Went to buy a Hookah for a present for my husband. They only had two smaller hookahs. I was told the one on the shelf display was exactly like the one in the box just a different color. That the display was never used and not missing any pieces. I really liked the display hookah and was going to purchase it until I started to inspect the one in the box. It was NOT the same. The one in the box was much larger and had more accessories. The lady ensured me the hookah on display was complete just didnt have a box. After looking up the brand online the display hookah was $54 and the box one was $89.The lady working called the owner when I first asked to buy the display hookah. The owner said yes, but wouldnt offer a discount since it wasnt used and it would be the same price as the one in the box. The owner wouldnt answer when she called back to inquire the hookahs being different. I left without purchasing and felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. Im really disappointed as I loved the display hookah and prefer to sport local business even if it costs more than purchasing directly from the company.

Really cool place. Kratom is pretty pricey but they have some amazing other products. I definitely recommend checking them out. Huge selection of glass items!

So purposefully deceitful.I am on a business trip out here and needed to grab a vape after a few after-work cocktails with my team. I went in here 11/13 around 7pm and told the male staff member that I was in town from Florida and just needed a vape - all the brands were different than I’m used to so I didn’t care which one. He made small talk about how I’m in from Florida and cashed me out, asking for FORTY TWO DOLLARS for one vape. Looked me dead in the eye as he asked for that amount. I said “Um vapes are like $16” and as if he didn’t know he had just charged me for two on purpose (there’s no way in hell he didn’t know that $42 for one vape was outrageous and he definitely thought I was tipsy because I was), he said “Oh wow it charged you for two my bad” or something along those lines. So purposefully deceitful and rude. Screw this place yall. Florida might be ratchet but we don’t do this to people, especially if they’re visiting. That dude needs to get fired.

Love this shop! Great spot to stop in and grab all the D8 and D9 and other hemp derived products. They also have herbal supplements in all forms. Tons of awesome glass and nic vapes too!

The employees and owners are amazing and kind hearted people. The story of amazing owners of this place dedicated to helping kids in need and its reflective of thier compassionate business model. When you have questions that they cant answer they go above and beyond to try to learn with you so they give the best products that fits your needs. I cant stop recommending this place enough and its humanist approach. Thank all you guys so much for serving your community, you guys are an inspiration!
