The lady does not xare to help her customers, instead she is on her phone 95% of the time when you enter. everything i asked for she said they did not have instantly like she did not want me there. or like i was asking gor drugs, its realy frustrating when the person thinks your looking for marijuana. i simply looked for 2 salt nicotine vaporizers here and the lady will not care to help, instead treated me as if i wanted something else. like a drug. not cool. do not recommend this place unless someone other then this female is working

Extremely rude customer service. I called and asked a simple question and the response I get from the lady working acts like Im bothering her with an attitude. I do not reccomend this store at all. I went in one time years ago and the worker had a very rude attitude. So I havent been back in years. Called and asked a question and it seems like nothings changed. Still rude and snappy people. Definitely never going or contacting this store ever again. GO TO CENTRAL IOWA VAPORS OR ROUTE 69 MUCH MORE FRIENDLIER PEOPLE.

Mannnnn these guys got the freshest kiccs and up to date vape gear. Friendly environment, feels like a second home. If you are looking for a vape shop that is down to earth and can take care of your vaping needs, from coils, tanks, mods, eliquids , etc. ✊🏽

Hopefully they stay on the east side they sell my favorite strawberry menthol e juice hopefully lease holder and owner can come to an agreement dont know of any other vape store that sells Cheshire e juice. Hoping you guys stay

Not to bad of a place. Guys are really friendly inside and know what to get you. The prices on the juice are a little high but thats about the only complaint i have.

Great vape shop with varieties of product. Good customer service. Employees are very nice and friendly. Also knowledgeable at what they are selling.

By far one of my favorite shops in the Des Moines area the owners are super cool & loyal to their customers they didnt have what I wanted Becuse they sold out but they ordered it and had it for me the next morning! I recommend this place to anyone!

Prices are too high, and i have only gotten what I wanted two out of the 8 times I have been. They know what items sale, but wont stock it right, what a horrible business sense.

Terrible customer service. They make it feel like youre bothering them. Decent pricing but bad customer service. I was asking innocent questions and was met with short answers with attitude.

Not willing to move and help u its like they dont want u to b there i used to love this place but the female who works there should b fired never happy this place sux i wouldnt go there or wast my money the day they close i will b there saying ha ha ha
