have a Ro Hun reading or any type of spiritual cleansing done I’d have laughed in your face. But as a man who has finally committed to making serious changes to improve my life I took the advice of my best friend and booked the session. I’ve already done a lot of hard work through therapy to heal my Internal Family Systems parts as I have a high ACE score but, had not been able to ever connect with any of the parts I’ve identified. Through the skillful, kind and loving guidance of Adriana I connected with parts of me that so desperately needed to find healing. After a rigorously honest Q&A session I drew my cards and what Adriana gathered was like she had known me my entire life! While experiencing just about every emotion possible, from crying to smiling from pure joy I was supported entirely. I left feeling levels of healing I have been doubting would ever be possible for me. Ten out of ten stars doesn’t begin to adequately describe how happy I am with this session at Mystic Flow! I will most definitely return for more spiritual guidance and will enthusiastically encourage others I care about to do the same.

Sasha is an amazing healer and really works with your blockages and what you need in your journey thus far. Highly would recommend. The sage , crystals and necklace shop is fantastic as well. The float experience and float tanks are awesome. Grateful to have found this place.

Today I had my first experience at the Mystic flow wellness Center… I met Adriana the owner, and Rose the hypnotherapist. I was extremely pleased with the center and the service here received . The ambience was incredible: very relaxing and soothing with a fresh tranquil scent wafting through out the site. I am scheduled to go back to try the flotation tank as I was so impressed with my visit today. As someone who is in healthcare myself, I am a big critic but I definitely rate this place five stars … I’m sure you will agree , after you see the pictures I am adding to the profile – the site was extremely impressive and I could see myself going back on a regular basis!

It was my first time at Mystic, and Maribel made a lasting impression. It was an extremely well done massage session. She was also very kind, friendly and listened to my needs. It was a really nice environment too. I am very satisfied with the service and environment.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Sasha at the reception desk when I checked in for my float appointments. She was such a sweet person, also knowledgeable and efficient.Thank you so much, Sasha!As always, I had a wonderful, relaxing float here. Nicole was kind, sweet and knowledgeable and she made my sons first time here a positive one. Thank you, Nicole! We had such a nice time.The one and only thing that I would change about it is the fact there is no food on site. Id love to schedule a full day of relaxation but thats not possible with not even snacks available. (The only food available in that plaza is Pizza Hut...ugh)

We have been visiting Mystic Flow Wellness Center for a few years now, and its always a great experience, we walk in tired and walk out rejuvenated and so relaxed!

I went there for the infrared sauna followed by a deep tissue massage by Maribel. Kind and friendly staff. Clean and calming environment. Overall great first experience!

Ive been going here for over 3 years. The place is amazing. Always treated like royalty. Every staff member is courteous, kind, and amazing to deal with. Highly recommend everyone trying the float pod experience in addition to massage. Floating in darkness and soundless pod is a huge destresser- nothing like it. They do offer you ambience lighting and sound, however I love total darkness and no sound-it is like floating in space and it clears your mind of everything.

Stella did an outstanding job at the 90 min Swedish massage. She communicated every step of the way, the massage itself was extremely relaxing, the business was clean and welcoming, and I cant wait to book my next session.

This place is pure magic! My friends and I celebrated a birthday there and had such a great time relaxing in the salt room and then got a foot detox. What an incredible experience! All of our detoxes looked very different from one another, and the girl working there (Sasha, I believe) was soooo sweet and made us feel very special and taken care of. Delicious tea was provided along with soothing music. It was such a fun and cool way to spend time with friends while getting some much-needed self-care time, too. I cant wait to return for their float tank, massages, sauna, and more!

ANDREW IS AMAZING!! I went here for a massage for my birthday last weekend. I have had many massages in the past at all different places but the therapists were no where as good and as knowledgable as Andrew. I walked in with terrible back pain and didnt really think that it would get much better but here I am a few days later with no-minimal back pain. I will definitely be back!

I have never been disappointed when I have visited Mystic Flow Wellness Center. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in the door. The massages with Rechelle have been heavenly and I would 100% recommend! I enjoy the floats and I am amazed at how fast the time goes! My new obsession is Halotherapy! I had low expectations but wow, was I blown away by the results. I felt so energized and although I dont have breathing issues, I felt like my lungs were so clear! I can imagine this would be extremely beneficial for those that suffer with breathing conditions! I also love the how serene the room feels when entering. I enjoy my visits with Terri on my way in and out as well! All around, a 10/10 experience everytime I go!

I had an healing massage with Marcus that was an incredible experience. Everything about Mystic Flow is wonderful including the relaxing environment to the special people working there. I felt safe, calm, and ready to heal.

You know how you get that feeling when you’re supposed to be somewhere or supposed to meet that person? That’s how I felt today with my first visit to Mystic Flow. I’ve never been able to shut my mind off and my first float was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt & was able to ‘turn it off.’ Following the float with the foot detox was pure magic. I felt calm, relaxed, & in zen.Sasha is a RAY OF SUNSHINE & I believe I was meant to cross paths with her & her energy. I can’t wait to go to her sessions & get in tune with my inner self. Adriana was an amazing coordinator as both my daughter and I did the spa together for parts of it. Both massage therapists were fantastic!The entire experience was a positive one.I will recommend many people to this spa, and will be back in the future.

What a special find! Weve been wanting to try this place for the last couple weeks and finally booked a session (couples sauna plus 2 60-minute floats). We also added the ionic foot soak to round out the visit. Adriana was such a wonderful hostess - welcoming us with a smile and positive energy immediately after we walked in, giving us a tour of the facility, and providing tips on the how to of floating (were first timers). What an experience! We havent experienced this level of relaxation in a long time. If youre debating on trying it out....stop thinking and DO IT! So glad Mystic Flow is here offering all of these services and experiences. Cant wait to return.

Had the most wonderful couples massage! Everyone was kind and attentive, even when I had to reschedule the appointment. It was my partners first massage ever and Angle walked him through the process and had him at ease. Darren asked all the right questions to be able to give me the best massage. We both left super relaxed and rejuvenated. Pricing for the 2 of us was very fair. Would recommend to other couples and we look at forward to visiting back.

Had my first Swedish massage yesterday by Darren and it was unlike any massage I had before. He was very knowledgeable, kind and comforting. My left should had been hurting for about 6 years recently giving me some increased pain and limited mobility, after my visit it feels tremendously better and has more range of motion. Not only was the massage relaxing but therapeutic, I felt comfortable emotionally and physically. Overall Great experience - I will definitely be back!

I love love love Mystic Flow Wellness Center. It is my go to place for a little self care. I have tried several services & have enjoyed them all. I recently went bc I’ve been dealing with horrible allergies for weeks. 2 sessions each of the infrared saunas and halotherapy really helped. I will continue this combo bc it has really worked for me.Everything about Mystic Flow is so relaxing and rejuvenating. The setting is clean & calming and the staff is wonderful. Sasha is absolutely the best! She is always so welcoming, sweet and helpful.

This place is really nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve only used the red light therapy sauna here. I’ve used it about 4-5 times and I really like the end result feeling of detox. I would give 5 stars except one time the light therapy wasn’t working at all (that’s kind of the point of red light therapy). No discount or anything, apparently was just my bad luck for scheduling on a day that it hadn’t yet been replaced. So besides that 2 star day, the rest were all 5 stars. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, but it’s probably time to start thinking about scheduling again. Well worth the time and money to feel “reborn”.

Terry was very helpful and personable. The float tank area is very clean and easy to utilize. I had a very relaxing and beneficial float session. I highly recommend this service. I am looking forward to trying our services offered at the spa.

Rechelle is a wonderful massage therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my 60 minute deep tissue massage. The spa is a beautifully maintained and professional environment. It’s such an oasis in my busy schedule!

I was highly impressed upon my first visit. The infrared sauna and salted floatation tank were a perfect way to relax and reset. The employees, specifically Terri, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the services provided at Mystic Flow. She really went above and beyond, even running my necklace out to my car which I had left in the spa room. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Mystic Flow for the last few years, for massages, and have to say that this local place offers more than just massages and very quickly able to accommodate your needs. They also know you by name and offer monthly packages if you are interested in coming on a frequent basis.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Adriana! A breath of fresh air. Kind, professional a person who knows how to make you feel welcome. After a brief tour, I was taken to my massage appointment where I met Alexis, yet another professional. It was explained her procedure, asking me questions about health and trouble spots that she would focus on. She was phenomenal with her massage allowing me to ask questions at my leisure as she massages. I finished the massage, feeling like gumby and from there I was shown my float as Adriana explained how it would go. Showing me the workings and left me to further relax. An incredible first experience with them that will result in a return trip!!! I thank my son and daughter in law for the reference as well as I thank the “A” team for this experience.Chris

A while ago, I went in for some flower essence help. What I ended up getting was random commentary on my weight, while the owner treated herself like she was pyschic and knew my childhood history (she didnt). I had to call several times about getting a printed/e-mail report, but never got one. On top of that I found out by the lady at the desk that she suspected the owner had Covid, and for some reason alerting customers didnt enter their minds. Anyway I havent been back since then. For standard needs, like the sauna or tank, the business is fine.

I LOVE this place! I received a gift certificate for my birthday this year. I got 1 hour of the Swedish massage( it was awesome, head to toe, and I was almost asleep by the end!) The foot Detox, and the 1 hour in the float tank. I also was let to try the infrared sauna for 15 mins before I did my massage at no cost. (My therapist was running a tad behind, no biggie) The staff were kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend and I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely the most relaxing experience I have ever had! Please I beg all of my friends and family do yourself the biggest favor and go to this amazing center! The tank is not claustrophobic at all!! Believe me I am very claustrophobic and did not have a second of concern. The hydro massage is dare I say better than any I have had before? There are no word to even express how amazing my most I felt leaving here today! Went in for a Hot stone massage because I had never had one. The therapist Darren was amazing. Due to the stones not getting up to temp, we switched over to a deep tissue so I really got the best of both worlds. I have had deep tissue massage before and NEVER have I Felt so great! I suffer from RA and pain is a part of my everyday life. Today I feel lighter, more loose and limber than I have in years. 10/10 recommend this facility and Darren for sure!

Today I had an appointment to use the infrared sauna and the float tank. This was an amazing experience! The sauna was large and it had many features including a touch screen to adjust the temperature, listen to music, and adjust the lighting.. just to name a few. The float was very relaxing. It also has lighting and music features. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! The staff keeps it very clean and the aromas are an added plus to relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

First time experiencing a float session. It was a very serene and relaxing experience. Slightly put....incredible! The high salinity content (Epsom salt) creates a buoyancy that your body will float like a cork! Its an amazing sensation. A sensation of near zero gravity. You are also given the option to hear music (ambient, etc.) along with serene lighting in the vessel you soak in. With the lid on the soaking vessel closed you are transported. Prior to the float session I took in a dry sauna, which was very a nice prelude to the soak.All in all, I walked out, after relaxing and drinking some complimentary fresh lemon water (tea is also available) in the calming, well lit lounge feeling wonderful.I must also say the people at Mystic Flow Wellness are very pleasant and enhance the experience. I highly recommend Mystic Flow Wellness Center.

I spoilt myself for my birthday earlier this year and had a float session. Calm, soothing, relaxing atmosphere. The float room was very clean and comfortable and my float experience was bliss! I highly recommend you try it!

We enjoyed the automony and the peace and variety of services at an affordable rate. Loved the sauna, float and hydromassage. The robes were so soft! We loved that showering is also part of the float experience.Our main recommendations would be to allow floaters the option to change music or bring in their own. I am short so I would also have liked a step stool to get in and out of the float tank. Finally, a small recommendation would be to have stars or planets projected on the lid of the float tank as if we were floating in the ocean at night. That part is not negative but just something me and my husband noted would have been a fun touch. Also, Kayla was great!

I went to mystic flow for my first sensory deprivation experience.I was greeted by Rose, a friendly and helpful host who answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable right away.She offered me a number of different options for my float, including colored lights and music options. You can even bring your own music or just go for the full sensory deprivation with no sound at all.The sensory deprivation tank was a wonderful, relaxing treatment that left me feeling as though Id had a full body massage. All my muscles were loose afterwards, and I even noticed that I breathed much more easily.The facility was pristine, recently renovated and clearly well managed.One of the best spa experiences Ive had in a while. Highly recommend.

This was my first time doing a float therapy and I really enjoyed it. Teri was awesome and helpful. The facility is so nice and clean. Cannot wait to go back and float again.

Hands-down, this is the best spa / wellness center I’ve ever been to! Adriana welcomed me, gave me a tour, and I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The vibe, atmosphere, well, everything was very calming and relaxing. I experienced the infrared sauna, followed by a float session. I am so happy with everything and glad I found Mystic Flow. I live about 45 minutes away in Tysons Corner, but I’ll be coming here all the time. Distance doesn’t matter when you find a place like this.

I could not recommend this place anymore I had a massage with Rochelle and it was not just a massage but a healing experience she really uses her experience and her skills to find out where your stresses are and what’s going on and make you feel relaxed and work through things like your body is literally healing on the table. When you walk in the reception is a super kind and the place just gives you relaxing vibes go try it once you won’t regret it

Had my first experience with floating yesterday. The staff was warm and inviting. The facility was clean and well stocked! Went in in terrible back pain and came out feeling such relief it was mind blowing!

This space is so beautiful & zen. They diffuse a tranquility oil, the scent immemditaly relaxes the nervous system when you walk in the door. The art work & overall interior space is serene & simply stunning. Love the ocean float! 1k lbs of salt in a shallow pool, supports the body to float, just like in the Dead Sea. When I injured my L5/S1 in my low back, I used the ocean float and I believe it was the best thing I did for it. I teach yoga, and PT any injury very diligently, use a number of therapies and chiropractor, and I believe the ocean float is the best one I used! The owner, Adriana, is an absolute joy, and is so passionate about holistic treatments for others. I’d definitely recommend trying a variety of treatments or asking for a recommendation from on of their trained professionals to seek the best remedy. Rose at the front desk is very kind and helpful.

An incredible wellness center with a wealth of healthcare and pampering options for any occasion. Many great intro rates and combo packages. Weekly floating in their pods changed my chronic illness condition so significantly that it helped me make the final push into a whole new level of health! Great little store up front and super friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely love this place!

I had a really awful experience with the float spa. The staff was nice and place itself was fine, but if you get motion sickness, beware that this may not be for you!Their website says that using the float spa can be incredibly helpful for anxiety. I was so excited to try this out because I have a chronic anxiety disorder and was looking forward to trying a new way of managing it. So, I read all of the information on the website and bought a Groupon. (Note: at the time of this review the first float is $45 and the Groupon was $59 (the normal price is $75)). I was convinced that I was going to love this and ended up paying the for the first time and planned on using the Groupon at another time as this made the most sense financially.What I wish someone had told me (and the main reason that I am writing this review) is that if you have motion sickness sensitivities, this can REALLY make you sick. I know that Im particularly sensitive, so had I known that this was a potential side-effect, I would have never tried this.I was able to float for about 10 minutes of the 60 minute session and I felt ill the whole time. I ended up getting physically sick and vomited. The man I spoke with was very gracious about it, which I appreciated because I was very embarrassed and had unintentionally made a mess.However, I was disappointed that I didnt get any sort of discount or offer to use the money I had paid for a different service or something like that. I do understand that the float pod needed to be prepped (and cleaned thoroughly) and that someone else could have been using it during my time slot. Still, I spent $45 on an experience that was not only not relaxing, but made me sick for the rest of the day.The other thing that I wanted to comment on was that I didnt feel like the person at the front desk really took her time explaining all of the elements of the float spa experience to me. Youre supposed to arrive 15 minutes early so that they can show you around and give you the instructions for using the float spa. There was one other person who was floating for the first time and the front-desk attendant gave us the introduction simultaneously. We stood outside of the room and it was like Okay, heres what you do - any questions? I did have questions that were answered, but it felt very rushed and I didnt feel very well acquainted with the whole process. It seemed like they may have been slightly short-staffed. There was another couple there that was receiving multiple services and I felt like they were attended to more so than I.Also, on the intake form it asks what size robe and slippers you would like. I requested an XL, but there was a S/M robe in the room and no slippers. The person who had given the orientation kind of disappeared so I couldnt really request a different size. (Minor, I know, but I was looking forward to a really pampered experience.)So overall, the staff was friendly (especially the gentleman that I spoke with), the facilities were clean and the concept is very cool, but if you have motion sickness sensitivity, definitely be cautious.

Adriana is amazing. I did a 30 minute infrared sauna, 30 mins float and a 30 mins ionic foot bath plus she had me use the hydro massage bed for 30 mins. The whole atmosphere is immediately calming. It was my first float, so it was a bit odd-definitely a restart button on your body and also sensory deprivation. Never did I feel scared and unsafe. The robes and towels they supply are so very soft. I fell asleep in the sauna. Which wasnt a bad thing ! The perks is that you are by yourself in the sauna and the float. And I was the only one In the relaxation room getting a ionic foot detox, but there is I believe 6 chairs. Adriana was very informative, polite and understanding. I had a fantastic experience. Id like to do another foot detox and acupuncture soon.The ionic foot detox is pretty cool and gross at the same time. I slept like baby after a warm bath that night. And I do feel my joints are feeling better and my mind is clearer. I had my doubts about holistic approach but now Im a believer and will return. Thank you so much mystic flow and Adriana !

I have fibromyalgia and was in the middle of a very bad flare-up, couldnt walk or move much at all. I came in to Mystic Flow, did an hour of float therapy followed by 20 minutes on the Hydromassage table. I left feeling so much better!!! The pain has been cut in half. And while I love all the services provided here, I must say the staff is even better. Everyone I have met has been so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mystic Flow!!!

I went for a float, hydro massage, and foot bath detox. I had a lot of questions the girl couldn’t answer. I’m guessing this is her summer job. She knew how to set everything up and how it all worked operationally but she had no clue on how any of it affected me. She attached something to my arm during the foot detox and had no idea what it’s purpose is. I felt like I couldn’t ask her any questions about any therapy or wellness. She knew how to set everything up but had no idea what any of it does. Decently clean, weird shower, relaxing decor. May go back. The air temperature was significantly cooler than the water temperature during the float. It was hard to relax and get centered.

The place was welcoming and calming from the moment you walk through the doors. The staff were friendly and helpful. The floatation experience delivered beyond my expectation. Lovely experience!

No explanation of process very well. Had to request slippers standing in the hall with no shoes. Float was full of hair in water side tub and chunks hanging from the shower. Hair was wrapping around my ankles as i was trying to peacefully float. Robes dont accommodate larger people

I went to their open house and they are very welcoming there. I had an unbelievable experience with trying a massage. As soon as they started I was already gone. This place is very peaceful, relaxing, and full of wonderful people that work their. I am definitely going back.

Yesterday, I walked into Mystic Flow for a 60 min. massage tired, drained and despondent. This morning, I woke up with a lightness I hadn’t felt in a month. I received a reiki session for the first time and am transformed into a believer.

The shower was hard to operate and the room was slightly chilled, but the pod experience itself was amazing. I felt every fiber in my being relax. This will become my new good habit.

I just recently discovered this gem of a spot. Everything about this place is amazing. You don’t feel like a client but like family and it is truly a place of healing.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. Adriana greeted me and answered all the questions that I had. I had a float therapy session and enjoyed. I will be back!

I havent floated yet. This review is solely for my experience with scheduling errors and talking with the owner. My husband gifted me a Groupon package for my birthday. I was very excited to attend. I had been talking about floating for months. I scheduled my appointment, however when that day came I was very sick so I rescheduled. I never got an email confirmation for my rescheduled time so I called to confirm. I couldnt remember if my appointment was at 10:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. When I spoke to the front desk person I was surprised to hear her say my appointment was at 1:30p.m. I stated this was wrong. I had asked for and confirmed a morning time when I rescheduled. I informed her I would not be able to do an afternoon appointment. I was placed on hold for a short time. We then rescheduled for 6:15 pm the next Friday. I get a confirmation email Thursday night that my appointment is at 5:45 p.m. and to arrive 15 minutes before. I couldnt believe this error was happening again. I called to confirm my appointment time thinking maybe its just wrong on the confirmation email. According to them this was the correct time. I told the woman I was speaking with this time was incorrect. She said well this is your second time rescheduling Groupon vouchers are only allowed to reschedule once. I explained I was not aware of this policy and that I had read the fine print on Groupon and nothing like that was mentioned. In addition, these are errors that are being made not just me simply needing to do a different time. She then stated that we can have our own rules and Groupon doesnt own us. She continued telling me that she was the owner and that she was called last week and she gave the permission to do a reschedule and that basically I couldnt do another one. I was really surprised by her defensive and rude tone. She went on to say that there are specific times for Groupons and she has to worry about the members and their float times. I let her know that the whole ordeal and her tone was really turning me off to this experience that I had been really excited about. I do not feel welcome or feel like I even wanted to attend anymore. She changed her tone a little and offered to reschedule again because she could do that because shes the owner is what she kept saying. I hesitantly agreed and we confirm the time for Monday at 6:00 p.m. I was extremely surprised when I received my confirmation that my appointment is at 5:45 and that I should arrive 15 minutes before my appointment which would put my arrival time at 5:30. Theres some kind of discrepancy with their confirmation emails. However, Im not calling back Im just going to show up at 6 as confirmed by voice. Whether I enjoy the experience or not I will not be going back there. I will find somewhere else to float if I do enjoy the experience.

Please be aware of the float is not for EVERYONE. I did the float in Dec. 2017, and now I have a problem with my ears. Initially, I though it is just the salt water that went inside my ears & it should clear in a day or so but four weeks passed by and its not cleared. In fact, it is bothering me so much that I have to go see my Doctor. Basically, sensitive to sound, water, I feel pressure and also hear static noise throughout the day. I end up going to my doctor, luckily, no ear infection or swimmer ears. But I have to see an ENT to figure out why I am all of sudden have all these issues. Never had ear problems and all these issues are after I did the float. I called the spa twice to let the owner know what happened to me & I was told that the owner will call me but I have not heard from anyone.

After working on your feet a lot, I really needed the massage and comfort and care they provided. They are intuitive and healing. Highly recommend!

Beautiful ambiance..didnt feel like an office at all...the staff was super attentive and friendly. Very calming experience. Only minor drawback was tank light stuck on red all time. #technicaldifficulties

Its a great facility with great people who have and continue to change my life. The magnesium soaks are amazing but best of all the Rohun therapy is transforming me. You have to be open and receptive and it took me many months to get out of my own way but its been like living a different life. Give it a chance. Offer yourself this opportunity, you deserve it.

Mystic Wellness has a beautiful spa environment. Everyone is very friendly and its very clean. If you need some peace and self care, this is the place to visit. I highly recommend them!!!

This place has been our go to for massages and my massage with Jalissa was by far the best massage I have had!

The sauna helps to jumpstart my weight loss at the beginning of each detox. I try to do the weight loss 30min program at least twice a week when I am doing my 21 day cleanse.

The center was great. Friendly staff, clean and organized and I felt they really took a genuine interest in me as a client. I will definitely return and recommend them to others.
